First off, on arrival, we were met by the loveliest of men (Pierre) he was so polite and accommodating through the checking process. He explained everything and nothing was too much trouble. The room was a good size and clean which is so important. As far as location goes, it was a bout 15 min walk to the viewing platform for the Eiffel Tower and the area felt very safe getting back after midnight with no issues what so ever.

There honestly wasn't anything to dislike about the hotel, staff or location. Everything I would do again and again.

We had an absolutely amazing time during our stay here. The room was beautiful and spacious, the house as a whole is very welcoming and homely and the area has many thriving lovely local spots. As someone with a later than usual get up time we truly appreciated that housekeeping never woke us up and still always did up our room once we had left!

As the property does not have an elevator and we were on the second floor we had a lovely member of staff bring up our bags upon arrival. However, when we were leaving there was currently no one to be found at the front desk to help us with our luggage. That really is only a minor issue during an otherwise wonderful stay!

Hotel has a unique rococo style, decorated with period pieces. However, not all people will appreciate this style of decoration. The room was light and spacious. It is housed in a renovated mansion. The staff was very friendly, and comped a water bottle and a tea that a friend had while visiting as I was having breakfast. The location is 10mins walking from Trocadero and the Eiffel Tower, but otherwise distant from other attractions in Paris. I stayed there because it was close to the location for my professional commitments.

As it happens with many older houses, it does not have an elevator (but the staff carried my suitcase upstairs). Breakfast is basic, somewhat overpriced, and is served in a very small room in the basement. While its location was very convenient for my professional purposes, I would not stay there as a tourist.

. It's like having a room in a friend's private home. . The staff, specially M. Pierre, was extremely nice, helpful, polite and went the extra mile answering any inquiry. . They were able to squeeze a WC, a shower and a shower in the parisiam style bedroom

. The bedroom space is small. Not much room for your luggage . The covers are old . Old style/cheap decoration,but you'd feel histed at your French friend's house.

Lovely place, my favorite thing about the place is the host, lovely service, the hotel is very close to the Eiffel and close to many central places in Paris. Highly recommended!

Nice clean spacious room which was serviced to a good standard daily . Shower was basic but ok . Hotel has no lift and no public areas .

The location is great. Quiet and cozy. It is really nice that the hotel is small so it is quieter and a very relax atmosphere. The personnel is very nice.

The tv is not an smart tv and only had french channels wich is nice but it would be better to be able to choose and maybe have some Netflix.

Was everything very nice, very friendly and helpful employees. The Hotel is located centrally, we could do everything by foot.

We expected a garden (from the pictures) but there is only one table outside (which we could ude for dinner, what was great)

Eiffel tower about 20-25 min. walk. Clean and nice room. In the bathroom was soap, shower gel, shampoo. Few small shops not far away.

We was group of friends and room for 4 people was very small. They add extra two beds just near double bed. If room will be just for two people it would be great but for 4 people it was small.

Lovely small hotel (about 8 rooms) on a quiet street. Room nicely equipped with heritage furniture. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast.

WIFI was slow - froze frequently making video calls impractical.
