Even though I only stayed from 3 AM to 7 AM due to a delayed flight, I appreciated how clean the hotel was and how easy it was to check in at such a late hour. One of the staff members was very kind and stored my luggage for free for two days, which I really appreciated. That was a big help and made things easier during my travel. Unfortunately, the location was a big mistake on my part—it was over an hour away from the train I needed to catch. The breakfast area was overcrowded with children (it seems to cater mostly to student groups), so I had to stand and drink my coffee. When I returned to collect my luggage, the staff on duty were not very helpful or welcoming. They didn’t ask for my name or any ID before giving me access to the storage room, which felt very unsafe. Communication overall could have been better.

Good value for money in an expensive city. Close to metro in a nice area that I would be happy to walk around alone at night. Lots of green areas. Varied breakfast choices. Supermarkets and bakeries close by. (NB This is a budget conscious hotel which suited my needs perfectly but might not be for everyone).

The cabin bathroom might not suit everyone - typical on ferry ships and a hotel I had stayed in, in Copenhagen. WiFi in our room kept cutting out but worked fine in communal areas. We had an end room so that was likely a factor.

Room with ok size, very clean, confortable bed, silent, neighbood silent. Very close to metro station (porte d’italie - pink line). Breakfast included, fair enough. Personal very pleasant and helpfull.

The breakfast limited the amount of food you can eat (1 croissant and 1 bread per person) and no variaty in food options. Other than that, ok

The location of the hotel was close to the subway, a couple of places to eat and two supermarkets. The room was very clean and the beds really comfortable. The bathroom was indeed very small, but we knew that before booking. For two adults, the stay was a good value for the money.

The first night we got a room at the end of the corridor and it was really cold. The radiator was not working properly ( more than half of it was always cold), however the receptionist was very helpful and changed our room, which was perfect.

Breakfast was very good and has lots of options. Kitchen staff are friendly. Hotel is a near the metro station which is a line to Louvre musuem. Restaurants around the area.

The bathroom is really small, it’s like a camping toilet with shower. No hairdryer avaible and no kettle or glass or fridge in the room, food is not allowed in the bedroom which is not really helpful if you are diabetic and need some food and drink to prevent hypo episode, the hotel must look into this.

Great location, very close to underground, there are shops and restaurants nearby, breakfast is okey typical French one, lots of cerials, jams, toast, the room was very clean with lovely soft towels, it was quiet in our room and in the corridor, staff was friendly

Very small pillows, too small; although the bed was firm what I like ( prefer this than sticking out springs) there was sort of plastic matress protector so I was sweated all night, the shower is very small and together with toilet, so once used the floor is flooded and it is making using the toilet uncomfortable afterwards

I really liked that the hotel is located very close to the metro stations and it has a very beautiful park less than 1 minute away. The rooms comfortable and I enjoyed the silence during the night.

The temperature in the room was too low and we felt cold during the night. The breakfast has very few options of food. I would have really liked to have some fresh vegetables available and to mix up the breakfast menu from time to time since every morning we had exactly the same food options.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel in a nice location easy reachable by public transportation and quiet. Good matrasses.

The room quite small with a small shower. The matrasses good but 2 single beds which you had to put together (luckily they stayed together so that we did not drop on the floor). The breakfast was sufficient and since it was included in the price we had no complaints other than that all the food as well as the eggs where freezing cold. (Tip put them in some hot water to warm them)

It is in a quiet and peaceful place, the staff is very kind, the breakfast is plentiful and delicious (it is very worth it, although unfortunately there is no scrambled eggs) Possibility of luggage storage! The subway is close, a 6-8 minute walk!

The 3-bed room is not very big, but we expected that, the bathroom is small, but surprisingly clean and usable!

Near to metro, no bedbugs and also very clean, beds ware comfy, bathroom is very small but we didn't mind. Receptionist speaking English very well.

Well, i had some questions i wanted answered before my free cancellation, but there were no answers. After check-in, in the evening, I've got an answer. Not helping. Another thing. Day before leaving, because of our early flight, we arranged "breakfast to go" with the receptionist, but we didn't get it,because another receptionist didn't know about it...however, we were hungry, despite arrangement.
