Good location, very close to the main areas of Passy, and in a quiet but chic area of the 16th arrondissement. Good communication from the hosts when I had questions. Very convenient for access to Roland Garros (a short Lime bike or taxi ride ride away).

The soundproofing of the rooms was poor; there were some extremely loud other guests in other apartments. The quality of the hand soap bars was also worse than expected (liquid soap is preferable). Ventilation could be improved also. There was also quite a convoluted way of accessing the apartment (up some stairs, then down another set of stairs, and then up another).

Good location for walking to/from Eiffel Tower and other tourist attractions along the Seine and especially bus, metro, RER access. Great restaurants, bistros, cafes, bakeries and green grocers also within walking distance (500 m). Very comfortable place to come back to after sightseeing during days. Very quiet neighborhood for sleeping and calm. Good that there was a hairdryer and many kitchen devices available in the room.

It would have been nice to have received instructions for operation of tv (available channels), room heaters (sometimes too, hot, too cold, best would be timed operation maybe). There were slight odors (moldiness) from bathroom. There was a problem with the locking of the front gate to the street, though we saw no evidence of a security issue/crime during our stay.

The location was perfect around a 10 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower and various viewpoints nearby. We felt safe at night as a younger couple walking in the dark to the apartment, which is extremely important for us. To get into our apartment was smooth as we used various codes so no need to worry about losing a key/card. Extremely clean apartment, which we thought was extremely spacious for the money and the location.

The cooker/stove provided didn’t work but this didn’t bother us as it was cheap enough to eat out and try new places!

It is a good apartment with a great location. I was really surprised by the level of information provided. I received three SMS messages with detailed access information on my phone and an additional call where a lady asked if I had all the information about my booking and if I had any questions.

I did not find a Wi-Fi password in any of the SMS messages I received, so I had to contact the administration. The funny thing is, there was a phone number provided for contact, with a sign saying there is WhatsApp on that number. For some reason, I could not find a WhatsApp account on that number, so I had to send an SMS. I did not receive a response to my SMS. Later, I found the Wi-Fi password, but the difficulty in reaching them seemed strange to me.

Great location, easy to access Metro (line 6 or 9) or walk to the Trocadero or Eiffel Tower. Neighbourhood was good, access to shops, bakery, chemist easily. We liked the Italian on the same road, Ricci's, and the bakery, Desgranges. Perfect accommodation space for our family of four (two double bedrooms), including own shower room and small kitchen space. We were aware there was no lounge area before we booked but we liked the workbench in the main area/bedroom with chairs to breakfast, but we mostly ate out on the go. The kids shared the double room in the centre of the accommodation which had a little desk and shelf storage. Clean towels, bedding and living space. Shower was a good pressure and temperature, and there was a hairdryer. TV worked well, it was fun watching the local channels, and the free WiFi worked well. Access was all through coded locks but this worked fine and was easy to check-in.

Sometimes the entrance lobby inside was quite dark to climb the stairs in the evening but overall, we were really pleased.

Feels like you are in refurbished office building that is now appartments building. Also it would be better if the shower could completely shut, otherwise the floor gets a bit wet, hence we had to use more towels to wipe it.

Excellent location. Clean accommodation. Top notch building security. Staff communicated well.

My only complaint is that the bathroom is only accessible from the main bedroom. Somewhat inconvenient for a group. Additionally the pillows are as flat and uncomfortable as it comes. Overall excellent stay though despite the minor inconveniences.

Great communication. Staff are very quick to reply and to give the instructions on how to check in, and give some suggestions where to store the bags. The place isn't very big, but it was clean and had everything we needed. The location was good, too (walkable distance to the Eiffel Tower).

Where the spare single bed is, is right at the entrance, and there is no window. I'm not sure how it is during the summertime, as it could be very warm.

Great location & communication about access. Comfortable beds. Clean, functional. Great value!

No instructions for the safe. Was warm inside when we arrived due to sun on the windows all afternoon (it was 29°C outside) but the cooler unit soon sorted that out. Too noisy to keep running all night. I personally don't like that the single bed is directly as you come in, especially if you're using it for a child.
