BEST BREAKFAST EVER. Really surprisingly good. SPACIOUS ROOM. GREAT!

Bathroom shower drains clogged, soaked the rooms carpet. Should be better maintained in that sense. It happens but it should not, you know.

I liked how easy it was to communicate with the staff. They were accommodating and let me know what the hotel offered in terms of breakfast and amenities provided. The room was clean and quiet and it had a nice view.

I had a VERY difficult time with the address. It sent us to a cafe first. I spoke with someone at the cafe, and they sent me to another Ibis hotel 20 minutes away. Luckily, everything was in the same area. I have the location in my email, but it would pop up to different places whenever I would use Google Maps and Apple Maps to get me back to the hotel. Whenever I would type the address in on my map apps, it would sometimes say that it was not available. I took a Bolt back one night, and it took me to the cafe AGAIN. Although the walk is not too bad, around 30 minutes, I know for some that can be annoying. Please work on the address, so it can be better for others to not be wandering around.

Perfect location, close to the metro and buses. The hotel is clean and recently modernized. Good and fresh breakfast but with few dishes to choose from. Free coffee and water throughout the day at the reception. The room was cleaned every day. I recommend the hotel but without dinner.

Negatives: After cleaning the room, my metro card disappeared from the room and after I made a complaint at the reception, it was returned to me at check out. Although I paid for half board, at the dinner I was made to pay for water and juices even though at the reception we were told that liquids (water, juice, beer or wine) were included in the dinner menu. Very poor dinner, with a few dishes a la carte. Although we paid for dinner, the rest of the evenings we stayed in Paris we chose to eat in the city, not at the hotel. I had problems communicating in English with the staff at the restaurant and reception. Except for the 2 girls at the reception, it is very difficult to get along with the other hotel employees.

A pleasant stay: comfortable bed, clean room, air conditioning, and daily towel change. Conveniently located near public transportation.

Breakfast was not very varied and the same every day - I would recommend rethinking the breakfast options or adding some small daily variations. The hotel is far from major attractions, but close to public transport that can take you anywhere, although the experience of using it (at least in August) can be quite unpleasant.

Was absolutely lovely the room was so clean ,the bathroom and toilet was so clean,downstairs lounge was lovely where you could order a little drink, was very peaceful in the evening, the area had a good couple of restaurants mainly kebab shops restaurants but that was ok also found lovely Italian restaurant,had a cocktail bar buy was very very over crowded,had supermarket for everything you need everything was close by not much else to do in the area but shop and eat, and was 35 mins or little more to city in taxi ,but metro is right next to it so good connections to where you want to go. In the hotel I felt really safe and slept well as they have people on the desk breakfast was nice, choice of pan cakes, quasants cheese bread and some meat.didnt have dinner,but think u can get it if you want but there was food places right next to us so we wanted to explore,staff was mainly very friendly only had 1 issue out of the whole stay and that was they wouldn't hold our luggage for us when we had to check out at 12 and our flight wasn't until 9 so we had to walk around the whole day with our luggage 🙄said that people already had there luggage in the holding rooms so couldn't fit ours but I think they could of got them in was only 3 back packs heavy but compact so that was quite a bad ending to a beautiful stay. But overall I would absolutely recommend this hotel staff were very pleasant overall.

One thing out of the whole stay that I didn't like was they wouldn't hold our luggage and we had to check out at 12 and our flight wasn't until 9,But they had everyone else's luggage said that there wasn't any room but it was 3 small back packs very heavy to carry around but easy to squeeze in a room was upset about that as spent the whole day in France with heavyweight back pack on so did my children. But everything else was fantastic.

The room was exactly like the pictures. Everything was very clean and tidy, the cleaning service was checking on the room daily unless instructed not to; the towels were changed daily as well. The breakfast was diverse and tasty, with options both sweet and savoury. The location was good, about a ~20 min subway ride from the city centre. The staff was always helpful and friendly with us, and let us store our luggage there on our first day before the check in (we arrived early in the morning). There is always someone at the reception desk.

Not a complaint, but the beds were twin.

The breakfast options were good, and the food was very tasty. However, on one of the days, it was extremely busy, making it difficult to find a plate or get any food, as most of it had already been taken. The hotel is conveniently located near both the metro and tram, providing easy access to the city centre. There are also a few bars and a supermarket nearby, which was very convenient.

The main issue I had was with the room’s air conditioner. There was a control on the wall, but changing the settings didn’t seem to do anything. It felt like it was just stuck in fan mode, and I ended up waking up a few times during the night feeling hot and sweaty.

We went for a family trip to Paris. The hotel is a new construction, all fresh and clean. The rooms are rather basic, but good enough for the night's rest. The breakfast is very good, and the breakfast area is very comfortable. The staff serving breakfast is adorable. The location is perfect for two reasons - it's 3 minutes away from the nearest subway stop, and next door is a multistorey parking. As we came to Paris with our own car, we could park it there for the duration of our stay. I should also mention, there are few nice places to have dinner within the One hint on the parking - I bought a weekly ticket from the Parking operator directly (via their webpage) for cheaper than what hotel's "special rate" for four days would be.

A very nice, cozy, new hotel, 5 minutes away from metro or bus station in a clean, new modern living area. Daily cleaning and towel changes. The beds are comfy, and spare pillows are available. The rooms are quiet and soundproofed. The rich (cold) buffet breakfast is impressive. Also good dinner options for the half-board option. Free coffee, organic tea, plain and soda water, and sometimes even croissants, are provided free (available 24 hours). A special shout-out and many thanks to Isra and the F&B Manager for making our anniversary special with a complimentary cake, candles, sparkling wine, and even singing!
