Very nice and clean. Staff at front desk very nice and helpful. Breakfast area very small but comfortable and good variety to choose from. Best scrambled eggs! Loved the quaint small streets. Wish we had eaten at the Pizza place across the street!

With the title "Tour Eiffel" and saying a "few steps" to the tower.,.. thought it WAS MUCH closer. Actually quite a hike. Since we thought it was close... it was why we booked here as we are Senior citizens. Should mention there are steps involved getting to the petite elevator and getting off the elevator to get to room. For older people and those who have very heavy luggage not easy. One morning, person on duty did not speak English well so hard to get what we were wanting in breakfast area. He worked at the front desk. Guessing person who was suppose to be organizing breakfast did not show up on time.

We were greeted by the owner and we got in so late with our luggages but he was amazing and treated us so kindly. We weren't able to stay long because we had already been in Italy for 2 weeks and we were just spending One Night in Paris to fly home from Paris back to the United states. But in that short amount of time the hotel staff scheduled us a car to take us to the airport and just treated us above our expectations.

The only drawback is when you have heavy suitcases you have to go up a little step to the reception area it's a beautiful Courtyard but it makes it difficult with luggage.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Nicolo. This hotel is tucked away in a quiet location and yet a few feet from Rue Passy with its boutique shops and a 5-7 minute walk from the Passy metro stop (line 6) or 10 minute walk from metro La Muette (line 9) The rooms are a good size, they are spotlessly clean and importantly the generously sized bed was super comfortable. We slept well. There is no fridge but there was a kettle and coffee machine in our room The reception team were friendly and helpful at all times.

Stay here if you want to be in a Parisian residential area away from the crowd. This hotel is in the Passy neighborhood in the 16th, just off Rue de Passy where you can find restaurants, upscale shops, a small mall called Passy Plaza, and Le Grand Epicerie. There’s also the Passy Marche, on a street off Rue de Passy which is lovely to visit in the morning for some bread and cheese, and experience daily Parisian life. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk to Trocadero and the rest of the 16th. I’ve always loved staying in the 16th, feels safer and a bit cleaner than the Centre (1st, 2nd, Marais), and definitely not touristy. The hotel has a gorgeous interior design. Photos attached are taken from my walks within the Passy neighborhood.

I must say though that the breakfast room whilst cozy tends to get cramped when hotel guests are having breakfast in the same hour. You feel pressured to finish your meal and vacate the table so other people could sit and eat. Perhaps the work around is to have your breakfast early at 7.00 so you can enjoy your meal without having to feel the need to get up and leave immediately. Other than this, the hotel is quaint and lovely.

At my requested I was upgraded to a room with a bathtub at no extra charge. All staff was helpful, professional and friendly. The room was very well equipped and comfortable and perfect in a nice area in the 16th Arondisement within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and close to a metro. We accidentally slept in the next day past regular breakfast and they graciously prepared breakfast just for us I would definitely recommend this property

There really was nothing significant. I would have liked that there would be a mini fridge in my room which is generally standard in Canadian/ American hotels as well as in other countries but I understand that in France or at least Paris it is not. I had some medicine that needed refrigeration and they stored it in their fridge near front desk.

Super clean, nicely decorated, very kind and welcoming staff. It s an old building but there is air conditioning which is highly appreciated. Ideally located, just a few minutes walk from the trocadero / eiffel tower. Very good value for money at this location.

There is nothing i didn t like. Just 2 points to note : - You need to climb some stairs before getting to the elevator but the nice guy at the entrance carried our suitcases. - The bathroom is quite small but it was not a surprise.

Great location, near the Effiel tower. 10 minutes walk and you are under the tower. Easier to jog/run by the Seine, super convenient. Cozy vibe. Artistic and beautiful decorations and paintings in the room, lobby and along the corridors. Rooms are super clean and facilities adequate. Very quiet during the night which ensures a good sleep. Nice neighborhood and surroundings. Numerous cool stores to visit. Friendly staffes who give good suggestions. I will stay in this place for my next visit to Paris.

Fantastic room, hotel & location - though a little tricky to find! We travelled to Paris for Valentines and Hotel Villa Nicolo was such a gem! I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room esp. considering Paris standards where rooms tend to be small - the room was very generously sized and beautifully decorated (and the bonus was the bathtub :-) )! The room & hotel were really clean and maintained to a very good standard. The courtyard provides a nice cosy space to chill outside - if you're so inclined - lovely spot to get some sun or read a book! We couldn't have picked a better hotel (def great for a romantic getaway). The hotel staff were really friendly - Benard at reception was fantastic (hope I got the spelling right)! I was pleasantly surprised when the hotel reached out with a survey in order to curate our visit based on our needs - they provided lots of great recommendations for places to visit & restaurants - I thought this was a great and thoughtful touch - never had this before. The hotel is well located approx. 15min walk from the Eiffel Tower & close proximity to the metro station so easy to get around Paris. There's also lots of shops & restaurants in the area.

The hotel is tricky to locate on the street as it's a little 'hidden' so it was difficult to find. It's easy to pass the hotel as you walk up the street as the building number & sign are tiny and you might miss it. The breakfast was ok not fantastic, for Paris we expected lots more pastry options and freshly baked goodies :-).

Great location for Eiffel tower, 10 mins walk, and surrounding attractions, we could see the top of the Eiffel tower from our room, metro line just 5 minutes away and in a very quiet area, staff were excellent and very helpful, ordering taxi's for you to get around the city as required and seemed well informed about the various areas of the city. Breakfast was good, again staff were very helpful, you can eat breakfast anywhere within the hotel, so we ate in the outside courtyard area which was rather nice in the warm weather we experienced. Our room and the hotel were very clean and well maintained.

Our room and bathroom were quite small and was tight to move about, the bed seemed quite small for two, but the bed itself was clean and comfortable. Actual dining area was also quite small, but you can eat breakfast anywhere within the hotel.

Reception staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating: changed our initial reservation due to Olympic Games security issues, and then extended our reservation when I had to deal with dental emergency. The hotel is tucked away just off the main shopping area, so it's both convenient to shops/restaurants/metro .....and quiet, which is perfect for sleeping. We loved the funky decor and paintings -- certainly not "cookie cutter" hotel -- it's very unique and comfortable. I loved the private lounge areas just off the bar and out in the courtyard -- perfect for a quiet drink. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

Only minor downside, was that the elevator didn't quite go all the way to top floor -- not a problem, if you're reasonably mobile, and the reception staff did help with luggage.
