Staff is very pleasant and attentive. Location is good: less than 5 minutes from the metro, and then <15 min to Trocadero. We've had Superior room under the roof. The room was cleaned properly. Bed is comfortable. There's some tableware, kitchen stove, microwave (!), a kettle. Pretty good equipped. The room has a locker. Suddenly there was a tablet PC to surf in the Internet or something. The Wi-Fi was OK. The surprise was to find a balcony in the WC :-D Bath is good and clean! The breakfast. Is good enough. Value for the money (in terms on Parisian price). But I wouldn't recommend it, because it takes place in a very low and tiny room underground without windows: not comfy.

Some of the linen were with unpleasant spots, but I think it was just old/burned with an iron.

Lovely room in a lovely quartier. It is quite a way from the centre, so if you enjoy feeling you are a visitor rather than a tourist this is a good place to be.

Well - the fee was apparently “non-refundable” - so when we had to leave a day earlier than we had planned, they still charged us the amount they had charged us for three nights, and “changed” the daily rate so we didn’t get a refund. To be honest, that isn’t fair, and although the accommodation is lovely, I think this isn’t really acceptable practice.

the staff here is super friendly!! We forget to bring our stroller with us and my boy from 2 years old still need a nap at day time, I was just trying to ask if there's a stroller can borrow and they have one!! it really saved our trip in Paris for 2 days! the breakfast is super good and worth of money. The room is very clean, not big but with a kitchen and everything included.

the air-conditioning is not very cold, and the breakfast area is quiet warm. for the rest everything is perfect.

The location is especially good! The city is in 30 min by the metro, the metro station is in 5 min of walking. Also the metro station is usually the last one where you can sit freely. The neighbourhood features a lot of nice places to eat with good reviews and a good cuisines selection. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel features self laundry service with a professional miele technic for 8€/wash+dry, ironing is free. The room was clean. The price ratio is outstanding for Paris!

The bathrooms are a bit old and the water pressure is not strong enough. The cleaning service unplugs your charges for some reason (I think they have been doing this since the days when it was actually making sense, but it doesn't nowadays. Modern changes do not consume power when plugged in without a device to change and also safe to leave in an outlet)

Even though this is marked as a 3 star hotel we had a great time in it. Staff very helpful, rooms are clean, and they also provided a baby cot. The room has a small fridge, microwave, and also a small couch. The parking is not on side but rather 2 minutes away but still very practical to leave the car.

The smell of the cleaning products was a little on the strong side but nothing to make it a deal breaker.

Amazing quality for the price. Clean, well equipped with kitchen, kettle, a good desk, and bed. Nice design, a good specious bath room, friendly staff, good amenity. And it is not far from Metro station. Marcel Samba station, Line 9 is 3 min walk away.

Nothing for this time. When I stayed the price was reasonable(winter) but it seems that the price can be a lot higher dipending on the season.

Hotel room was spacious, very clean and overall comfortable. The hotel is located quite close to a metro line, from where you can reach directly Trocadero. The beds were extremly comfortable, we really had a relaxing sleep. The breakfast was very pleasant, since there was a loy of variety in the food and drink products. The parking of the hotel is close to the building.

The elevator is quite old and small, you can barely fit a bigger piece of luggage there.

One of the best places to stay if you're in Paris for Roland Garros. It's a 25 minute walk to the stadium and the closest metro station is just 5 minutes away. This was my second stay at the hotel after 5 years. I had such a pleasant time with my family earlier that I did not think twice about staying here again and I was not disappointed. Mathias' sister (very sorry forgot her name) and the rest of her colleagues are truly exceptional hosts. Though the check-in time is 3 pm they allowed us to check-in early and take rest which was hugely helpful as I had tickets for the night match at Roland garros. The staff is so friendly that it never really feels like you're in a hotel. The breakfast is top notch and they make every effort to accommodate aditional requests.

Clean and straightforward room. Bed very comfortable. Also provided a microwave, kettle, salt and pepper, cutlery and plates which were more than just standard rooms at other hotels. Lovely friendly staff. Great location as the 42 bus takes you all over central Paris (about 30 mins…when it turns up!) and the metro line 9 is nearby (about 20 min into the city). Ramen place opposite is also very good. Supermarket nearby too for little bits and bobs.

Room got a bit warm and we had to open the window to cool the room as the AC wasn’t yet up and running. It was a bit noisy on weekday morning. Earplugs were provided by the hotel as a countermeasure - but I’m not used to wearing them to sleep.

Very clean rooms with all the things, which could be needed. Very friendly stuff. The breakfast was simple, but good and with a lot of things. The Metro station is only 300 m from the hotel and in 20 min you are in city center. I recommend the Japanese restaurant in front of the hotel: very tasty noodle soups.

My fault: I did not know, that parking in Paris is difficult and so expensive (40 EUR/day) .
