The exterior and the interior decor were really nice. I liked the location close to the oldest Asian neighborhood (there are several Chinatowns now in Paris). Try the self-serve soup restaurant Mala Tang next door! It's super delicious. There are about a dozen boba shops around. The staff was very kind and accommodating.

If you're in Paris to look at monuments, this place isn't close to much. One thing I need to tell the management about: the rooms are tiny but well-designed, but there is a very sharp metal shelf that holds the toilet paper and I really hurt myself when I bumped into it. It could be dangerous, especially for a bigger person.

The staff were simply amazing! Aaron, who works evenings and the woman who works days, were both very welcoming, accommodating and friendly. There was an issue with our room (I think plumbing) and we were not able to stay in it the first night. Aaron was apologetic and made other accommodations for us (two separate rooms for our family of four). He kept apologizing and felt horrible about the inconvenience, but made sure we had a safe place to sleep. Not sure what would have happened if they didn’t have the extra space. The hotel was welcoming and inviting. It was in a safe part of town, close to the subway although far from major attractions. There were many convenient stores near by, which made it easy to purchase drinks/snacks. the rooms were clean, updated and bright. We stayed in a Family Room, two floors with two large double beds, although we were suppose to have two twin beds in one of the rooms. The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom was new but very small. The shower was almost too small to actually shower.

As with most hotels in Paris, there was no air conditioning in the rooms, but they did provide a fan. The second floor room was VERY hot due to the low ceiling and never really cooled down. The windows were large but did not have screens on them. Our room looked into the center atrium area where there were birds and at night with the windows open we were worried they would fly in. We did have a lot of flying bugs due to not having screens on the windows. The room did not have a mini fridge, which was a bummer. Since there isn’t an ice machine in the hotel there was no way of keeping anything cold. As I mentioned before, the shower was SMALL! It was pricy for what you got!

Above all, the staff were extremely helpful, especially at check-in. The space of the hotel isn’t large, but the decor and design really make the best of it. It’s near a metro station, an attractive park, and a good supermarket (by the station), and the price was unbeatable. The breakfast was excellent too - especially the sourdough baguettes (one of the two on offer). I liked it also that there are additional breakfast items available on request. Merci, Hôtel des Beaux Arts!

It’s a clean and comfortable hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. It’s well located for access to the Metro, too.

The heat couldn’t be turned down, so the only option was to open the window. This wasn’t too bad, really, but a bit inconvenient.

The staff were extremely generous!! Our flight was canceled just two hours before boarding time. We arrived at almost midnight! Staff were very helpful as we checked in late. Morning breakfast was delightful both days! We will plan our next trip with booking there again!

We wouldn't change anything about Hôtel des Beaux Arts! The experience was lovely!

Location was very close to the metro, staff were very helpful, I liked the design of the hotel and a mate check in was not a problem.

Walls between rooms are a little thin. I could hear the conversations in the rooms next to me.

I loved the decor, it was super chic and modern. Newly renovated in an older building which I really enjoyed the contrast.

I think it would’ve been nicer if there was an air conditioning system… it did get stuffy for a bit.

Staff was very accommodating for all of my needs. Room was small but was perfect for 1 person. Area was nice!
