We had the opportunity to be on the first floor, which was really lucky considering that we were with a 3-year-old child and the elevator was too small. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The location is great, near the metro station, shops, restaurants, etc. The neighborhood seemed very safe.

I didn't like the fact that when booking I couldn't choose the exact unit in which we would be accommodated, so I didn't know what to expect. There were no shampoo or shower gel available. The air conditioner turned on by itself during the night without us being able to make any adjustments.

The location is perfect, it’s in a really nice neighbourhood, safe and clean, with beautiful Parisian buildings! The metro station is 3 min walking which is fantastic! The apartment itself was lovely, the beddings clean and ironed- really good value for the money we paid! Has some really good facilities inside, pans, kettle etc! They clean the rooms daily which is lovely! Overall we would totally return! There’s a supermarket right across the corner which is also perfect and some cute restaurants nearby!

For 3 people I think there could have been at least 3 bottles of showe gel/shampoo- they were really small; the hair drier takes quite some time because it’s slow; the breakfast is offered at a restaurant nearby which only has 2 options (bread with jam or brioche with jam, which I get is very Parisian, but I would say the breakfast is very limited for someone coming outside France for who this isnt the norm); there is no lift in the building we stayed but that’s ok if you have small lugagges and sometimes you could hear a lot the sound of the bells for some other apartments which was a bit annoying. The staff was very lovely and helpful but also a bit loud to me.

This apartment is adorable! It had everything we needed upon arrival. You can buy more coffee pods in the nearby shop. If you plan to use the onsite shared laundry, you’ll also need to buy it. My 11 year old used the pull out bed for our stay, and he had plenty of room. He liked that we could log in to Netflix and Disney+. There may have been more apps available but I dont remember them. The bedroom had plenty of storage (not really enough hangers though), with an additional dresser in the hall connecting the bedroom to the living room. That dresser turned into my son’s storage. The nearest metro is under 5 minutes away (the Jasmin stop on the 9 train). The neighborhood is lively during the day and calm at night. We felt fine walking through the neighborhood even late at night. There is a small elevator to get to your room, or take the stairs. I highly recommend this rental, and I would consider it again.

The AC was broken for part of our stay-it needed to be turned on manually and then restarted when it stopped in 5 minutes. I would have preferred communication about the AC either prior to arrival or at check-in. Turns out the AC had been broken for almost a week and the repair was scheduled during our stay. The technician just needed to access the main unit for the entire building, not the individual apartments. Nothing worth holding a grudge over.

We had the most incredible experience ever! The location was absolutely unbeatable—right in the vibrant heart of everything, with transport just a quick hop away! The unit was nothing short of spectacular! Pristine and spacious, it felt like living in a dream. The bathroom was generous in size, and the kitchen wasn’t just functional; it was fully equipped with everything you could wish for, including a Nespresso machine and pods for that perfect morning coffee! Every single morning, we treated ourselves to breakfast at the cutest Parisian café just 2 minutes from our front door—it was the most delightful way to kick off the day! And guess what? It was all included in the price! We’re definitely coming back—no doubt about it!

The check in was a little bit confusing

Lovely apartment with that classic Parisian vibe. We got lucky with a little balcony overlooking the street — such a nice touch. The area felt really safe and had everything we needed just steps away: a bakery, some shops, and great restaurants. It's a bit far from the main attractions, but the Metro and buses are super close, so getting around was easy and everything was reachable in half an hour. The place itself was well set up and the beds were comfy. Breakfast was simple and served at a nearby spot — nothing fancy, but the coffee was great and the tea was even better. A nice way to kick off the day!

Nice location within an easy walking distance to Metro, Stade Roland Garros tennis grounds, and Parc des Princes (home ground for PSG). Really good Italian restaurant across the street from the hotel.

The "free" breakfast is not served on site. You get a coupon that you redeem at a nearby cafe that gets you a cup of coffee or tea and two pieces of toasted baguette or brioche bun. That's it. We ended up just buying our own food and drinks for breakfast. The elevator is really, really small. Be prepared to carry luggage and/or walk up and down the staircase.

The apartment with street view was roomy, nice, quiet and comfortable with air conditioning.

Breakfast was not offered at the hotel if it was not booked beforehand. We got confusing info about this prior our arrival. We could not have the room any earlier even when requested, 16 pm is pretty late check-in time. Floor in the dept was making noice once walking around. We missed table lightning in the rooms. Something green/plant would have been nice to see. There were no tips/ leaflet/ map available what can be found in the neighbourhood (shops, cafes, restaurants, landmarks, etc). Lift was very small. We did not received all the messages beforehand, too many channels for the client to look for info.

The apartment features bright, spacious rooms filled with natural light and a charming, Instagram-worthy balcony. It’s well-equipped with essentials, including an iron, coffee machine, mini fridge, and a fully stocked kitchenette. While the elevator is quite small and slightly intimidating, it functions fine. The self-service check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. There are a few delightful shops nearby, including a grocery store and a flower shop.

The nearest metro station isn’t connected, as it requires a line change to reach most tourist attractions. However, there are other nearby stations and bus options that offer more convenient routes.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! Everything exceeded my expectations, especially the spacious apartment — it was beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable. I particularly appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the cozy bedroom, which made it feel like a true home away from home. The location couldn’t have been more perfect — close to everything I needed, yet peaceful and quiet. The self check-in and check-out process was seamless and convenient. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay.

Great location in the center, close to the Eiffel Tower. Metro stop, grocery store, and pizzeria nearby.

The provided breakfast wasn't worth the price. It wasn’t even offered by the hotel itself – we had to go to a nearby café every morning. There, we could choose between coffee or juice, and each day we were served a warm baguette with butter and jam. It definitely wasn’t worth the price. The café was nice, but one time customers at the next table were smoking while we were having breakfast with our kids. :-(
