The hotel is beautiful, freshly renovated , nice decorated, very friendly stuff, clean:) The room was very spacious,clean and cozy. Perfect location: metro, buses, supermarket(Lidl), various restaurants within 5min. The area feels quiet safe too:) Erm

It said there are parkings for electric cars, with charging. It also announces in the lift, but thats not true, they are still building them(not even started🙈). It was a problem for us arriving at late night with almost empty battery and still had to go to the city to look for a charger.. Another thing we didnt like was breakfast. The hotel announces itself as super sustainable etc(everywhere hanging information sheets), but then no vegan options for the breakfast, not even plant based milk for coffee.. thats quiet sad :)

I had a wonderful stay at Greet Hotel Paris 13 Porte d'Italie. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transport, making it simple to reach the city center. The breakfast was a nice touch, with a variety of options to start the day. Overall, a great value for a pleasant stay in Paris!

Lovely hotel, good price, great breakfast, nice room, 10 mins walk to metro stop & roughly 30 mins on the metro to sights such as Notre Damme. Only negative was the room was too hot, air con wasn’t working & unfortunately the window doesn’t open. If this was fixed then the hotel would be perfect for the price. The surrounding area isn’t too pretty but that’s to be expected for the price & there were shops, bars, cafes & restaurants close by which was handy.

Nothing spectacular but a nice and clean hotel with breakfast for a city trip were I only need the room for sleeping. with car parking and only 10 minutes by food to the metrostation in 2 directions

Only difficulty hotel is in a one way street if you passed the hotel parking you habe to do quiet a loop to get back there, but is no problem

Nice Hotel, clean and close to a metro stop, there are good restaurants close by, and even if it's not a touristic area it's safe and reasonably OK to walk there. 10 minutes walk from the hotel are some great asian restaurants that you should check out. Additionally we got good value for money by booking way in advance.

Excellent stay! Everything met my expectations. The room was big, comfortable, and really nice. The bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had lots of variety. The check-in and check-out process was extremely quick and easy. I would definitely recommend it and would stay here again.

It was clean and overall good value for money.

Simple rooms equiplent. No fridge in the room and no closet. Only a few hangers for clothes. Not many restaurants/shops around, but walking 10 minutes, you cam find fair options.

The air conditioning was not working which is under maintenance

Breakfast is ok, a little light but good enough. Coffee is pretty good. We liked the room very spacious and the location is very good near multiple Metro and bus stations.

Visually, maybe not the most pleasing location, but in fact a hidden gem due to its excellent location to explore the city, extremely friendly and helpful staff, modern and very comfortable rooms.
