Location is the best thing - very near to the metro, also tram and buses. It is even possible to go on foot to the city center. Breakfast was completely fine. The beds were comfortable. They were cleaning every day. The bathroom is small - like in a camper but it wasn't a problem for us and we knew it beforehand from the pictures.

I think the staff might be a little bit more communicative, a greeting from the reception is always nice. Also as we departed very early the receptionist have promised to prepare us a package with the breakfast but in reality it didn't happen - they just said that the people from the restaurant didn't give them one.

Very affordable considering it is in Paris, and breakfast is included in the price. The buffet breakfast offers a large variety, including bread, croissants, cold meats, hard boiled eggs, and cheese. Although the official check in time was 2pm, my room was ready earlier, and the kind lady at reception allowed me to check in at 1pm. While it is not in the city centre, there are two metro stations within a five-minute walk, making it easy to get around. The toilet is indeed very small, but I had read about it beforehand when booking, so it wasn’t an issue for me.

If I had to point out one issue, it would be the lack of a fan in the room, which made it very hot. I couldn’t open the window for relief coz on the first night I was bitten badly as there was no net to keep mosquitoes from coming inside.

Even though I only stayed from 3 AM to 7 AM due to a delayed flight, I appreciated how clean the hotel was and how easy it was to check in at such a late hour. One of the staff members was very kind and stored my luggage for free for two days, which I really appreciated. That was a big help and made things easier during my travel. The luggage room was convenient and felt secure, even though I noticed one zipper on my bag was left open (nothing was taken

Unfortunately, the location was a big mistake on my part—it was over an hour away from the train I needed to catch. The breakfast area was overcrowded with children (it seems to cater mostly to student groups), so I had to stand and drink my coffee. When I returned to collect my luggage, the staff on duty were not very helpful or welcoming. They didn’t ask for my name or any ID before giving me access to the storage room, which felt very unsafe. Communication overall could have been better.

Good value for money in an expensive city. Close to metro in a nice area that I would be happy to walk around alone at night. Lots of green areas. Varied breakfast choices. Supermarkets and bakeries close by. (NB This is a budget conscious hotel which suited my needs perfectly but might not be for everyone).

The cabin bathroom might not suit everyone - typical on ferry ships and a hotel I had stayed in, in Copenhagen. WiFi in our room kept cutting out but worked fine in communal areas. We had an end room so that was likely a factor.

The location, room size and staff were excellent. Especially at front desk Mr. Antonin was very helpful, and he always remained at step ahead in providing full support and guidance with a smile on his face.

Bath size was surprising to me, it was very small like train bath around 4ft by 3ft size in which there was toilet, wash basin and shower area. It was an experience for me too.

The location of the hotel was close to the subway, a couple of places to eat and two supermarkets. The room was very clean and the beds really comfortable. The bathroom was indeed very small, but we knew that before booking. For two adults, the stay was a good value for the money.

The first night we got a room at the end of the corridor and it was really cold. The radiator was not working properly ( more than half of it was always cold), however the receptionist was very helpful and changed our room, which was perfect.

Breakfast was very good and has lots of options. Kitchen staff are friendly. Hotel is a near the metro station which is a line to Louvre musuem. Restaurants around the area.

The bathroom is really small, it’s like a camping toilet with shower. No hairdryer avaible and no kettle or glass or fridge in the room, food is not allowed in the bedroom which is not really helpful if you are diabetic and need some food and drink to prevent hypo episode, the hotel must look into this.

Great location, very close to underground, there are shops and restaurants nearby, breakfast is okey typical French one, lots of cerials, jams, toast, the room was very clean with lovely soft towels, it was quiet in our room and in the corridor, staff was friendly

Very small pillows, too small; although the bed was firm what I like ( prefer this than sticking out springs) there was sort of plastic matress protector so I was sweated all night, the shower is very small and together with toilet, so once used the floor is flooded and it is making using the toilet uncomfortable afterwards

I liked the location, the room and the breakfast.

I disliked that some of the information on booking.com was not syncronised with the hotel's conditions disclosed upon arrival (like check out time). Also, the automatic message saying goodbye and asking for rating my stay arrived before I reached the hotel, which is not a very big deal, but it gives unnecessary doubt and is unprofessional. Else all was good, I recommend it!

I really liked that the hotel is located very close to the metro stations and it has a very beautiful park less than 1 minute away. The rooms comfortable and I enjoyed the silence during the night.

The temperature in the room was too low and we felt cold during the night. The breakfast has very few options of food. I would have really liked to have some fresh vegetables available and to mix up the breakfast menu from time to time since every morning we had exactly the same food options.
