The location is excellent! Three metro lines are just a three-minute walk away. There's a great supermarket right across the road and plenty of excellent dining options nearby. We felt very safe walking at night, even late, until around 23:30. The breakfast was excellent! Our room was cleaned daily at around 15:00. The staff was very pleasant and always ready to help.

The rooms are standard, with minor imperfectons and mold in some places, but it did not affect our stay.

City centre, you could tell the room was recently renovated. They upgraded us to a bigger room when we got there so we were all more comfortable. The team was extremely friendly - Nadia and Sonia specifically in the reception, they were lovely, caring, remembered our names and always welcomed us with a smile on their faces. Nadia gave us the best tips of places to try some pintxos. The staff at the restaurant/breakfast as well, such a lovely bunch. This (senior) man greeted us everyday asked us about our day, plans - unfortunately I didn't get his name - and Luz that was also leading breakfast alongside him. Made sure we were being assisted at all times.

The hotel was close to the metro and bus station. There were several shops and restaurants nearby, which I consider an advantage. The hotel staff were kind and friendly. Our room was not large, but it was comfortable. Overall, it was a good stay.

The breakfast was relatively complete, but it lacked sausages. There was no electric kettle in the room, but we requested hot water from the reception, and the receptionist kindly provided it.

Reception area and hallways are clean, fresh and welcoming with staff that were willing to bear with me on my sketchy French. Room was a good size (for Paris) with a seat, hanging space and was immaculately clean. Only complaint was that the bathroom was rather small but I did expect that. We were able to leave our luggage on the day of our departure, it was tagged and stored in a room which only staff could access. Very easy access to Metro Line 7 or bus line 47, both which connect to Chatelet which is a major transport hub.

Provide hot water to people they need. When I come to the hotel first I don't know where to get hard work. Hot water. Later. I find now I can get a little hot water from the breakfast area. Then the people work in the first area help me go to the front counter to get hot water. In the front counter people is very friendly However, it is not convenient, too. Go down to ask them again and again. So I suggest counter provide hot water park for each customer they have, they need game, get the hot water in the room.

Excellent location - its not in the centre centre of Paris but easily accessibly by bus and underground around the city. Area is also full of shops, carrefour across the street. Hotel was nice, clean, modern and staff were also nice. Good value i think for paris

Rooms are a bit small compared to what I'm used to. But its ok for a short stay.

Clean, comfortable, modern and located in a very well connected area. Very nice people and a 24/7 service with drinks and snacks that can be very handy when one arrives late. There are lots of restaurants and coffee shops around, including a Carrefour across the street. I'll definitely recommend it.

A bit too far from the center but well connected.

Excellent location. We can't say much about it. When we arrive, an entire floor had some problem and they had to realocate us on other IBIS, 15 minutes away from this one. But what we saw we like it. In the reception the employee was very polite. The rest we cant say much more because we went to the other IBIS

It’s very cozy, great location near metro line 6 .The room is small but it’s perfect for vacation .I stayed here for 4 nights.Every day they clean the room.

It’s very soundproof you can hear everything.Also, one day the room and hall smelled like cigarettes .Perphaps the next door room was smoking

Great location for accessing central Paris. Lovely shopping centre across the street and a roomy Pret-a-manger too with late opening. Head a little east and check out the pho restaurants. Clean room with comfy bed.

Room on small side but it suited a short stay.
