The location exceeded our expectations. The hotel is 5 minutes away Marcel Sembat metro station and you can also take the bus to the city's centre (so you can enjoy the grand boulevards and beautiful buildings). The hotel is nice and pretty clean (new towels everyday). The staff is also nice and helpful, they provided all the information we needed. The hotel provides you still or sparkling water, you can refill your bottle whenever you want (great touch). The room is cozy, the bed comfy and there's always hot water.

The room's a little moldy and you don't have a small dressing/cabinet for your clothes (but you have a metal hanger).

Very cosy hotel, with a great breakfast and polite, kind, helpful staff. The rooms are not huge, but spacious enough, and well-equipped, the beds are comfortable. Having filtered water available anytime is an extra attention from the hotel. The location is great - the metro station is close, and there is a great shop and many restaurants nearby. With a group of 10, it was an ideal place to rest after long days in the city of Paris.

We only missed a place to store our clothes in - for example a chest of drawers (instead of the desk).

We were staying during the Olympics'24 the hotel location was perfect for our selected games Tennis at Roland Garros and Football at Parc des Prince ( 7 mins walking distance). Also it was easy to get to the city center using metro line 9. It takes 30 mins including walking to the metro station. It was extremely hot in Paris but the air-conditioning room made our stay very pleasant. Breakfast is good with a bit of everything. The hotel provides still and sparkling water for their guests and little snacks no extra charges. Rooms are perfect for a short stay.

The room had everything we needed. Importantly, with the summer heat, it had A/C running at a comfortable temperature. The bed was very comfortable as well, and the shower had good water pressure and temperature range. The staff we spoke to at the reception were so kind! They made us feel very welcome, and were very kind and helpful whenever we had a question or request! The place is perfectly situated for activities in the Boulogne-Billancourt area, as is walking distance from the metro as well as several bus stops. Highly recommended for a visit to that part of Paris!

Some aesthetic improvements, like updating the bleach-marked carpet, could help spruce up the place. But this was not a major issue.

What a wonderful small hotel. The staff were amazing so friendly and couldn't do any more to help. The hotel also have frsh chilled water in the reception area with bottles available for you to take to your room. As we were leaving at 5.30am they very kindly arranged for some croissants and things to take with us to eat. Definitely a hotel I would come back to. Ps the gifts were a wonderful welcome surprise

Only a couple of very small things, some areas could do with a tiny touch up of paint in high traffic areas and I found the mattresses to be too firm.

A small but comfortable hotel that I chose to be within walking distance of Roland Garros.The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly and my room and bed were comfortable.

Small quibbles but a safe and fridge in the room would have been appreciated. The buffet breakfast area was a bit cramped but hard to see how that could be changed in the space available. The breakfast was good but I would have appreciated some fresh fruit

We usually don't stay in hotels in the city center because we like calm and being able to visit as many places as possible in the surrounding area. This hotel won us over, they are renovating it and the ground floor where the reception is located is fantastic. They also offer a super hotel breakfast, with particular attention to eco-sustainability and recycling. The baskets for storing jams are edible and they provide you with bottles to fill with their drinking water. A dream! We slept well and the staff is professional and very kind. We will definitely be back!

The reception staff were simply amazing. Absolutely helpful, curteous, and proactive. Everyone of them stood with a brilliant attitude to serve cheerfully. The location was brilliant, close proximity to eiffel tower, a carrefour next door.few shops nearby.

The room was small, the carpets were a bit tired, barely moving space.

The location was great. There is a mainly asian area, and there are a lot of great restaurants for the ones that like asian food (vietnamese, corean, japanese). Also VERY important: I never felt unsafe in this area, compared with other areas in Paris (Montarte and Trocadero for example). I could get out at any hour, and the people and look of the area (no steel doors over business, no garbage on the streets, no homeless, or shady people around) made me feel safe. The hotel is clean, and quiet. Perfect if you use it as a resting base in a city break.

Actually, I don't have anything bad about it. Maybe the room size and the absence of a closet to store my clothes. But keeping in mind that this is Paris, and the price was quite low.

The staff was incredibly helpful especially Ryan - front reception… he was always willing to help with all my questions. Free water to take to your room, sparkling and flat. Comfy bed, area was quiet no noise. Breakfast Buffet a bit expensive but great food and great coffee. The area was safe for a solo female traveler. A lot of places to eat near by - there is a sushi restaurant right next door they are great!!

The room was really small, the carpets were not super clean. Location is a bit far from the core but there is a Metto station up the street and buses running all around.
