The front desk staff were lovely, particularly adrien (we think that was his name!) Struggled with house keeping as they didnt speak english but we were able to hand signal to each other. Great bakery near by and laundrettes too as well as a phone repair store and a small shopping centre.

The shower / bath had a huge leak whenever the shower was put on shower mode it would spray water out onto the floor and make a huge puddle. Also when we arrived the curtain pole had fallen off the wall, but my friend put it up. House keeping came to fix it about 30 minutes into our stay but we couldn't communicate to them we had already fixed it. Glad they tried though!

The hotel was better than expected for its value. Certainly better than others that are more expensive. The food was very good and varied. The restaurant and it's staff are nice, tv screen to watch the football match. The bed is big clean and comfortable, toilets are clean and the room was warm when I entered it. For a one night business trip, it is the best option I could recommend.

It was a bit slow at the counter to check-in. The green color is cheap.

Good location, good connections to all public transports to explore Paris. Very friendly staff.

Noise in the night caused by certain guests, who have not understood what respect means.

The staff went out of their way to make our stay a happy one. Every one of them was polite, helpful and cheerful.

Personally I would have liked a bigger choice at breakfast. As I am coeliac, I was unable to eat the bread and cereals provided.

Good location, 5 minutes from the Metro. Comfortable, nothing fancy. Did the job when we were out and about all day. Good choice of food for breakfast.

Breakfast varied according to which staff were on, so some items ran out with less efficient staff.

Amazing staff! Golden star to Allan. Location. Nice restaurants in the area and really easy access to transport. Midway from Orly airport to city centre.

Pillows not really comfortable. It was a little bit hard to adjust the room temperature.

The location is safe and well situated close to the metro station (7) and tramway. The staff are welcoming and the facilities are enough. Good value for the money

Only thing is that is not the fault of the hotel, people in other rooms were making excessive noise even at late night hours and could be heard all over.

I really liked the staff. Especially the lady at the reception. Her name was Anicc (Polish origin). Otherwise the hotel is clean. All good.

Entrance to the garage. Too tight. I scratched the rims. Besides, it's okay.
