The location was 10 of out 10. There's a great restaurant steps away from the hotel and the food/service was great!

We were disappointed with the room we got as there wasn't a good view. The bathroom was dated especially the shower.

Location is perfect not too busy but close to the vibe champs elysee. The bed and linen was wonderful and the breakfast perfect.

Dark corridors and 2 types of tea selection in the room

The location was fantastic. It was close to all the major places (Louvre Museum, Eiffel Tower, etc.) and close to al the shopping locations. All the staff members were super nice and welcoming. They allowed us to check-in earlier. The rooms are big and comfy with two balconies. We loved all the interior designs of our chamber. honestly better and more thoughtful than many other big-name five star hotels

The staff were polite friendly and very professional. The design is really peaceful the whole hotel is quiet and tasteful. We chose to stay here because the big 5 star hotels are too busy and noisy for us this was perfect, we really enjoyed the breakfast lovely coffee. It doesn’t have a spa but that’s ok on a short trip to Paris as we wanted to be out and about but coming back to the hotel after sightseeing was much appreciated as the tranquility juxtaposes the frenetic city.

The bath is a bit small.

The location and the staff, especially Ms. Sam, Abdulrahim, and Abdulrahim’s colleague (whose name I couldn’t catch), were wonderful. I’ll never forget the warm welcome from the staff member who always smiled at us at the entrance. Thank you all for everything!

Their pre authorisation on your card doesn’t tally with bookings.com policy - they took money 1 week ahead of my stay. Also my partners card had £200 held after check out for days

the location was excellent the staff were very helpful especially the lady who helped us check out with our luggage

the aircon was not up to the mark

This was our second visit to the hotel. Location is perfect: Nestled in a quite street just steps away from the luxurious Ave. Montaigne. Spacious rooms surrounded with daylight, with just the perfect amenities (a Nespresso machine, renewed bottles of water and USB ports)

The corridors leading to the rooms need a little touch up. The bathroom sink and faucet should be renewed (water splashes everywhere and the faucet feels like it is about to come off). The room service is a problem: we asked for extra water on our return from dinner one night - never arrived.

Great location, we stayed in a renovated room which was very nice. The Nespresso machine in the room was much appreciated. Good proprietary parking underneath the hotel fitting larger cars. Friendly staff.
