Great location, comfortable apartment. Perfect for 2 people.

The location was excellent. Very comfortable bed and well decorated apartment. Located in authentic residential neighborhood away from tourist traps but close enough to walk to great shopping on Victor Hugo and to the Arc de Triumph.

Ground floor. A bit pricey but you are paying for the location.

Apartment is comfortable and in a good location. Design is attractive and well laid out. It's small, but adequate for a couple for a few days.

Property manager is unresponsive. To get into the property, I had to a key from a box at a laundromat a couple of hundred yards from the property. I was supposed to get an access code by text message, which didn't arrive. I phoned the property manager and was able to get access. However, after leaving the property, I needed an invoice for the stay. I sent several messages to the property manager and tried to phone, but got no response. Eventually I had to phone Booking to request the invoice, which I haven't received yet.

the staff wasn’t helpful neither polite to our request. we stayed one week and they didn’t clean the room once.

Man, I really wanted to like this place --- the interior design is fantastic and the location is extraordinary. However, some key problems ruined it: * an unbearable smell throughout, almost rotten. It would build up during the day while we were away, and we had to leave the windows open upon arrival to air out * a hairdryer that caught on fire when we ran it (it's unclear how this was not noticed earlier) * a bathroom that was freezing cold, almost as if though it was placed outside

The place was not clean,spiderwebs everywhere,paint pealing and dust
