Everything. Room size are great and location is awesome. There are lot of bakery and restaurants within walking distance. We felt very safe in this hotel and area. Eiffel tower is just 5 minutes walking distance and walk is very safe. Hotel rooms are really big. We booked 3 beds and they converted a sofa to a bed which is very cool. Also they do bedding and cleaning every day which is awesome. Overall we were very happy with the hotel & location . Even though this hotel is just 5 minutes from Eiffel tower , we did not see too many crowd in this area. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone who visit paris.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, perfectly located within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower and other major attractions. The area felt safe and was well-connected by public transport, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained—ideal for a short Paris getaway. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and happy to assist with recommendations and directions. If there’s one thing to note, the room was on the smaller side, which is quite common in central Paris, but it was comfortable and had everything we needed. Overall, it was a charming and convenient place to stay, and a great base for exploring the beauty of Paris.

When searching for a property, I came across Hotel Maison FL and knew right away it was the perfect stay for us. The property itself was exceptional, the staff were incredibly accomodating and made us feel so comfortable, and the location was perfect and central to everything that we desired. For our first time in Paris, we could not have asked for a better stay and this trip will always hold a special place in our heart as it was where we got engaged. We adored our stay at Hotel Maison FL and couldn’t recommend it enough! Thank you.

We could not have been more happy with our stay! The hotel is beautiful. The staff was welcoming and attentive to all our needs. We started everyday with a wonderful breakfast and the hotel was only a couple minutes walk to the metro station. We were one hundred percent satisfied and definitely recommend this hotel.

The location . Just a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower on one side and very close to Trocedoro . Breakfast is basic conitental but efficient service . Cafés and restaurants around and easy access to the Metro Station Plaasy just 200 meters .

The electronic key card would lock us out every day and in a 4 night booking we had to get it redone each time we came back in the night . No views at all . Very expensive.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable, for summer weather they were well equipped with air conditioning

A bit on smaller side, not big rooms like usually in North America . We asked for 2 rooms together and unfortunately we’re not accommodated even though we talked to someone on the phone prior to stay.

Walked to the Eiffel Tower every night , a 5 minute walk. Everything was amazing no complaints except one below. All the amenities were amazing. Kids loved the robes and slippers they got to use in the room.

The tub was high and made it hard for my elderly mother to get in and out. Was also slippery and she had slipped and got hurt and when checking out told the front desk and all they said was next time ask for a mat for the shower floor, didn’t even ask if she’s ok.

Great location steps away from Passy metro and a pleasant walk to Trocadéro and the Eiffel Tower. As expected for a Paris hotel, rooms were small but very well appointed with crisp clean linens, bathrobes, slippers and plenty of toiletries. The room was cleaned everyday and towels refreshed which made nice change after “do it yourself” or on request protocols during COVID. The bathroom was small but beautiful with lots of pressure and hot water. We also had small terrace which was wonderful. We did not eat at the hotel so can’t comment on that. there are plenty of restaurants and cafés close by, great for getting a coffee and croissants I. the morning.

Nothing really… it was very quiet which suited us but there was never anyone in the restaurant or bar except for breakfast so if you’re looking for a bustling bar in your hotel this is not the place for you.

Location to Eiffle tower and Passy metro station were great and visited them several times during our visit.

We did not partake in the breakfast buffet because it was overly priced and instead had a breakfast at other local resturants.

The room was lovely and the hotel offered a wide range of services. Room is cleaned daily, fridge was well stocked. Reception staff were really welcoming, friendly and always smiling. Made our visit a very positive one. The restaurant staff was also very lovely and would take time to talk to us. We had a really great week and cannot wait to come back next year. Staff were also able to offer advice around places to go. The Eiffel Tower was about a 10 minute walk away and right near the metro station as well.
