Hotel staff: forthcoming and helpful. Room: squeaky clean, very comfortable albeit small. Location: cozy, quiet residential neighborhood, with very good access to public transport and plenty of excellent restaurants within walking distance to choose from. Quality/price ratio: excellent by Parisian standards.

Three very minor peeves, no big deal: - we were promised a boiler by booking.com, there was none to be found in the room; - the wireless connection was a bit hit & miss, especially late in the evening for some reason; - you might have to wait for a few minutes before the elevator is actually available, especially in the morning.

The staff were very kind, understanding, and chill. Helpful and friendly. We stayed as a family and had no complaints at all. It was truly nice and one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in — it smelled fresh and was spotless. The location is 6 minutes from the metro, with many buses passing by, and about a 30-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. The streets are safe; even when I came home late at night, I never felt scared. It was always a good area. I definitely recommend it.

Location was good, very close to the metro as well as the Eiffel Tower and anything near it. Streets were lonely and peaceful and the hotel was open 24/7. Useful as I returned late at night and wanted to order food. Shower was the highlight, lots of space to shower and the pressure was great.

The bathroom had no door, I stayed by myself so it was fine however it was supposed to be a room for two so had I been staying with someone due how small the room was I would've had a clear view of them doing their business in the toilet. Breakfast also seemed overpriced, I didn't try it.

Location was ideal for us. Surprised at first by room on ground floor, but it was spacey (for Paris...) and quiet. Good firm bed. Staff was friendly and smiling.

Air-con was dripping and we used towels to fix. Hopefully this will be permanently fixed soon. No facility for tea or coffee in the room. Bed was not made on the last night of our stay, but it was done the previous days. Shower head would need a decalc.

They let us drop off bags early so we could look around Paris without our bags. The room was modern and very clean. Front desk is manned 24/7. With friendly staff. Windows can be opened but our view was a courtyard- which was fine. Easy access to the metro. Was convenient for getting to Versailles and the Eiffel Tower.

Room was a little small. Not much room other than the bed.

Everything was amazing.. The stay was very comfortable and the place was clean and quiet. You can walk to groceries, cafes and restaurants, as well as the Eiffel Tower. The services are excellent and the cleanliness is as well. But the space is very narrow, as it is not possible for 3 people to take the elevator? Or two people with a suitcase! Therefore, do not be shocked.. Even the area of ​​​​the room is small and not enough to open the bags!!

Very nice location An easy and comfortable place to sleep close to the center, great location. Perfect for the price. Climatised, fridge working, bathroom was fine. Absolutely no traffic noise.

This is a great location if you are watching the French Open. The metro which goes straight to Roland Garros is only a 5 min walk away. The bathroom seemed to have been recently redone and the staff were very friendly.

The room was small (but this is not unexpected in European cities) and the walls are thin so you will hear people coming in and out. But everything was very clean, neat and well-designed to make use of the space!

The accommodation is in a great location with a subway nearby, making it convenient for getting around. The staff are all super nice and there is a nice courtyard.

The Wi-Fi signal wasn't very good at that time, but the staff said they would fix it.

I liked the quiet and safe location. The room was pretty big compare to what I could expect from Paris 😄 The staff was very kind and helpful.

The property could pay more attention to details like stains on curtains and armchairs. Addressing these would really enhance the otherwise positive experience
