Location was great, right across from the metro. There were a few cafes on same street as well as a grocery store. Our concierge Alex was great - so helpful with our touring suggestions and arrangements.

The safe in room was very hard to operate and we finally gave up. Hard to regulate temperature in room so had to open window for air which became noisy. There were no towel racks in bathroom to hang used towels. The taxi that was pre-arranged through the hotel for a return trip to CDG arrived 30 minutes late and overcharged us (which I didn't realize at the time).

I recently stayed at Hôtel Le Relais Saint Charles during the Olympics, and I must say that the experience exceeded all my expectations. The location, the ambiance, and the staff's hospitality were all top-notch. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is their honesty and professionalism. A week after returning to New York, I realized I had left my jewelry box in the room’s safe. The box contained items of great sentimental value, and I was devastated. When I contacted the hotel, I was both anxious and hopeful. To my immense relief, the staff found my jewelry and went above and beyond to ensure it was safely returned to me in New York. I am incredibly grateful to the entire team for their swift and honest actions. Their professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction are truly commendable. I cannot thank them enough for their honesty and for taking such great care of my belongings. If you are looking for a hotel in Paris that genuinely cares about its guests, look no further than Hôtel Le Relais Saint Charles. Myself and my daughter stayed at Le Relais Saint Charles for one night for her 16th birthday and we had a lovely stay. The staff were so polite, kind and helpful. The location is great - maximum 10 minute walk to the Eiffel tower. Our room had a view of the top half of the tower and we lay in bed at midnight watching it sparkle (We initially booked a classic room but upgraded to the top floor with tower view). Bedroom was perfect for what we needed, it wasn't luxury but we knew we were booking a 3 star hotel and the room and bedding were clean, comfortable and everything was in good working condition. Alex on reception was particularly helpful in showing us places to visit around the city and did everything for us with regards to communication and emailing to help us book a party dinner cruise for my daughters birthday. If we come back to Paris we will definitely book here again. I'm also an independent travel agent and will definitely be recommending Le Relais Saint Charles to my clients when looking for an affordable hotel in Paris city centre with a tower view. Nothing, I wished we could have stayed longer.

Location is perfect. Staffs are helpful and friendly. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Room and bathroom are clean.

Charming hotel right across from Dupleix metro station. I had a larger-than-usual-for-Paris room, with a good bed (the mattress is a bit hard, but I like that) and a renovated bathroom with a window. Despite being on the street side, the noise was minimal.

As in many similar smaller hotels, the breakfast room is underground, I don't recommend taking the breakfast there, as there are plenty of nice cafés around with great coffee, croissants and other breakfast options.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, being only a 10-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower and a mere 5-minute bus ride away. It is also just a stone’s throw from the Dupleix metro station, providing convenient access to all major attractions. The staff were exceptionally pleasant; although we did not require assistance, their interactions with other guests demonstrated a high level of helpfulness. We opted for the breakfast service, which proved to be both delicious and a good value for the variety offered. Numerous restaurants and boulangeries are within close proximity, adding to the convenience of the location. Our bed was extremely comfortable, contributing to a restful stay.

The noise from the corridor was quite noticeable, disrupting our sleep on a few occasions. It might be beneficial to consider rearranging the bed so that the foot of the bed faces the door rather than the window.

Hotel Le Relais Saint Charles is the best hotel near to Eiffel Tower. The hotel is just besides Duplex train station and has a view of Eiffel Tower. We got upgraded to the Eiffel Tower view room and it was the perfect way to stay in Paris. Thank you Sam, he is the best host and so so so friendly. He taught me how to navigate the train maps and reach various locations. The breakfast spread was very nice. There are lots of cafés near to the hotel and a weekend market in front of the hotel. There is also a Mc Donald’s near to the stay and Eiffel Tower is just around 1.5 kms from the stay which can also be reached via train from duplex(2 stations away). I loved my stay and wish to go again. Thank you Sam for making our stay comfortable and worth it.

Rooms are a bit small but with the view and facilities it is good.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The location is superb, conveniently situated with excellent access to public transport. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly, yet maintained a high level of professionalism throughout. The room was impeccably clean, and extremely comfortable. Overall, the combination of the hotel’s prime location, dedicated staff, and comfortable accommodations made it a perfect choice. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a superb place to stay in Paris.

Amazing location (just across the metro&bus and walking distance to Eiffel). Good breakfast. Comfortable and clean room that is breathable. There is a local market at least 2 days a week that you can shop for free (clothes, gifts, fresh food etc.) that is just across the hotel. Amazing staff. There is a rugby bar that has amazing foods just above the hotel. So overall, we were so happy with our stay and definitely recommend!!!

A chic and familiar hotel, well located with a metro station 50m away and a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Many restaurants, bistros and bakeries nearby. Also find a few supermarkets nearby if you need. Good, rich breakfast - although same food every day we didn't get bored while we stayed (4 nights). Buttered baguette, croissants, chocolate panne, coffee: excellent. Cleanliness and warmth in the room. Although the room was on the street there was no noise from the constantly busy boulevard. Internet was fine. Reception and breakfast room staff friendly except for the older lady who didn't know English and was hard to communicate with if you wanted something.

Although the reservation was made for a room overlooking the street (we assumed possible noise from the street), without being asked by the lady at the reception we were assigned to a room overlooking the courtyard on the grounds that those are more expensive. They may have been a bit more modern but they were smaller than the ones on the street (12 sq m vs 15 sq m). After seeing the room we requested one with a street view and it worked out. Bathroom ventilation not working, after showering the steam would stay there for hours and the only ventilation was through the room. Little English TV channels, but you don't go to Paris to watch TV. An idea if the room was bigger, but in Paris 15 sq m is a big size.
