We had the opportunity to be on the first floor, which was really lucky considering that we were with a 3-year-old child and the elevator was too small. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The location is great, near the metro station, shops, restaurants, etc. The neighborhood seemed very safe.

I didn't like the fact that when booking I couldn't choose the exact unit in which we would be accommodated, so I didn't know what to expect. There were no shampoo or shower gel available. The air conditioner turned on by itself during the night without us being able to make any adjustments.

Location was great, shops and restaurants in the area (a little quiet but it was August in Paris). The metro was two minutes walk from accommodation. The apartment was clean and sanitized, but it did feel a little dated with some old stains in the carpet and it felt like it could do with a refresh. Plenty of living space for a few break days in Paris. Again the accommodation was perfectly clean and sanitized. If they just freshened up the decor and carpets it would be an all together perfect place. The staff were just amazing and couldn't do enough to make sure everything went well. We had a late flight on the last day and they happily stored our luggage until we were due to leave for the airport.

Not that I didn't like it, But the lift is very small ( only 2 people and no suitcases lol) it's a really old lift and part of the charm of the building. Just be aware it is small.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! Everything exceeded my expectations, especially the spacious apartment — it was beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable. I particularly appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the cozy bedroom, which made it feel like a true home away from home. The location couldn’t have been more perfect — close to everything I needed, yet peaceful and quiet. The self check-in and check-out process was seamless and convenient. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay.

All was perfect

Great location in one of the most posh areas of Paris. Safe and clean neighborhood. Multitude of options for public transport. Apartment is in a vintage block of flats with classic hardwood floors which are a bit noisy during quiet hours. The rooms are spacious, the kitchinette is reasonably equiped with cuttlery and glasses, small fridge,coffee machine, electric stove and microwave oven. Both bathrooms have a water closet and showers. The heating system is up to the task at hand.

Hardwood flooring is noisy when stepped on. The desk office workers have very short working hours,however they respond to requests reasonably fast.

the sofa cum bed is split into two and is rickety. I would strongly recommend a replacement.

We love "HotelHome Paris 16". We have stayed here during our previous family trips to Paris. Very family friendly hotel apartment. Safe and quiet location to stay with easy connections by metro to all the tourist locations. Apartment is clean and the amenities are v. good. Availability of laundry room (washing machine & dryer) was important since we stayed 8 nights. There is a boulangerie (bakery) and Monop (supermarket) in the same building so super easy to get supplies. Many good restaurants and small shops in the streets around HotelHome Paris 16. 10 min walk from major shopping area.

All went well. no complaints. A great getaway even with Covid.

Fabulous location , spacious well equipped apartment. All amenities including fantastic boulangeries close by enabling you to experience Paris like a local . We would definitely stay again

Check in not a minute before 4pm - which is very late and it’s not possible to store luggage or bags securely on site or for free, meaning you will have to carry heavy bags with you until you check in

Love the 16th arrondissement for its quiet neighborhood feel. The apartment is near the Jasmin metro line and easy to get into the city but without the noise, traffic, or tourists. The apartment was recently updated and had every convenience, great beds, easy digital code access, and fantastic views.

There were no bedside lights only overhead so it was difficult if you wanted to read in bed.

Air conditioning! The apartment is located away from central Paris, so quieter and less touristy. Having a mini-kitchen/dining area allowed us to have breakfast (and sometimes dinner) "at home," as well as enough space to spread out.

Drawer space, and more hangers in the closet would have been nice. Four flights of stairs were sometimes a challenge after a day of sightseeing - made more so when our key card failed to work. Management is only on site a few hours/day, so there was no one around to help us with that. (One of the keys worked - after a few dozen attempts - so we didn't need to call the manager at home.)

Great place to stay in Paris. We have everything we need. Comfortable beds. Two bathrooms. Small kitchen with fridge, oven, coffee machine. Small two-persons elevator. Metro and bus stations near the hotel. Have a grocery like monoprix and carrefour, also have restaurants, bakery and fast foods restaurant immediately to hotel.

The only downside is that it's a bit noisy.
