The receptionist on shift, Pauline, was so lovely. The concierge, though I didn’t really speak to them, were also friendly. The room itself was clean and relatively large by European standards. The hotel also offers two complimentary beverages; one canned flat water and one canned sparkling water. There is also a kettle with tea, coffee, sugar, and cream available.

It’s a bit expensive… Because it’s conveniently placed inside Terminal 2, I feel like the hotel intentionally has a high rate. I just think it’s a bit unfair to charge around $300 USD for a one night stay. Regardless, I was desperate to shower and sleep after a 14 hour flight and had about 10 hours of layover. There’s also around a $100 USD deposit that needs to be made during check-in; of course, this deposit gets returned over the next few days, but it was a little upsetting to have my card charged again especially when I had already paid $300 USD for the booking itself.

Exceptional position just a few minutes walk from border control and right beside railway station. Room clean and perfectly adequate for a short stay. Lovely comfortable bed and pillows. No aircraft noise so excellent sound no insulation.

Price is high but you’re paying for location. Rooms could do with a furniture refresh but everything was in good order.

Rooms are older but refurbished and recent USB ports by bed. Bathroom is modern and lovely with shower stall and bathtub. All grey stone tile. One sink. Since the rooms are older they are also very big allowing for packing your bags for the last time before taking off and still having plenty of space to move around. Nice long desk top in front of the window with comfortable chair. Good firm mattresses. Good restaurant with great Soup d'Onion and other dishes that we wished we could have found in St. Tropez. Actual food with no aspersions to win Michelin stars! Friendly staff though the folks at reception could use a little practice at public relations and a smile or two. Instead they tend to be stiff and indifferent. But otherwise, for a very busy airport hotel it is excellent and being situated in the crotch of of the split terminal, it is equi-distant between international and domestic connections and just above the rail road station with TGV and metro into Paris, there is a wide space with shopping and eateries like Paul, Starbucks and other goody outlets as well as a few general shops with everything from a selection of of waters and other drinks to reading material, eSIM cards, snacks, clothing especially "Paris" decorated items, electronic bits like cords and converters. So a great location and using the elevators, those with ambulatory issues are well covered.

Excellent, affordable and right in the terminal

We ate at the restaurant. It was a simple meal, two main courses and a bottle of wine. I was surprised to find that the bill was for 200€. It turned out that we had been billed for 150€ wine instead of the 30€ bottle which we ordered (and which was supplied). The restaurant reversed the bill at once and apologised, noting that “the code was the same for both bottles.” A simple enough error, and perhaps an understandable one, but it was not the only time that this happened during our stay in France. Best to carefully check the bill before you pay it.

A very convenient hotel right in Charles de Gaulle airport. We only had one night in Paris so preferred to stay inside the airport and take the train into Paris for our afternoon/evening. The train station is just below the hotel so was very easy to get to/from the Louvre, Notre Dame, the Luxembourg Garden, etc. in about 45 minutes. The next morning, we had a very easy ten minute walk to our terminal. We had an extra bed brought in for our daughter--and it was truly comfortable. (They also charged us 50Euro for it, so I was hoping it would be worth it). The staff was friendly and helpful.

The price was a little excessive compared to other airport hotels. Charging an additional 50Euro for a rollaway bed was a bit much. Would be helpful to have a working fridge in the room so we didn't have to check our perishables with the concierge overnight and then remember to pick up in the morning. The fridge was only to keep beverages "fresh," not to refrigerate foodstuffs.

This was our fourth stay here, as it is connected to CDG, making it hugely convenient for catching your flight the next day. The staff are all great, room service was quick and very friendly and the food was delicious. It was a great relief after a long day of traffic jams, rain and thunderstorms delayed our originally projected arrival of 6 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Of course the rooms are big, comfortable and well-appointed (a down pillow, hooray!). It is expensive, but worth it to me since it saves us the anxiety of getting to the airport on time on departure day.

This negative is not about the hotel: the signage at CDG and all of the intersecting roads and driveways in that airport make it tricky to find the entrance to the Sheraton. This is NOT their fault. But try to scope out your route ahead of time so that you won't end up going around multiple times in a blinding rain and thunderstorm trying to get there!

the room was unbelievably quiet, which was awesome. Super comfy bed. Nice, helpful staff. Food at Saisons was actually very good. Efficient wait staff. Can't beat the location -- inside the CDG airport. It was great!

The ONly thing that was annoying and unnecessary is that the Sheraton could not find our reservation made through Booking.com! So it took us twice as long to check in than it should have. (not Sheraton's fault) Luckily we could find our reservation to prove we had one. But even the conf. no. from Booking.com was not helpful to Sheraton as their system does not recognize Booking.com's conf. nos. :( Through persevering, thankfully the Sheraton somehow found it listed under my husband's MIDDLE INITIAL and surname attached to it. So the reservation came under "A" for "Abell," instead of "B" for "Bell." :-/

LOCATION Unfortunately, our inbound AF flight was delayed so we arrived at the hotel hours later than planned which meant for a a few short hours of sleep before arising in the early morning for our QF direct flight (16h) to Perth. Therefore this review does not assess many aspects of the hotels' services.

Overpriced - Sheraton is THE most central "airport" hotel at Paris CDG but it is still overpriced. It is located above the RER station adjacent to Terminal 2. (BTW the other "airport" hotels are located well outside the airport precinct - Euro20+ taxi ride. We previously stayed 2 nights at the Melia CDG) At the Sheraton, the shower's shampoo pump container was empty, as was the shower soap. Just as well I always pack my own.
