Great Location for a weekend break, can easily get to the centre using the metro which is approximately 10 minute walk from the apartment. It is ground floor and right next to the apartment front door so can be slightly noisy in the mornings with the commuters but this only starts around 8am.

the whole set up is beautiful, very close to the Eiffel Tower and across from the river.

unfortunately the property wasn’t very clean when we arrived, I had to clean hairs out of the bath tub and dust off the bench tops. There were four small bottles of shampoo but no conditioner and no bubble bath provided, espresso coffee pods but no milk for tea, no full length mirror to check your outfit before going to the Moulin Rouge - all small things but they’re things that matter, and you expect for such a price as the hotel. The heating panel didn’t work which meant the water didn’t heat up, and we had a cold bath. considering the bath tub is the selling factor for the hotel, this ruined the stay somewhat. The tv also wouldn’t connect to the wifi so we couldn’t use it.

Awful (i.e.non-existant) lighting over bathroom mirrors -. very difficult to shave and fit contact lenses. Couldn't get the TV to work correectl,y - sent message to the proprietor asking for advice - no reply even after four days so we had no TV Very poor quality taps and fittings - all were loose and seemingly fragile and in risk of breaking and generating water leak. Mattress too soft for our taste and ailing backs

I can’t say I enjoyed my stay, as it was quite uncomfortable overall. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet my expectations, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Unfortunately, I didn’t have a comfortable stay. First, the room was located in the basement with a window facing the street that had no fence. We couldn’t open it for fresh air due to safety concerns, and since it was visible from the outside, we also had no privacy or natural light. The room wasn’t even inside the main building — it was placed between two entrance doors, which meant constant noise from people coming and going. The neighbors were also quite loud. I wasn’t able to sleep properly on any of the five nights I stayed. Only one towel per person was provided for the entire stay, and they stayed damp the whole time. The floor didn’t feel very clean either. Finally, the lock on the door was faulty, which made entering and exiting the room difficult. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience.
