La Villa Paris is a wonderful place to stay. We very much appreciated the warm hospitality given throughout our time here and immediately felt that we could relax and enjoy our visit. Our room was very well presented and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was a treat with plenty of variety and tasty, fresh produce. It was a short 12 minute walk to take the metro to the city centre and it was great to return to a calm, attractive environment at the end of a day’s sightseeing. Highly recommended!

Very clean, spacious with comfortable bed. Desk, chair and 2 luggage stands provided. Excellent breakfast! Host very nice and responsive! Nice shower and water pressure. Wonderful to have a towel warmer in bathroom. Very quiet with electric blinds that can black out the room. Loved the neighborhood of the 13th arrondissement. It is about a 15 min walk to the metro. We were in a room that was up a few narrow stairs but very manageable. Window opens and looks out on a nice park. It was a wonderful stay!!

No washcloth or conditioner but that is typical in Europe so bring your own.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Marie and Matthias were amazing hosts — very kind, helpful, and always available when we needed anything. The place was just like the photos: clean, cozy, and perfectly located, with easy access to the metro. We felt very welcome and safe throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Marie and Matthias are fantastic hosts , nothing was too much trouble . Our room was perfect , clean very comfortable and spacious . Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choices available everyday , shower was great nice and roomy . Location was fab with the bus stop across from the property there was no trouble getting about , a Navigo pass is essential for travelling on all public transport , once purchased at a metro easy to top up online .

Breakfast was perfect and our hosts accommodated my gluten free request with such grace. We loved getting to know this arondissement. What a welcomed area of peace and quiet. The owners bent over backwards to assist us with a number of problems unrelated to their establishment. We would certainly stay here again.

We loved this place. We cannot think of a thing that could be improved. The hosts love what they do and tge the value for money - week exceeded our expectations. The interactions with other guests during breakfast was easy despite language barriers. There were all very kind to English speaking guests who have a very limited French vocabulary.

Everything. Rooms were very comfortable and clean, each with own en suite toilet and shower. Temperature and aircon could be controlled and there were electrical blinds so we weren't woken up too early. There were tea-making facilities in a separate kitchen which we were allowed to use, and lovely fresh croissants and bread at breakfast. Marie was a very friendly and helpful host and we felt at home here. Plenty of eateries in the vicinity.

Nothing. The location is on the South of the city, whereas most of the attractions are on the North, so it was a little way away, but the Metro and RER work well and it is only a short walk from the RER station. Streets felt safe.

Marie and Matthias were outstanding hosts. Marie provided recommendations on efficiently taking transit, things to do and see, and areas to explore for restaurants. We also really enjoyed the morning conversations, insightful and engaging. The breakfast was delicious. Thank you for introducing us to chouquettes - delicious! Room was nicely appointed with a comfortable bed, great shower and we had direct access to a patio.

Hosts are amazing! Breakfast was fabulous. The vibe in the dining room is so friendly and everybody just had a wonderful chat with each other, all due to our wonderful hosts.

Can't think of anything... location is a little distant from the central area and all the attractions, but good enough for frequent travelers.

Hosts were friendly & very helpful. The breakfast was wonderful & location was close to bus routes & 20 min walk to the subway. Quiet neighborhood.

Our room was a bit small. Temporary construction going on outside the property.

Everything was perfect! One of the best hotels we've ever been. We were on our honeymoon – it was one of the best weeks ever. Marie&Matthias are very nice people. We will come back!
