The staff are great, very friendly and super nice. The place is very well-kept and has an amazing design, and the food and cocktails are superb. Great location and puppy friendly. Our dog had his own little bed set up for him on arrival, with treats and a water/food bowl. Truly amazing Can't fault it

The price:) But it was worth it. The only other thing I didn't like is that on Sunday they have a brunch buffet in the restaurant and there was nowhere we would sit for a coffee even, which I think should be fixed. We weren't allowed to go to the bar for a coffee or drink because it was a set buffet (which I get), but there should be an alternative place to grab a coffee or a drink even if you are eating out.

This is my second time staying at the property. The restaurant is amazing and the staff are very organized. The property is close to Carette Cafe and Girafe. Located in a lovely neighborhood with many shops around.

There was a huge crack in my mirror and a stain on the leather sofa. Hopefully they will get this fixed. Other than those issues the room is lovely.

I loved Brach's interiors and decor and their overall service. Every staff member I engaged with was friendly and very professional (doorman, front desk, concierge, spa, restaurant...).

Not much! If I were a bit nitpicky, some areas were slightly dusty due to too many small decorative items (especially in the closet/mini bar area). However, I loved the overall decor of the room.

First of all, the hotel gives you a unique atmosphere and feeling. Stylish and comfortable rooms, excellent atmospheric restaurant. Friendly staff. It’s located in a quiet, expensive area of Paris. Tourist crowds won't bother you.

the rooms are decorated in simply stunning style, and the beds are Uber comfortable… each room is unique and the service is very peeps alized, with gifts for the kids and cool flip flops for the pool. the pool area is great with a huge jacuzzi but used by the gym for classes so gets a little crowded… also it’s right by the gym so doesn’t feel so cosy or private… as the gym is used by outsiders I believe… the music channels in the rooms is a beautiful touch and the bathrooms are gorgeous and very comfortable.

it is still overpriced though, even though it’s beautiful and well managed. the rooms are on the small side even for paris, and there isn’t much added service offered.

Exquisite hotel - beautifully designed, buzzing and with a distinct character. The neighborhood (16th arrondissement) is very nice - quiet and residential yet chic, with most key attractions within a reasonable 15-20 min taxi ride. Great toiletries, minibar, room amenities. The Evok Conciergerie team is absolutely fantastic - extremely responsive and helped me arrange a smooth and enjoyable itinerary - did not have to worry about a single reservation as all the restaurants I wanted to visit had been booked well in advance per my request, and all requests to reschedule/rearrange were addressed in a prompt and friendly manner. Hotel staff were wonderful and helpful too!

The rooms are rather small (even the Superior category) - probably par for the course for Paris, so not really a downside - more of an aspect to be aware of (was pretty tricky to open up a large suitcase in the room…). Also was a bit difficult to figure out the various switches for the lighting in the room. Breakfast options in the hotel restaurant are nice, but can be quite pricey (especially when opting for à la carte) - would be nice to have breakfast included at this price point for the rooms.

The people were so kind and accommodating from the minute we arrived , Mattiah was unbelievably welcoming and professional.

Some of the cardio equipment in the gym was not great. Like the Ellipticals. Also the sauna did not always heat up well.

The style is very designed and chic. Comfortable and relaxed.

The service of the restaurant on the ground floor is so bad. The reception of the restaurant and the service staff have no any sense of service. They are very cold. I don’t know if they are separate from the hotel, because the service of the main reception of the hotel on the first is very good.

Location of the property wasn’t great but the hotel itself more than compensated for that!

The hotel staff was really nice. The room was big and cleaned everyday twice. I liked the location of the hotel - everything was close by walking 10 to 20 minutes.

The service in the hotel restaurant was slow - it should have been faster. The light switches in the room were little confusing. I had some trouble with the key-card for the room.
