Everything!!! New, clean, location and friendly staff

Nothing!!! Should have booked the whole stay there gutted I didn’t.

The staff was so helpful; the location is outstanding. The security in the hotel is beyond good, and free coffee is always nice.

A slightly small room

The location is absolutely unbeatable. Major shopping right outside, the metro is a 2 minute walk, Arc du Triomph a few blocks, and Eiffel tower is 1 mile away… this was the perfect hub for us to have our long weekend in Paris.

The room was a little tight, at that was after we got a free upgrade. I can’t imagine how small our regular room would have been. We were in europe for a few weeks so we had a decent amount of luggage with us and we had no good place to put it. We were stepping over our open bags all three days, but honestly, this was a minor inconvenience because of how great everything else was.

My husband and I stayed here for our 30th wedding anniversary and it was simply amazing. This property is in a brilliant location so close metro station and within walking distance to a lot of the major sights. The property was spotless with everything you could ask for. The wee balcony was a lovely feature. We found beautiful restaurants within a short walk and personally didn’t find them too expensive. We would return here in a heartbeat and can’t wait to visit Paris and stay with you again. 5 stars Numa Paris 💖

Close to the Champs - Élysées, 10/15min walk to the Grand Palais and La Galerie Dior. Was glad to see oat milk was in the room with the tea and coffee selection. Every door had a keypad so I felt very safe going through each door I came across. The app was easy to use and kept me updated with my room. For my short stay I was pleased with the room I was given.

If I were to stay longer I would have enjoyed a nicer view of Paris. However with a busy few days the view from my room was the last thing on my list of things.

Really comfortable bed. I slept so well. Great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Shower was good and the whole place was clean and well set up. When I ran out of coffee I could top up from the laundry/essentials room downstairs. Loved having a balcony to watch the world go by and the illuminations on the Tour Eiffel.

I had to enter my PIN on four separate key pads each time I wanted to get into my room. Front door, door to the lift, door to my corridor and finally the room door. perhaps this is a modern “thing” but it’s a bit annoying. There was no easy chair to sit in.

A wonderful stay in the heart of the city I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The place was spotless and very well maintained. The staff were kind, helpful, and always welcoming. The location is perfect — right in the city center, making it incredibly convenient for walking around and exploring. Each door is secured with a code, which made me feel very safe throughout my stay. The atmosphere is calm and comfortable, and I truly enjoyed every moment there. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Everything except we came early and the big lockers were already used and we couldn’t live our luggages before check in. We used the PIN number and went trough the building and found Help with a OUTSTANDING WOMEN Nadia her name , she was getting ready our bedroom and we found a solution. Cheers to Nadia . The location is absolutely beautiful.

Thé noise … constructions around but we were informed and we used the earbuds

Great location on a relatively active but not very loud street. Smooth check-in as hotel sends a code to access the building and room beforehand. We were in a bigger room with a kitchenette and a balcony. Good places to eat nearby, metro is two steps away. Possibility to leave luggage at the lobby until 8PM, lobby has sitting places and a toilet room.

Maybe just a small thing but would be nice to have more international channels on TV (not only news) and perhaps something like Netflix to watch and relax after a productive sightseeing day.
