My recent stay was nothing short of exceptional—a truly delightful experience from start to finish. Every aspect of the experience felt meticulously curated, with thoughtful attention given to even the smallest of details. From the warm hospitality to the seamless arrangements, everything was flawlessly in place, leaving nothing to be desired. It’s rare to encounter a stay where comfort, elegance, and care are so perfectly harmonized. The ambiance was serene, the service impeccable, and the entire atmosphere exuded a sense of thoughtful luxury. In all honesty, I cannot recall a single detail that was overlooked. It was an experience that exceeded expectations and left a lasting impression—one I would gladly relive and wholeheartedly recommend.

Cozy hotel in a great central location. Was under construction while I was there but I was notified by the property well in advance and would have had the opportunity to change my booking if needed. Rooms were small but very cozy and had all the amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful. I imagine the hotel will be even more lovely post construction and I would stay again.

The rooms were cleaned (or they sprayed) with a highly scented product which was a bit too strong. Was able to open the windows to air it out. The breakfast is super expensive for what you get and the coffee comes from a machine. I recommend grabbing breakfast or coffee elsewhere.

The best of locations, right next to Champs Elysee in the center of Paris. Nicely decorated and very well sound proofed room. Candies, coffee supplies (including decaf) and soft drinks in the room.

The cleaning personnel was not efficient and thorough. For example our litter basket was not emptied, used towels were not replaced when left out of their rails etc. Coffee offered at breakfast was made using pre-configured sachets and included sugar.

Great location close to metro stations and very walkable to many popular areas, friendly staff, rooms were small but that is to be expected in Paris, very clean and updated rooms, nice touches with coffee and pastries in the lobby in the morning and complimentary water and refreshments in the refrigerator replenished every day

Staff members Vittorio and Eva were very welcoming and friendly! All staff we met were happy to help in any way. Nice selection of Welcome drinks in room. Good sized room and bathroom great too! Good welcome drinks and nice touch of mini macaroons at Reception too- I’m a Ceoliac - so I could have these too - thank you

Pillows too hard - need more pillow selection I think as gave me a stiff neck

Great location, as central as possible to most tourist attractions. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. We didn't opt in for breakfast though we're sure this would of lived up the rest of the hotels quality. There's a great cafe next door which pairs brilliantly next to the hotel.

The room is soooo small even for 1 person ! If you have a long term stay you should consider a bigger room for sure cause there is no space for clothes …

People at reception were really nice (which is not something you always get in Paris), location was perfect for my business there. Everything was clean and nicely taken care of.

The room was really small and bathroom was basically in the closet (really), which I personally did not like. Also, I happen to have a quite loud neighbors and the doors were not super helpful in soundproofing.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was undergoing a renovation at the time of our stay, but apart from the lift looking a bit funny on the inside you really couldn't tell. We were placed in one of the newly renovated rooms, 204. It was lovely, we had 2 Juliet balcony windows overlooking a typical Parisian street which was beautiful. The room was immaculate and even had an electric loo seat which was heated! We were staying for a mini break to explore the city. The location of the hotel meant we were able to walk everywhere and get the metro. The hotel was very accessible and easy to find, just around the corner from the metro station.

The breakfast was quite a basic buffet but was nice enough.

Good Rooms, Good Location. Good Value for the price.

I wanted late check out but they told me I stayed more than 20 mins after 12:00 PM, I will be charged 150€ for the late check out fee which is crazy price. The view was blocked of reconstruction. Also the deposit is 150€ which is more than the majority of hotels.
