This is right at the Place d'Italie metro stop. Very useful for getting around! Staff was friendly and the location was great. There was A/C, a dishwasher, safe, etc in the room. It made for a great trip. The location was ideal and I would definitely consider staying there again.

Initially, we were placed into a room with 2 twin beds. We called down and the front desk was able to accommodate us and move us into a room with a double. There was someone above us that seemed to play musical chairs at all hours and could be heard. Our room was on the road side of the building, so there were a large number of sirens too. The second elevator was under construction so it took a bit longer to get up or downstairs.

We loved being able to cook eggs each morning in our room and pick up pain au chocolat from the local boulangerie. Location was right by a metro station, and there were velib bike places close by. Location was good with being able to bike many places 30 minutes or less, or use the extremely convenient metro station. Loved the local market on Thursday and Sunday. Mall next door has a large carrefour and there are two small ones nearby as well. We had two rooms and one was on the end of the hall and noticeably bigger and better arranged than the other.

One of the elevators was being worked on and the other was very slow (went all the way to the top every time it seems, rather than just going to necessary floors). It would have been nice to be able to check in earlier than 3pm (not available) but they do store your luggage.

The room was very spacious. It had a separate living room with a pull out couch and a separate bedroom good for 2 people. It was interesting to have the windows look out over a shopping center and while I was concerned about noise, the mall closes around 10pm so you can still get good rest. The idea of security roaming around the mall gave me another sense of security. The staff was great and welcoming, even if I didn't speak much French. The location was very nice, next to many local and fast food places. The main reason to book the hotel is due to it's close location to the metro, right outside the hotel, and it's a great value for the money. I recommend this place!

The location is excellent. Right outside the metro station. We took the metro to all of the major attractions and none took longer than 40 mins. There are also lots of great eateries nearby and a wonderful neighborhood vibe down the street. The mall also has a good supermarket for stocking up on essentials. The room was very quiet and the bed was really comfortable. Love that there was a safe, iron and ironing board - something I haven't seen in many Paris hotels.

The amenities are really lacking. We stayed 6 nights and were never able to get large clean towels. If it hadn't been for the cleaning lady in the hall, we would have been using hand towels the entirety of our stay. The coffee machine in the lobby is super handy except that the sugar ran out on Tuesday and we didn't see it replenished for the entirety of our stay. We were in one of the rooms that hasn't been updated and it's very worn - the bathroom vanity was showing its age, the paint in the bathroom looks like it was slapped on by a kid. Everything is just a bit drab.

Everything was great, we booked a studio for 3 nights, on the 6th floor. It was super clean, new and well located near the metro, bus and a lot of great restaurants. The front desk agents were very welcoming and friendly.

The only things. Is the TV. In the studio, we had a very old small tv, which was not connected (so there is no possibility to watch Netflix or Amazon Prime). There is also a very limited choice of channel. The check-in and check-out procedures are a bit long, but nothing major.

Place is great, staff super friendly and helpfull, I loved kitchen inside the room with all facilities, it is very handy to have in the room. Locaion is good, lots of cafes around that are open up until midnight. 20 minutes in public transport to get to main locations.

At time I was there, there were construction working in the building, noisy because of that. and I could see construction workers right next to my window working on 8th floor room. Shower water gets cold if you leave it open more than ~30 mins.

The aparthotel's location was very good. just a few steps from the metro station where you can use 3 metro lines (5, 6 & 7). The beds were very comfortable. The room was looking at the street (Rue Bobillot), but the noise isolation was good, so it was silent to sleep in. The bathroom was refurbished and nice. There is a common storage room which can be accessed with your room card from where you can get spare toilet paper, and towels if needed. The breakfast was hearty on-site but you can eat outside of the hotel as well if you wish. For example there are two French restaurants right across the street from the hotel entrance, where you can eat French breakfast (10 or 16 EUR/person). We used public transport Navigo cards for local transportation, and hotel receptionist printed out suitable photos for our Navigo cards. We thank again for her kind support.

One of the room was very small, the bed almost occupied the whole room, but otherwise it was OK. Bedspreads would be nice at least at the end of the beds to sit or rest during the day. The breakfast seems to be the same for every day but the options became less and less day-by-day (just one type of cheese from the 4th day, instead of 3 types on the first day). There were no vegetables for the breakfast at all.

Nice apartments, very large for Paris. We stayed in another citadines in Paris, this one is better, although cheaper. At first the staff seemed not very polite to me, but then I realized that this was not the case. The location is excellent, close to shops groceries, restaurants and pharmacies. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher, like all citadines, and the metro is less than a minute's walk away. Free coffee next to reception. Far from the center, but you can get to the main attractions by metro without transfers.

Location was very good, close to metro / bus with good connections. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable and bathroom /toilet being separate was helpful.

The toilet was so small that we had to squeeze ourselves in when the door was open. Coffee was available at the reception but there was no creamer or milk if one needs with milk.

Location was rather convenient, especially taking into account that there are multiple metro lines are available at the Place d'Italie. The room had a "normal" and a "big" size for Paris. We liked that the coffee was free, so we just bough pastries in the morning and didn't need to worry about coffee. It was very calm cause the windows were looking at the mall. Very decent place and a good value for money (taking into account the high price for the hotels and apartments in Paris). The stuff was really pleasant and welcoming. I would definitely return to this apart-hotel again!
