Felt like living in Paris as a resident rather than as a tourist . Staff very friendly .

No mini bar or coffee making facilities in room

Super comfortable stay in chic setting at the Villa Glamour. The bed and pillows were 10/10. The decor was thoughtful and chic. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location was ideal in a lovely neighborhood which was about a 20 minute walk to the Seine, 30 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, 25 minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe, and about an hour to the Louvre (all lovely walks). We also enjoyed a lovely breakfast in the morning (extra cost).

Just a note that with our room located on the third floor, we had three sets of stairs to negotiate which wasn’t a problem for us but a note for those needed accessible accommodations.

The room was great. Very quiet despite being on ground floor overlooking the street, soundproofing throughout hotel excellent. Aircon absolutely superb - very effective and almost silent (very necessary as Paris was in middle of a heatwave). Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was good - fruit salad freshly prepared and great croissants. Charming staff - friendly and helpful.

The only comment I would make is that breakfast is slightly let down by limp packet cheese.

The reception staff at Villa Glamour were so helpful and couldn't do enough, letting us check in early and leave our bags after check out, while we waited on our flight time. It has a family feel and that is just one of the positives - it is so close to the metro, in a lovely area, half hour from CDG airport by taxi, the rooms are so clean, beds so soft and airconditioned. Continental breakfast includes fresh fruit, juice and fresh croissants - just right.

There was a slight bit of noise on the stairs during night with travellers departing for their flight- but this is out of the control of the hotel.

We were warmly met by our hosts on arrival. Our room on the 1st floor was above our expectations, being very well decorated with modern fittings and comfortable. The continental breakfast was exceptional with freshly pressed orange juice and croissants the best we have had in France. All through our short 2 days stay, the staff were always very pleasant, helpful and ready to assist where needed.

Nothing, all was excellent

This hotel was so great. My husband and I stayed here for almost a week and I can't say anything bad about the place. Everything from the staff, bedding and service was awesome. The front desk staff were super friendly, accommodated every request and even helped with booking rides and finding destinations. If I ever make it back to Paris I would definitely stay here.

There was nothing about the hotel that we didn't like.

I loved my stay here. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. My room was huge (by Paris standards) and clean. Windows can be opened to sleep with a cool breeze as air-conditioning is centrally controlled. A few things which may bother some- there is no elevator/lift and the top floor is approximately 4 flights of stairs. Staircase is very wide and easy to use. Air conditioning is also centrally controlled- wasn't an issue for me but may be for others. All in all, would definitely come back and recommend others to stay here.

Cleaning Services was perfect, I left the room very messy, and yet the room was cleaned very well, five stars for room service. The room and hotel gives the french wonderful, atmosphere

The stairs are an inconvenience especially with luggage to pick up, although that the staff insisted to help, but for old people the stairs will be an issue

The staff went out of their way to assist - they helped me remove the plastic wrap around my suitcase and offered to carry my luggage up to the room. The location was great, very close to the metro. I also liked that the room was clean and recently refurbished.

The decor was dark, which made the room look gloomy. There was not much room where to hang / store clothes.

Nice hotel in a great neighborhood. Good bathroom, nice interiors.

My room was right on the entry level, next to the entry door, the window facing the road, people walking on the street may look into the room. Like most hotels in Paris the room was small
