The room is clean and the light is bright enough. The staff is so nice and patient to teach me how to use the drying machine. Service of room tidying up is good and clean. Lounge area provides free drinks are so perfect and you can get bread/ croissant in morning.

It needs some improvement in bath room as when you turn on to a large volume , the connecting area between shower head will squirt the water ; the silicon seal is not higher enough to prevent the water spill out when taking shower.

we were a family of 6 and had a great stay, they welcomed us warmly and had a great hospitality. The rooms we booked were clean, modern, and very spacious. There was a lounge that had coffee, Croissants, fruit, and other snacks. I forgot my Airpods and they were kind enough to send it to me to the airport.

We stayed for a 6 night break and found the hotel perfect for our needs as a family of 4. The apartment was clean and modern and the facilities in the room were everything we needed. A special thank you to Kareem and Vincent on the front desk who greeted us on our first day and couldn’t have been more helpful throughout our stay. They were excellent in giving advice and tips and very friendly. As others have said the lounge area with croissants, fruit, snacks and drinks is a really nice touch. Location was great with Victor Hugo metro just a 3 minute walk and two grocery stores a similar distance. There was also a very good Lebanese place to eat (Karamna) close which was great for us as they have excellent vegetarian food.

The apartment was on the slightly compact side and extra wardrobe space for a family of 4 would have been useful. However, space in Paris is at a premium and so not a big issue in any way.

Loved our amazing stay in Mode Paris Aparthotel in Paris. This is a 4-star hotel, with all the facilities available (serviced every day, coffee machine accessible in lounge 24 hours, fresh croissant available each morning). Our check-in process was very smooth, staff very warm and friendly. From a location standpoint, it is located centrally, near to Arc de Triomphe. It is also 200m from metro station, Victor Hugo, within 10-15 mins of distance from most of the key locations (can be reached via Metro).

We booked this hotel not having heard much about it but it exceeded our expectations. This hotel was an amazing stay, staff were very helpful and kind - they helped us understand the metro system, the amenities were great with a free lounge, and the rooms were very big compared to other hotels. For the price, this hotel is definitely worth it and the metro is a two minute walk from the hotel which can bring you all throughout Paris.

Very welcoming reception staff, especially Karim. He was very attentive and took the time to give the necessary information. There was a nice buffet with croissants, fruits, juices and coffee available for the guests, every morning instead of a breakfast in a cosy lounge room. The room was clean and the furniture new, as on the pictures. There is a beautiful courtyard too where you can relax in comfortable chairs. The location is great, next to metro Victor Hugo, with a nearby supermarket and different restaurants. I will definitely recommend this property as I find it good value for money. The service and the state of the accommodation are excellent.

Very up to date "electronics" in the room that took a little time to figure out. The lighting was wonderful (so many hotel rooms fall short in this area), but we could never figure out how to turn on just the overhead lights or just the lights above the bedsides; they always came on/off together. Very attentive service staff.

The location of the fridge was awkward due to it being behind the placement of one of the chairs - but it was a good fridge!

The staff was extremely friendly, and the rooms were big and well-equipped. The housekeeping did a fantastic job, and the room was spotless daily. The location is excellent, and basically, a perfect hotel. I would most definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

The reception and housekeeping teams are really nice, professional, and attentive. The reception staff offered helpful recommendations on local restaurants and weather updates. The air-conditioned room is impressively soundproofed and thoughtfully equipped with a practical kitchenette—providing a convenient, home-like feel. The renovation (ongoing) strikes a perfect balance between modern comfort and the preserved charm of the original architecture. The location is excellent—offering the quiet elegance of the 16th arrondissement while being just steps from the vibrant shopping and dining around Place Victor Hugo. The inner courtyard is a haven of peace and calm, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a cool breeze on a hot summer afternoon. The breakfast and refreshment cart in the front lobby is a thoughtful and welcoming touch that added to the overall experience.

Excellent staff, always helpful and cheerful. Merci à Hector, Kate, Bassem, and Alexis for making our stay so special. Very modern, clean hotel. Nice size and modern style rooms. Smart TV. You can open the window. There are 2 buildings : building A where reception is located and has rooms overlooking street or the inner courtyard. Building B the rooms only overlook the courtyard. Lifts in both buildings. There is a lounge with books, tv, coffee and free croissant. The courtyard is pleasant as long as there are no smokers around and not too much loud voices. Perfect location close to Victor Hugo Metro (3mn by foot). Supermarket and restaurants, pharmacy 3mn by foot. Trocadero, Arc de Triomphe nearby.

The rooms all have a different layout, even within the same category. Ours nbr B202 only had one bedside table, not convienient for 2 person. The kitchen was tiny (no place to put dishes to dry, or to put the hot plate -located in cupboard- in case you wish to cook) but enough if you just heat things up in microwave or order food. Tv was at an odd angle and very high. Showers are being remodeled with better doors to avoid water splashing.
