The location was great. Our luggage was lost and the staff were so helpful, they had left us a bottle of wine in our room for our anniversary which was so sweet to see. The room was lovely, clean, beds great. Breakfast good selection of pastries, cooked, continental. Perfect stay, fantastic hotel and staff, highly recommend.

Hotel is located perfect for quick access to Trocadero, plus buses and metro to access entire city. Room was clean and services provided by the hotel were great. Plenty of restaurants and small shops around. The area was quiet and also the hotel rooms seemed soundproof. Breakfast was good and plenty of options.

The mattress and pillows were horribly soft, I could barely sleep. Our room was pretty dark because of its location. The gym is, as usual, mediocre , focused only on a few cardio machines and small weights - located in the breakfast room and separated by a door only so if you usually like to exercise in the morning it’s a bit uncomfortable with all the people eating there and moving around you.

The location was perfect and the rooms were very nice and clean! Also loved the touch of balloons as we were traveling for my birthday.

The breakfast wasn’t nice and lots of the food was just left out on the side in the open such as the pastries and crepes so tasted stale.

I wanted to extend my sincere appreciation to the reception team, in particular Abdel, for their exceptional service during our stay. Every iteraction was handled with genuine warmth, efficiency and professionalism! Abdel kindly made for us check-out at 2am, at our request, so the morning prep wouldn't feel stressful! 4. Even after the midnight, when we were entering the hotel we were warmly greeted with a genuine smile and a warm "Bonsoir"! 5. Immaculate clean room, towels and bathroom at any point of time! Thanks to the stuff for going above and beyond!

Bathroom sink was slow to drain, rooms are not soundproof. You can hear people on the street and in the hall.

Fabulous location in a perfect safe residential area with local restaurants where you could sit & see the Eiffel Tower! The Eiffel Tower was only ten minutes walk away. We were in room on fifth floor and had a small balcony with tiny view of the top of the Eiffel Tower! Roomy, with two twin beds, as I was with my daughter celebrating her birthday. We didn’t go to the wine reception at 5pm as we had wine in our room in the small fridge. Lovely breakfast which set us up for the day, eggs bacon, sausages, fruits, yoghurts, continental, cheeses, cereals, pastries , pancakes. All the staff were super friendly and helpful and helped make a mother daughter birthday weekend extra special . Thank you!

The room was clean compact with a comfortable bed ideal for a couple; located in a quite district very convenient for getting around to see the main attractions of Paris on the 'Big Bus' from the Trocadero / Eiffel Tour. The Breakfast provided was good for what we wanted. The staff were very helpful; the complimentary wine between 6 - 7 p.m. each evening was a nice touch. It was very convenient to be able to purchase vouchers for the tour (Hop on/off bus) at the hotel which made it easy for us bearing in mind you have to have the bank authenticate the expenditure whch would have been difficult without having connectivity through the Wi-Fi

There was very little if nothing to dislike; the only issue we had was with the 'Big Bus' after a certain time some bus stops are taken out of use so unless you know you stand there for ages before giving up and walking

Extremally good location - very close to the metro and Eiffel Tower but very calm area with 3 supermarkets nearby and some good restaurants. The staff! They are super friendly and ready to help. Reception, breakfast restaurant, room service are 5+*. Welcome gifts in the rooms - they are very thought out and cute, sweet compliments are very tasty. Breakfast was very good and it was allowed to take some croissants/fruits out when leaving

Rooms sound proofing :(. It is not just bad but very bad. In deluxe room 604 we've heard our neighbors using their bathroom like if they were doing it in the middle of our room (even not in our bathroom but in our room itself) Triple room was too small for 3 people - only one chair available and very little space to use. It would be great to have some food service in the hotel- like a small caffe to work when nearby catering places are closed

the location of the property was fantastic. Only around 3 minutes walk to the metro and local cafes and bars and around 10-15 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. Our room was really lovely, spacious and with a view of the Eiffel Tower from the bed. The room number was 601 for anyone who would like to request this based on this review. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful with with directions and any help we needed, they really could not have done more for us. Should I ever visit Paris again I would not hesitate to stay in this hotel.

There are not any negatives I can think of. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were fantastic.

My wife and I visited the hotel on our honeymoon in Paris. The staff did a fantastic job, exceeding my expectations and helping me purchase a bouquet of flowers, and spreading rose petals on the bed, complete with champagne and beautiful macarons. The rooms are small, but well appointed with everything we needed. Everything was clean for our entire 4-day stay. The elevator was broken for most of our stay, which was a minor inconvenience. The hotel is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We felt completely safe walking in the streets at night. It's a short walk to the Eiffel Tower, and there are several restaurants and cafes very nearby. Breakfast was delicious, but there is not a lot of variety. Also, adding a cafe or restaurant with room service would be a welcome addition; there is not food available inside the hotel.
