The staff could not have been more kind, thoughtful and efficient. The the hotel knew we were having breakfast in the dining room they provided the most delicious gluten free bread and they always prepared something I could eat. The room was well-appointed and the garden view was a bonus. The neighborhood was lovely and proximity to the Metro was great. Also the local grocery on the same street as the hotel was one of the best little groceries in Paris for finding foods we liked.

There was really nothing we didn't like. The 16th arr. is a bit far from some of the museums we love to visit in Paris and the lively night-life, but it is lovely, has a real neighborhood feel, so it was very nice for us to experience a more refined area of the city.

This boutique hotel is very close to most of the tourists locations. 15mins. It's also very close to the metro and taxi stand. It's next door to a supermarket for extra supplies when needed. Came in handy. The Staff all wore a smile and were always willing to assist. The serenity of the hotel helped to calm my nerves after getting back from the city tour each day. It's not crowded. Its clean and has a garden rest area behind. It was just perfect for my purpose.

There were three areas I felt could be improved: 1. The bathroom shower blind is too short. So when you shower, water gets all over the place. Luckily, you have loads of towels to help clean up. 2. There are no English channels. So it was difficult to watch the TV. I believe they can have subtitles or a few English channels. 3. Lastly, the WI-FI wasn't that convenient. Bumps you out every 20-30mins and no auto-reconnect.

perfect location, tucked away in a queit spot within easy walking distance to Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower and Champs Elysee. The rooms were just right, clean and cosy. The staff were great, very helpful and they allowed us to check in early and leave late, always served with a smile.

There is a small bar and dining area for breakfast. We had included breakfast but it was very limited. We discovered on second day that there were many small cafes and restaurants nearby so it was better to use those rather than the hotel breakfast.

Really lovely hotel in a great location. Set back from the road, it means it's really quiet and peaceful, a great escape from the crowds of the city. The staff on reception were amazing, so friendly and really welcoming.

We could not for the life of us get the air con to work which was desperately needed.

The location is perfect. My second stay because of the location; very clean with comfortable beds and very pleasant staff.

The shower and the toilet! This is my second stay and both times the shower is very slow draining; the shower head does not work properly and the we had to flush the toilet 10 times to get tissue and waste to go down! Very frustrating!

The location was perfect. The room was clean; bed was very comfortable. The shower did not work properly because of a broken nob; there were no small hand towels which made bathing difficult.

Location was superb - right between Eiffel and Champs du Eylsees. Very convenient to get all the attractions with the bonus of incredible cafes, patisseries, bars and a supermarket within a new metres walk!

The taxi drive back to the airport was a little hairy - taxi driver drove way to fast and seemed very erratic!

The location is very good -- within walking distance of the Arch, the Trocadero, the Eiffel Tower, and the Champs d' Elysee. Lots of good restaurants and bars nearby. A small grocery a few buildings down the street. The room was very nice -- we did have a jr suite. The staff were all very helpful.

location was great, nearby groceries, comfortable beds, the night we arrived the hotel reception employee was fantastic! They had umbrellas to use.

AC had to be asked for several times. The bartender was sent to turn on AC but the AC was controlled by the front desk. had to sleep with windows open. no screens. The Wi-Fi internet was the worst, the connections bad, hard to book anything or check mail while in the hotel. The fridge wasn’t cold enough. we got food poisoning from a sandwich.

Convenient location for the Eiffel Tower. There are very few parking spaces so we were directed to a multi storey car park. This is under ground and the entrance is tight but it is close by and secure. Staff were friendly and the bar man on in the evening was great helping us with restaurant suggestions. There are loads close by. There is even a small shop on the street for any drinks etc you might need
