Bed was very clean and comfortable, slept well each night. Location was excellent, close to everything I wanted. Staff were helpful, polite and friendly. Shower room larger than I expected, a definite bonus.

A kettle in the room would have been nice.

All started with welcoming and highly professional staff. The room was pretty spacious for "Paris standards" and bed super comfy. With a clean bathroom and nice amenities, it was everything one needed to visit that particular neighbourhood for work.

If I were visiting Paris for work during heavy rains, I would appreciate having something to hang my coat outside the wardrobe so it could dry. The unique "hotel" hangers, which you can not hang anywhere else in the wardrobe, do not help. Iron or trouser press could be useful as well. (I know, I am picky this time)

The location is unbeatable, close to main attraction. The rooms are comfortable and clean. We had a small issue with the bath tub not draining fully but the staff did address it quickly. Simone at the front desk was there on our arrival and during the day during our stay.. she is so kind, helpful and informative. A great asset to the facility.

Bathtub didn't drain well in one room. It was addressed by staff. Room phones don't seem to collect to front desk.

Room was bigger than I expected for being central Paris. Very clean. And good impression with decor. Great location to easily walk to the Eiffel Tower and metro stations. Felt safe at night. Two grocery stories withing a block. Would stay here again. (We only ate breakfast at the hotel buffet one day. It had a good spread the day we ate there.)

The fridge in the room did not work. Our plan was to get milk and eat cereal and milk in our room before going out in the morning every day as we are late risers, but I quickly realized the milk was spoiling in the fridge and we had to pour it out and buy fresh milk every morning.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and major attractions. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable experience.

The only downside was that the room was a bit noisy at times. The soundproofing between rooms wasn’t great, so I could hear movement from neighboring guests.

The location was excellent and the breakfast sufficient. and the rooms were cleaned every day, which was great. As a student, I wanted to be in the city center at a reasonable price, where this accommodation exceeded my expectations and was better than I expected. We also got a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower :)

The rooms were small but cozy and since we were mainly in the city, we only went there to sleep anyway.

This is a fantastic hotel in a quiet neighbourhood but walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. We had two rooms for family - rooms were adjacent to each other in a corridor on their own. Not actually interconnected but felt fine for us. We were just there one night but the staff were happy to store our luggage so we could explore Paris before we headed to the airport. Would recommend and will likely stay there again as we have more of Paris to explore!

There is no handle bar for the tub in the bathroom. My wife slipped and fell with bruises in the arms and leg because there was no handle bar to hold on for getting in or out of the tub. Glad it was not a serious injury. I reported to the management and told them to install handle bars before there is serious accident.

We only had the breakfast on one day, but it was quite satisfactory. The pastries were very nice. The facilities in the room were good. The bed was very comfortable. The air-conditioning unit kept us nice and cool, too.

The cleanliness in the room could have been a little bit better. The corners of the room were a little dusty.

The hotel is located in an attractive part of Paris (XVIème arrondissement), and although it's located on a road junction, the room was remarkably quiet. I was delighted to find that, despite booking a single room, I had a double bed in which to stretch out! The breakfast was perfectly adequate and set me up for a morning's explorations.
