If you are going to Paris - STAY HERE!!!! It is not only conveniently located within walking distance between the Eiffel Tower AND the Arc de Triomphe, the hotel is beautiful, and the staff is absolutely amazing... please hear me out: This is the MOST HONEST hotel you will ever stay! I foolishly left my wallet with all my bank cards, a credit card, my driver's license, etc. AND a bank envelope with more currency than I dare to admit. I was in absolute shambles at the loss as I didn't realize it until I was in the UK. Due to an inoperable cell phone I was not able to contact them for 3 days. When I arrived back in the States they called ME and gave me a full accounting of all the items I had left - including the currency down to the penny! They held it all in their main hotel safe until a friend could pick it up this morning! Please stay here - and if/when you do, please let them know that you APPRECIATE their honesty and hospitality!!! AMAZING!!!!

EVERYTHING was AMAZING!!!

The staff could not have been more kind, thoughtful and efficient. The the hotel knew we were having breakfast in the dining room they provided the most delicious gluten free bread and they always prepared something I could eat. The room was well-appointed and the garden view was a bonus. The neighborhood was lovely and proximity to the Metro was great. Also the local grocery on the same street as the hotel was one of the best little groceries in Paris for finding foods we liked.

There was really nothing we didn't like. The 16th arr. is a bit far from some of the museums we love to visit in Paris and the lively night-life, but it is lovely, has a real neighborhood feel, so it was very nice for us to experience a more refined area of the city.

This boutique hotel is very close to most of the tourists locations. 15mins. It's also very close to the metro and taxi stand. It's next door to a supermarket for extra supplies when needed. Came in handy. The Staff all wore a smile and were always willing to assist. The serenity of the hotel helped to calm my nerves after getting back from the city tour each day. It's not crowded. Its clean and has a garden rest area behind. It was just perfect for my purpose.

There were three areas I felt could be improved: 1. The bathroom shower blind is too short. So when you shower, water gets all over the place. Luckily, you have loads of towels to help clean up. 2. There are no English channels. So it was difficult to watch the TV. I believe they can have subtitles or a few English channels. 3. Lastly, the WI-FI wasn't that convenient. Bumps you out every 20-30mins and no auto-reconnect.

perfect location, tucked away in a queit spot within easy walking distance to Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower and Champs Elysee. The rooms were just right, clean and cosy. The staff were great, very helpful and they allowed us to check in early and leave late, always served with a smile.

There is a small bar and dining area for breakfast. We had included breakfast but it was very limited. We discovered on second day that there were many small cafes and restaurants nearby so it was better to use those rather than the hotel breakfast.

Really lovely hotel in a great location. Set back from the road, it means it's really quiet and peaceful, a great escape from the crowds of the city. The staff on reception were amazing, so friendly and really welcoming.

We could not for the life of us get the air con to work which was desperately needed.

The location is perfect. My second stay because of the location; very clean with comfortable beds and very pleasant staff.

The shower and the toilet! This is my second stay and both times the shower is very slow draining; the shower head does not work properly and the we had to flush the toilet 10 times to get tissue and waste to go down! Very frustrating!

1. The location is top - just ~ 3 minutes to the subway station and ~ 5 minutes to the Trocadéro square. 2. The hotel has a nice design and is well-maintained. 3. The staff is friendly and helpful.

1. The door to the bathroom was pretty old and didn’t close properly.

The location was perfect. The room was clean; bed was very comfortable. The shower did not work properly because of a broken nob; there were no small hand towels which made bathing difficult.

Great hotel. Perfect location, right near the Trocadero and close to the arc de triomphe with the metro nearby too. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed and pillows. It was also quiet at night. Would recommend and stay here again!

The location is very good -- within walking distance of the Arch, the Trocadero, the Eiffel Tower, and the Champs d' Elysee. Lots of good restaurants and bars nearby. A small grocery a few buildings down the street. The room was very nice -- we did have a jr suite. The staff were all very helpful.
