Nice clean and welcome, nice colour of decoration, the place smell nice There was 2 super market 1mn from the hotel , shops , Chinese restaurants opposite but unfortunately it was closed we didn’t have a chance to taste they food as I love Chinese food , it was the day we left they opened the restaurant lol I left my personal thing there and after few days when i realised it i called the hotel to let know they said they found it and I was was told that they can keep it for a 1 year which is very good , because I’m planning to return again to the hotel for my stay for another holiday in October

The lift is small but manageable , I’m not sure but it’s seems like our bed shit was not changed 2 days before we left the hotel . Because I accidentally poured drink on the bed so the mark was still there. But I forgot to mentioned to the receptionist , however the place was very nice, the bins , the towels was changed every day

For Paris this is amazing value for money, the neighbourhood is nice, great proximity to metro, but overall the size of the room, the comfort, the fact that it's on a quiet street, we liked everything, the room provides breathing space that you don't always get in well priced hotels in Paris. They even offered a toothbrush and a razor, something I ahven't seen offered even in 4 star hotels recently, the hotel is a gem, really! Overall, a great find and will be my go to hotel for any future Paris trips

Really lovely boutique hotel with 20 guest rooms. Spotlessly clean. The staff were just perfect and so helpful. Just 3 mins walk to metro which takes you directly to Eiffel Tower etc. A complimentary laundry, wash and dry which was a very nice touch. I hope to return very soon ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Some of the photos on Booking.com do not really convey just how nice this hotel is. Particularly the exterior photo, which does not capture the entirety of the building, all 4 floors.

Staff is very pleasant and attentive. Location is good: less than 5 minutes from the metro, and then <15 min to Trocadero. We've had Superior room under the roof. The room was cleaned properly. Bed is comfortable. There's some tableware, kitchen stove, microwave (!), a kettle. Pretty good equipped. The room has a locker. Suddenly there was a tablet PC to surf in the Internet or something. The Wi-Fi was OK. The surprise was to find a balcony in the WC :-D Bath is good and clean! The breakfast. Is good enough. Value for the money (in terms on Parisian price). But I wouldn't recommend it, because it takes place in a very low and tiny room underground without windows: not comfy.

Some of the linen were with unpleasant spots, but I think it was just old/burned with an iron.

Lovely room in a lovely quartier. It is quite a way from the centre, so if you enjoy feeling you are a visitor rather than a tourist this is a good place to be.

Well - the fee was apparently “non-refundable” - so when we had to leave a day earlier than we had planned, they still charged us the amount they had charged us for three nights, and “changed” the daily rate so we didn’t get a refund. To be honest, that isn’t fair, and although the accommodation is lovely, I think this isn’t really acceptable practice.

the staff here is super friendly!! We forget to bring our stroller with us and my boy from 2 years old still need a nap at day time, I was just trying to ask if there's a stroller can borrow and they have one!! it really saved our trip in Paris for 2 days! the breakfast is super good and worth of money. The room is very clean, not big but with a kitchen and everything included.

the air-conditioning is not very cold, and the breakfast area is quiet warm. for the rest everything is perfect.

Even though this is marked as a 3 star hotel we had a great time in it. Staff very helpful, rooms are clean, and they also provided a baby cot. The room has a small fridge, microwave, and also a small couch. The parking is not on side but rather 2 minutes away but still very practical to leave the car.

The smell of the cleaning products was a little on the strong side but nothing to make it a deal breaker.

Nice location for attending Roland Garros or Parc des Princess stadion. Metro station Marcel Sembat nearby, also some buses as well. Quiet and clean neighborhood. Hotel reception employee very welcoming and kind. Hotel allowed left our luggage before check-in and after check-out.

The location is especially good! The city is in 30 min by the metro, the metro station is in 5 min of walking. Also the metro station is usually the last one where you can sit freely. The neighbourhood features a lot of nice places to eat with good reviews and a good cuisines selection. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel features self laundry service with a professional miele technic for 8€/wash+dry, ironing is free. The room was clean. The price ratio is outstanding for Paris!

The bathrooms are a bit old and the water pressure is not strong enough. The cleaning service unplugs your charges for some reason (I think they have been doing this since the days when it was actually making sense, but it doesn't nowadays. Modern changes do not consume power when plugged in without a device to change and also safe to leave in an outlet)

Amazing quality for the price. Clean, well equipped with kitchen, kettle, a good desk, and bed. Nice design, a good specious bath room, friendly staff, good amenity. And it is not far from Metro station. Marcel Samba station, Line 9 is 3 min walk away.

Nothing for this time. When I stayed the price was reasonable(winter) but it seems that the price can be a lot higher dipending on the season.
