Lovely modern hotel and decor. Great view of the Eiffel Tower from our balcony. USB ports by the bed. Cocktails from the bar were great. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Super helpful also!

Only issue I had was pre booking some celebration decorations but the hotel resolved this issue at the later time (just had hoped it would be there for arrival)

Amazing view of the Eiffel Tower and within very easy walking distance. Beautiful ambience and exceptionally clean. Lovely personal touch by the front desk who arranged for balloons to be sent to my room for my birthday celebrations!

A very nice, modern hotel. Our bed was very comfortable and the breakfasts fueled our very busy weekend perfectly. Rooms are small but well-appointed. Staff is very attentive. Bathroom floor was very cold and could use in-floor heating. Shower door was a stress shatter waiting to happen (opens into vanity). An LED light strip was falling down from the ceiling when we arrived but was obviously repaired by maintenance the next day while we were out (we hadn’t asked). Staff made an excellent restaurant recommendation (Sogno, just up the street…do try it…very good). Out trip was celebrating a milestone wedding anniversary and the staff made arrangements for a bouquet of flowers to be waiting for us. Would stay here again.

The property was new, beautiful, the balcony had beautiful views of the Eiffel Tower, while being off the busy path. Breakfast was great and the property was clean, while holding a cozy mid-century vibe. Walking distance was an amazing Italian restaurant, locally owned with a small quaint atmosphere. ( better than some of the Italian food we had IN Italy LOL ) I would recommend this hotel 100%, the shower was large, under sink storage for your items while having a full length mirror in the room as well

the staff were absolutely fantastic, making us feel welcome and kindly obliging to our special request to have the best eiffel tower view. the room itself (double deluxe room with balcony) was 10/10 for cleanliness and comfort (massive bed). location was also perfect, between the eiffel tower and arc de triomphe, lots of cafes and bakeries close by alongside numerous metro stations.

honestly could not fault the property, if i had to say something maybe the fridge was a little small, but it’s not needed

The hotel is fantastic, the location and area is very convenient for all of the attractions All the staff from management to the front of house are all amazing people and will do whatever it takes to make your stay a comfortable one,

This is a newly opened hotel, our room was fantastic but had defects such as the towel rack falling off and our sink was leaking, The manager moved us for one night to fix the problem then moved us back into our original room, it was annoying but the staff did what they could to make it right

Loved the location and especially my view of the Eiffel tower from my balcony. The room was small but had everything I needed including a clothes steamer! The staff were friendly and very helpful and kind. I felt very comfortable here as a solo traveller and only wish i had the time to test out the bar. Would definitely stay here again.

The cord for electric kettle did not reach power point I could not get the room safe to work but did forget to ask staff whom I'm sure would have helped me

No coffee cups or milk in rooms nice to be able to make a coffee or tea and though they had coffee machines had to go and ask for cups and milk. Which the bar staff happily gave me. Small details often make the difference.

A stunning hotel, perfect location. Very comfortable room, with the most perfect view of the Eiffel Tower. The staff went above and beyond for us. We would absolutely stay again.

The location. Extremely central and perfect for walking to any of the main sites. The team at check in and check out were AMAZING. They were engaging, professional, helpful and informative - there was nothing we asked and they were not able to answer. Also, they looked immaculate!
