Everything was good, especially the little kitchen in the room. It's so close to train station, in five minutes you can get to main attractions in the city, also there are restaurants and supermarkets around.

The hotel is located near Tolbiac and Place d’Italie metro stations, so you gave direct connection to both Eiffel Tower and Notre Damne/Louvre. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. We had a family room with a double bed and an extensible couch. The room has a kitchen included with everything needed. The coffee in the lobby is free and good. The breakfas was only 6€ (fresh croissant, fruit salad and yogurt). There is free parking in a garage nearby (50€ guarantee but you get the money back when you leave). I think overall the hotel was a good value for money, I would return there when I will revisit Paris

In the bathroom there were 2 sinks, from which 1 was not working propery, but the other was ok .

If you travel by car, a free parking garage just around the corner is available. The room was clean and there was even a little kitchen inside. The location is perfect. There is the metro 7 (Tolbiac) which is just around 300m reachable by foot. With the metro 7 you reach the center. Also the metro station Place d' italie is not far away. The personal is friendly and helpful.

The breakfast is good, but consists only of a croissant, yoghurt and coffee. But since it doesn't cost a lot, it's okay. You can even get free coffee after the breakfast time. If you want a more diverse and greater breakfast, consider to go eating somewhere else.

1: We were not advised breakfast needed booking the day before. 2: It was a basic good value breakfast, juice, tinned fruit, yoghurt, croissant & a hot drink.

Breakfast was 7:30 - 10:30 but probably set out early & left uncovered until you ate it. Except the yoghurts that were in the fridge. Because they didn’t know what time you’d be there to eat it. Paper squashy cups, a health & safety issue due to the hot fluids inside, but if you order a breakfast a proper mug is available.

The place is great and very close to both metro, supermarket and bakery, the location is ok but not great. in 40 minutes (walking+metro) you can reach every tourist location in paris, and 1.5 hours for disney and versai. We arrived at 10:00 am and they stored our luggage in a secure room.

Everything opens very late in paris (9:00 am atleast), so if the place would have offered breakfeast that would be great, but there is a great kitchen inside the room so we simply made our own breakfeast.

I loved how it was so clean and staff was friendly. Soundproofed rooms. It was a great experience, the hotel was 5 minutes away from Tolbiac metro and 10 minutes away fro place’d Italie metro. There are lots of shops around to get stuff you need. The rooms were arranged everyday (but not thoroughly cleaned). The heating worked perfectly and all appliances in the room worked great. Also free coffee and tea at the lobby.

The initial musty smell in the bathroom, but this cleared out immediately I opened up the window. So not a problem at all.

The room was basic but smart and clean. What I did not realize was that there was a fridge, hot plate and microwave oven in a small kitchenette area, with cutlery and crockery, meaning it was fully self contained for a self catering stay in Paris. A continental breakfast was available, and a coffee machine was in reception for unlimited free hot drinks. It was also just 6 minutes walk from a Metro station on a very useful line. It was a relatively quiet area as well, with a choices of cafes not too far away. The hotel was easy to find.

The bathroom window catch was broken, but this was not a big deal.

The rooms are clean and have a big new bathroom and functional kitchenette. I stayed there relatively long time and felt very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms facing the small street are quiet, facing the big street are more noisy. The location is very good, with the metro Tolbiac nearby. The district is not very touristic which was pleasant. Shops, launderettes and other facilities are around.

It seems that it is allowed to smoke in the rooms and some people do it. The smell propagates through the ventilation unfortunately.

The entire hotel was really good situated, nearby the metro and several good restaurants. The area was quiet (for everyone who is more sensitive for noise), which was perfect after long journey. The room exceeded our expectations, because we had an small kitchen in the room, the bed was comfy and big, TV was good, bathroom was clean and spacious enough. The cleaner cleaned our room everyday and gave us clean towels. Just perfect stay in Paris.

You need to pay extra for breakfast, if you want them. For the breakfast it was only one croissant, juice, yougurt and fruits. But we liked it.

I was on the 4th floor and for once it was noisy - I think I must have been near the laundry room. This is the first time ever in many stays so I am assuming I just got unlucky! Normally very quiet although close to bars and restaurants
