The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the metro station, bus stops, and RER making it easy to explore the city. There are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, adding to the convenience. The highlight of the stay was the exceptional service from Mrs Christine at reception—she was proactive, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any request. While our request for a twin room was not fulfilled upon arrival, the staff promptly arranged it for us the next day. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the continental breakfast was a great way to start the day. I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is located in a good area. Close to Metro so dependent on what you want to do in Paris everything is not that far away. Good amenities close by. 24 hour concierge is good. On the whole good value for money. Would be excellent value if the noisy plumbing could be addressed.

The noise of the plumbing took a bit of getting used to at night so sleep was interrupted. Sounded like a tap was running but it wasn’t. The coffee pod coffee maker also took a bit of getting used to as unfamiliar with such an item. The coffee was nice though! Some instructions on how to use it would have been useful.

The property was quite clean, including the rooms and common areas. The bedding was comfortable as well. The staff members were kind and courteous. I particularly enjoyed the unlimited hot chocolate available at the reception! 😁 Additionally, the location is very close to bus and metro stations.

The room heating could be improved especially in winter but I do appreciate the portable heater provided. The shower and toilet space in the single room are quite small, which is not exactly inclusive and may not be suitable for taller or larger individuals. Guests should also be prepared to be patient with the elevator, as there’s only one available, and it takes its time travelling between floors haha.

The location was perfect because my husband needed to be 2 blocks away for a certain event. All the desk clerks were excellent especially Salem. And Saran who worked in the breakfast area was very sweet. Always with a smile. Great breakfast too. Lots of selection. The area seemed very safe and next to Metro 9 which was easy to use to get to tourist areas.

The rooms/elevators are small but that’s expected and not a big deal. The 2 house keepers were arguing very loudly one day in the next room even though they knew we were in our room. But that has nothing to do with the property. But it was unfortunate.

Very affordable , clean , and functional. I booked a queen room , so it was spacious enough to be functional . The location is very convenient , close to metro . The breakfast downstairs in the lobby is typical French , and very convenient . Espresso machine is available all day . The front desk is extremely polite and helpful . The guests seem to be either students and their families , or foreign travelers. , few people on business trips .

There are times , when the breakfast space is quite crowded . There are also people who load therir plates for a take out with large amounts of food , which puts some burden on the staff to keep restocking , as some items seem to simply vanish in the blink of an eye .

The room was great and comfy for the hotel of this category. I really loved the staff. If you can, try the breakfast. Although the dining room was small, I liked the cosy atmosphere 🙂. And you could drink a cup of coffee/tea or juice for free all day long. It was a night touch. P.S. I didn't want the room to be cleaned every day and when I returned to the hotel in the evening, I found some chocolates next to the bed. P.C. Very close to Trocadero 🩷

In my opinion, the bed was too hard. But I am used to a softer bed back home. And I would add some toiletries. Just a few things like the soap, hair balsam etc.

It’s not a touristic neighborhood, so you experience a real mid/high class French neighborhood. The streets are quiet, wide, clean and not crowded. Yet, many yummy bakeries, supermarkets,cafes, bistro are around. There’s a Halal ( حلال) restaurant « Daily Food »just across the street and it opens from 10 to 2 am! -Rue Auteuil is a lively neighborhood just nearby. - You could see the tip of Eiffel Tower at the right ally of the hotel , though it’s not very close. It is about half an hour rapid walk from the hotel and 12-15 minutes by public transportation. - 5 minutes walk to two metro stations ; and 1 minute walk to the bus station. A small family-friendly park is also nearby. - the hotel is being renovated and my room was on the 6th floor with a pleasant view of a roof garden. Though the room is relatively small it was clean and comfy. The shower offers hot water. - There’s an elevator and strong WI-FI around the hotel. - Free coffee and tea is offered all day long at the reception. There’s a small dining hall in which you can bring your food and drink and chill there! - If I ever visit again, I’d definitely stay here.

Check-in was easy and front desk very friendly. English spoken. Room had a balcony, was clean and had small closet, nice shower and comfy beds. No fridge, but we didn't need it, only stayed one night. Quiet, with blackout curtain, so we were able to sleep well. Parking nearby, 40 euros for one night, which seems typical of Paris. But would be great if website addressed this, and let guests know the name of the Parking up front. We chose Parkimeter.com, @ 188 ave de Versailles, 75016.Easy,Just around the corner from the hotel.
