Everything.staff were friendly, place was clean, safe and comfortable

Check in time is abit late. 4pm is too late for guests who arrive early, make it 2pm atleast like most places.

Clean and comfortable room and beds, cheerful colours and the location near metro stops. There are many restaurants just around the corner. Automatic check in machines were a nice thing to use. The lockers are beside your bed and can be locked/unlocked with your key card. Storing in lockers before/after your stay in separate lockers is automated but costs €3/hour

For the price, it did not had any amenities, not even soap in the washroom.

The beds and room are cozy in a nice location not too far from metro and food area.

The vending machine for coffee at the hostel on the ground floor did not work and we lost 1.60euro for nothing. We told the staff about it and they did nothing but said that we would get the money back soon. However, we have never received the money.

The hostel has the worst key system I have ever encountered: electronic cards which randomly stop working every 1-2 days. One time I had to find a staff member in the middle of the night because I couldn't get into my room.

I commented a few days ago and then extended my stay. Please look back for those comments. I wanted to stay in Paris longer but had to re-book and move to another room - this is normal. I was quite happy at Hospo and met a few nice other travellers. Two local restaurants I would recommend are: Le Cedres for nice fresh Lebanese food and fresh thirst-quenching lemon squash. For a more typical French brasserie, with French cuisine and pizza try The Plaza. It has very comfortable seating and reasonable prices. I had paid more for worse at some places in the city centre.

Nothing much to criticise really. The only thing is I would just like to be able to make a cup of tea quickly and easily! Using my own teabags and boiling water that is. Closer to a metro station is always good, but 10 minutes to walk to one was ok.

The rooms are well-fitted out. I really like having the toilet and a bathroom ensuite. The air con is good in the common areas and there is some in the rooms but not as cool. However, the room windows can be opened to cool the room during summer evenings and overnight. Some rooms even have a small balcony where you can sit. There is enough space in the rooms so your big bag should not be in the way. Lockers are spacious and are un/locked with your room key. There are large lockers available in reception which will fit a large suitcase. The bed spaces are some of the best I've seen in a hostel. Mattress is comfortable enough. They have a really good privacy curtain that covers the whole space AND has velcro strips on the ends to close it completely. There is a strip light and a small spotlight. One power point and two USB charging points. Solid metal framework and ladder to the top bunk so it is possible to get in and out of the top bunk noiselessly. The reception/common area has plenty of seats and power points. There are vending machines with snacks and drinks. The only cooking facilities are microwave ovens, so if you want a hot drink, bring something you can put in the microwave oven to heat water or other liquids and food. I found the staff were friendly and very helpful within the limitations of what they were allowed to do. Plenty of shops and restaurants close by and ten min walk to Le Kremlin Metro I particularly liked the Le Cedre Lebanese restaurant close by. It was among the cheapest with good fresh Lebanese food served by really friendly staff.

No sink to wash up dishes or your hands in the common area. No kettle to make a cup of tea. This can be worked around by using the sink in your room an microwave oven to heat water.

Good location if you don’t need to stay in the center: close to the metro and there are a lot of restaurants working until 22-23 which is good if you are coming late. The beds are comfortable, the lockers are big (my hand luggage suitcase was fitting there) and save (close with your personal card). Showers are pretty spacious (especially comparing to a typical Paris accommodation)

First night there were a lot of teenagers (school trip), they were really loud and make a crowd in the common areas. Next day they left but I guess if I would have been staying just for that one night, I would be very disappointed. One of the toilets and the sink area weren’t very clean but that’s depends of the people who you are sharing room with. Check in process is a little annoying

Hostel is very cute and cozy. Concept of checking in and out very easy. Staff is available 24/7h. Beds are very comfy, curtains on each bed for individual privacy 👏🏼 - loved it! Overall, I just had an amazing time.

Bathroom sink is messy - previous guests left their belongings such as shampoo, soaps etc. If you realize guest left long ago and there is a dust on the products - clearly no one is using them nor will use them - throw them away, new guests don't have space for their toiletries. That's the only minor thing, everything else is great!

I don't understand why people say it was horrible and dirty. It has two toilets and two showers in the room. They were perfectly fine, clean and tidy. I saw absolutely no one there. Not that there was no one, I know there were people but they were hidden behind the curtains in their bunk beds. I had no interaction with others

The security guy probably tried really hard to interact with me but he was pushing th wrong button by talking about football. He then told me: "do you want me to come with you?" I found it weird but I then realised he hadn't told me the floor and after wandering around for a while I went back to him asking for the floor and he mocked me for that saying "I told you so". I feel like he didn't like me that much but I guess I asked for it

What I liked most about the hostel is the cleanliness and its price ,There is privacy in the bed, which is good. A room has two toilets and two showers, which is very good

what caught my attention is a problem with the shower, where water leaks from the shower into the room, which is a frequent occurrence in all rooms.
