We stayed for 7 nights during August month and it was so good we got balcony room and we first night tired to open window and slept morning when woke up all of us got so much mosquitoes bites which make a lot of pain but next day we closed window and slept and nothing happened again so be-careful especially during August time.

Policy which means if you open window so air conditioning stop working automatically and if you want open it u need to reception and request them to open and a lot of mosquito come in room during August and bite

Very spacious, a nice big shower and a big window floor to ceiling with a nice view on the street. Nice neighborhood. Air conditioning and accessories are foolproof, clean and comfy bedroom, good soundproofing, very nice staff.

Just two details. I would have liked a pair of loafers in the room or at least available to buy at the reception. Instead the very good receptionist pointed me to a close by shop. The breakfast buffet was good, but the food needed a bit more room: it was too close together. Some used mugs where visible close to the buffet, I understand that's just temporary when you clean up the tables, but that's not a great look.

Very friendly staff, the hotel is very new with our room apparently being unused before our stay. The facilities in the room were suprisingly good, with a dishwasher being a welcome addition to the usual features.

The temperarure, which is fixed in the hotel at 19% in the Winter, was a bit too cold. There is no way to adjust this in the individual rooms.

Modern room, felt like everything was new as everything was well maintained and clean. Comfortable bed and pillow. Good walking distance to the metro and few grocery stores nearby. Good supply of general kitchen items.

Suggest including more bathroom amenities as I would’ve expected for a 4 star hotel things like separate shampoo, conditioner and bath wash, lotion, cotton pads etc. Chopping board for kitchen.

Very clean hotel and helpful staff. There is free coffee all day and water refill from filter machine. Easy walk to to the train station and good eating places and supermarket within walking distance

Everything was good

It is ideally situated just a five minute walk to the metro. The area was quiet and clean and friendly with a small supermarket close by. The room was spacious and spotless and had more than adequate cooking facilities which we weren’t expecting. I only wish we could have stayed longer. We would definitely stay again

Big rooms, I was upgraded to a room with a nice view and two balconies. Woke up late next morning and was welcomed to have breakfast. I have stayed in many hotels throughout the years, but definitely know where I will stay whilst visiting Paris next time.

Easy checkin Great staff all through the 9 days Clean spacious rooms “Washin” system is great to wash a few essentials and more. Staff where always ready to help 24/7

The fire alarm went off twice , and we had to go to lobby. It is a problem if people smoke in rooms. On the other side, the fire alarm works really well.

It felt safe and there was someone on reception who was always very helpful, especially Hady.

Nothing, everything was great You needed an uber which cost around €13 to get to the sights. Not in walking distance but we went for Roland Garros so it was fine for us.

The area is very convenient close to the metro station, super markets and nice restaurants. The apartment spacious for a family of four. Free coffee all the day available is a plus.

Breakfast was very basic and should be included in the room rate! Cleaning could be more often.
