Travelled with my spouse for a short brake and we loved the hotel and the location ,next to arc de triomphe you can access all the area around it within minutes by walking.parking was available so i used the service and it helped me a lot.

I had the breakfast only one time since it did not meet my expectaions ,but there is two good cafe next to the hotel so i visited both cafe while there so it did not bother me

Perfect location in a nice area which was not crowded by tourists. The hotel is a cosy boutique hotel. Rooms were larger than usual for Paris and we had the spa bath and a small balcony. The swimming pool and sauna were usually reserved just for you when requested in advance. Really nice stay. Recommend it.

The staff were friendly and accommodating but not really knowledgeable. We had asked to turn on the sauna twice. The first time it was not on at all and the second time it was at 120 degrees so we had to ask them to turn it off before we can use it. It was a bit pricey but I guess this is when you want comfort in Paris.

Location for where we wanted to be. Brand new, just renovated and small. Decor was stunning and quality fittings. Nice to have a balcony and the bathroom was stunning. Good quality and choice of breakfast. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful - just a couple of things it would have been nice to have had done without having to ask.

Mattress was harder than we like Inconsistency of what was provided in the room eg coffee and water one day not the next, when requested only had decaf Someone should have done more snagging, no rail in wardrobe and it took 3 days to be put in. Remote control not working properly and very limited channels for English speaking. Coffee machine and orange juice machine usually needed sorting out each morning before use - table small for all the items at breakfast so we moved some things onto some beautiful furniture that probably shouldn’t have been used for that.

We liked everything! Location is p e r f e c t! Between Trocadero and Arc due Triumph! Local caffes and restaurants all around. Eiffel tower view in the next street. Comfortable room, beautiful bathroom, heated floor, always hot water, fresh, soft towels, daily cleaning. Bed is super comfy Tea/coffee in the room, mini bar Breakfast the usual, but the staff will make you additional eggs or something you like The spa is private, you have to reserve your time, but is clean, water in the pool is perfect temp. Has Jacuzzi. Perfect value for the money. Would recommend!

We liked everything

The hotel is completely renovated and everything is perfect. Te bathroom has a bathtub and the floor has heating. It was very comfortable. The building is few steps away from the Arc du Triomphe and the champs elysee. Outside there are two very lively bistrots and the atmosphere is what you can expect from Paris. Violins paying and people laughing and lots of joy.

The closet is too small.

We loved staying in Hotel Kleber - the staff was amazing - always ready to help and very friendly Location is very convenient, the balcony in the room is great We enjoyed the spa, it is very nice The only one thing we were not happy with - is the size of the room, especially if travel with big amount of luggage as we did. Other than the hotel is wonderful!

The size of the room

Beautiful brand new hotel centrally located in the 16th beautiful arrondissement of Paris. The room is furnished with really high standard furniture, it was very quiet.

I wished there were some towels available in the spa facility. I had to ask the reception to bring some and unfortunately they forgot to bring them.

The Kleber Hotel and Spa is conveniently located in the 16th district of Paris. A short distance from the subway Boissiere and close to the Arc of Triomphe. It offers an adequate buffet and an hour of private access to the Spa. The spa is included in the room price. You will need to book it beforehand. The room is lovely, and there is AC.

There is little closet space.

Lovely helpful and positive staff- especially Martin! Helped us check in early as they knew we had a long tiring flight. Clean elegant rooms. Central location and only a 7 minute walk to champs Elysees. Private spa session included in your stay. Loved every minute staying here. Will be back!

Needs daily water delivered to the rooms. This should just be standard and not asked for.

The place was extremely clean and for Paris the bathroom and the showers were amazing. No after smells and super new.

The price is still a little steep for the size of the rooms and the shower didnt drain well but I still thought it was amazing.
