This is a super little b&b with fantastic, friendly hosts who provided a lovely welcoming atmosphere and excellent fresh breakfast. The area was superb and easy to get into the centre of Paris. The whole flat was beautifully clean and had everything you could want including fridge, microwave and hob. You can also see the Eiffel Tower from the window in the lounge area.

The lift is very tiny only 5ft wide and about 2ft deep so a struggle to get 2 people plus 1 case each in and it is on the 6th floor but we managed. There is a tiny spiral staircase up to the flat which is steep and narrow so someone with mobility issues would not really be able to manage it but it was ok for us.

We loved everything about the property! The location provided easy accessibility to everywhere we wanted to go. We used the metro, bus, and walking and never had any difficulty. The guest apartment is private and the neighborhood is quiet. The hosts, Odile and Remy, were knowledgeable on anything we had questions about. The breakfast was wonderful as was the morning conversation, which we sought out. Privacy was provided but we preferred to learn about our hosts, the neighborhood, and Paris. We would return in a heartbeat!

The apartment is beautifully designed and the attention to detail is incredible. The lighting from the many windows and the view of the Eiffel Tower—especially at night—are exceptional. From the very comfortable bed, impeccable linens, warmed towels and kitchenette, the space is welcoming. Odile and Remy make an effort that comes from the heart—breakfast every morning with a different table decor and fresh and delicious food are only one indication. Remy’s play list is something to be inspired by. Their joy in creating this environment is evident in every detail and conversation. We cannot say enough about our appreciation of them.

Excellent hospitality! Amazing loft with excellent view to Eiffel Tower! Very clean and spacious, really upgraded our Paris experience! Odile and Remy made us feel like home! Diamond takeaways: Odile and Remy prepared some amazing breakfasts for us with local delicacies and amazing decoration to really admire. We also enjoyed the excellent suggestions provided for local restaurants by Odile and Remy who augmented this Parisian experience of our trip!

Nothing at all! Everything was marvelous!

Remy and Odile were excellent hosts. They made us feel so comfortable in their home. The loft was clean, modern and had everything we needed. The breakfast that was served every morning was fresh. plentiful and delicious. The view of the Eiffel tower from the room was a bonus. The hosts gave us great recommendations for restaurants near by and things to do. Overall, despite all the rain, we had a great stay here feeling like a true Parisian for 3 days!

Remy & Odile Have an absolute haven here in Paris! The attention to detail exceeded our expectations. I had booked for my granddaughters 18th birthday treat and what a treat it was! Remy & Odile gave her a gift at breakfast, very kind and considerate couple who are very interested in their visitors. We had fresh flowers, wine and amazing home baking on arrival. I have never experienced such a warm welcome any other place apart from home. 10 out of 10 for everything they do.

Nothing! It was all perfect.

Everything about Maison des Chaumes exceeded our expectations. The apartment was comfortable and the location close enough to the center for easy travel, but far enough away to escape the hustle of the city. Rémy and Odile were fantastic hosts - after a week it felt like we were staying with friends rather than renting an apartment.

The breakfast was refreshing and delicious! The hosts were gracious. Loved talking with them, plus their kindness at helping with getting around the city was above and beyond!

The bedding was comfortable, yet had a scent that was problematic…hard for those that are sensitive to chemical scents in laundry detergents.

Lovely, friendly hosts. Accomodation was private flat within a flat where the landlords lived. Breakfast in the living room of the landlords. Excellent homemade breakfast, fresh, lovely prepared fruit, honey from own production. Nice area with a few restaurants close by for dinner. Really excellent.

We liked the overall feeling that was offered - Got the real Parisian experience. The hosts were warm and welcoming. We definitely recommend it to travelers who want an authentic French experience and hospitality.
