I felt very comfortable. I was able to communicate with most staff, and they were very accommodating and helpful whether it was asking for an iron or where to flag a taxi. The bed was so comfortable.. I wish i was able to sleep in it more! The location was great.. taxis and the metro were a short walk away. The breakfast was perfect.

The bathroom was very small. There is no safe in the room, but it is available in the luggage holding area. I'm not sure if it was just my phone or the outlets, but even with an adaptor and converter, my phone was not charging correctly.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. I received a complimentary upgrade to a suite on the ground floor, which was a great surprise. The room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable.

There seems to be a recurring issue with the shower. While the shower area itself is nicely designed and spacious, water tends to leak out into the room. Since the room is carpeted, this resulted in a wet carpet that remained damp until the next day. I informed the staff, who were friendly and cleaned it promptly, but the underlying issue appears to be known and unresolved. It didn’t ruin my stay, but it’s definitely something the hotel should address.

This property is in a great location. Walking distance from mayor monuments of the city. The metro is very close by which is very convenient when traveling to longer distances as well. As far as the hotel staff, they were all so wonderful! They made us feel like home. Special shout out to the concierge ladies and Noemi for always being so kind, helpful and going above and beyond to assist us in anything we needed.

The only matter that we disliked was the size of the bathroom in our guest room. They were very small, but that will not keep us from coming back to this hotel. :)

When I entered the hotel I was greeted by the lovely staff at the hotel reception, they explained everything I needed to know and told me where my room was and about breakfast. When I got to my room I loved how the room was decorated as it was very girly and Parisian style. The location was also perfect as it was less than a 10 minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and also the Eiffel Tower is nearby too.

I would have liked if my room was a little bigger or had a view onto the street but I was still very happy during my stay at this hotel.

Beautiful rooms, really lovely staff at reception, easy to find and in a good area. Good value so highly recommended despite the downsides I encountered.

Unfortunately the AC was broken but the staff communicated it well and they had a technician to fix it. The lady running the breakfast room was quite rude and miserable! The shower in my room was in the angled roof area so I had to crouch down and I’m only 168cm!

The hotel had a nice atmosphere, a great location, and very helpful reception staff. Breakfast was also good. The coffee could have been a bit stronger, though. :)

The lady in the breakfast (on two mornings) was not very helpful and had quite a grumpy demeanor. My room could have been bigger, but small rooms seem to be characteristic of accommodations in Paris.

Each of the staff (which consisted only of one person at reception doing long shifts) was very friendly, helpful and warm. Always smiling and always willing to assist. The rooms and public spaces are very well maintained. I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that hotel was quiet, both from the outside and from other rooms. Generally these kinds of hotels are not well insulated for noise. The bed was quite comfortable. Rooms are small but mine was well designed to offer maximum space considering the overall size of the room. In general, a good experience in terms of efficiency, utility and providing a welcome feeling

Rooms are small, but that isn't a rarity for boutique hotels in Paris. Bathroom functional but very very small, not much bigger than a closet. No mini-fridge in the room. Complimentary bottle of water offered only on first night

Properly was perfect for us. Starting with a super friendly staff (Sihem and Robert), they accommodated any of our questions and needs. Great free breakfast and perfect location. Hotel was super clean, beds were comfortable and had fast wifi and an elevator (we were with a toddler and a stroller). Hotel is located within 15min walking to the tower, arc and a stop of one of hop on hop off tour buses. You can easily feel, you are in a centre of Paris. There is a grocery store 1min away as well as pharmacy. We had an early flight and were early at the hotel. Sihem checked us in because room was available and we didnt have to wait. That helped a lot. We would definitely recommend this place and would come back.

Location of Hotel is walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe and plenty the shops and restaurants. The front desk staff was courteous and welcoming. Considering we were only in our room for a few hours of sleep, the overall experience was good.

For the price we paid, the view of the wall was not worth it. The bathroom was very small. The room as a whole is clean, but you can tell the carpet is dirty.
