It was in a great location, really close to the metro line & Eiffel Tower. A lot of bakeries and cafes nearby. The staff were lovely and very accommodating, they provided us with a hairdryer when the one in our room didn’t work. There is free water, tea and coffee in the breakfast area. Let us keep suitcases there after check out and overall very helpful and nice.

It was quite hot in the room, fans were provided which were great for the first 2 nights but the third night they stopped working late on the last night. Became very hot. They also had planned maintenance on one day, so there was no hot water but this can’t be helped.

I liked the location, most of the staff, and the fact that all our basic needs were met.

I was frustrated that I could not correct the number of nights booked when I immediately discovered I had made an error. The management only told me that they couldn't change it with booking.com but did not tell me to contact them. I honestly thought that I would be compensated in some way for this problem, but I wasn't. The major reason that I liked booking.dot com was that they used to be helpful and flexible but this is apparently no longer true.

The stay was great. We booked two rooms for two couples. The rooms are comfortable and clean—yes, they are small, but they have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms were cleaned every day. We also paid for breakfast, which was fresh and good. We were very satisfied with it. I saw some reviews mentioning that it is limited, and maybe for some, it might seem that way, but you have fresh baguette, a coffee machine, fresh juice, milk, cereal, very good croissants, cheese, butter, yogurt, fruits, etc. It is more than enough to start your day. The receptionist was very helpful and nice. For a trip where you plan to be out all day exploring the city and then return to sleep, shower, rest, and have breakfast, this is an ideal choice. Also, it's very close to the Eiffel Tower, and there are many restaurants and supermarkets near the hotel. We are very satisfied and highly recommend this stay!

The only downside that comes to mind is that the soundproofing is not the best. If you have noisy neighbors, it might be bothersome - we could hear the TV from the next room. Other than that, we had a very quiet and pleasant stay.

Customer service was excellent, the front desk staff were all very helpful. My room was small but clean, it had a cute Julliet balcony that looked onto the quiet street below. Location was convenient with only a very short walk from the metro, cafes, many food stores and about a 10 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower. As a solo traveller I felt very safe walking around the neighborhood.

The rooms are not very soundproof but that did not cause me any problems at all.

We had a lovely time at Au Pacific Hotel, for 2 nights it was perfect for a us as a couple. It is great walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and has the most amazing patisserie down the street. The room was small but we expected that as a standard room, and the bathroom was a great size and had everything we needed. Clean rooms. Lovely staff would definitely stay again!

At first we were worried about leaving our key at the reception everytime we left our rooms to go out in the city. But can ensure that it is a 24 hour reception and there is always someone there who can give you your key. One night we got back at 3am and it was safe and easy process!

The staff and the owners and everyone you met were just so helpful . The location was really good - near the tourist spots - yet tucked away a little bit too. We loved the locality - and seeing some of French day to day life : school, church, shops. Loved it The team was fantastic and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others .. the personal touch of staying in a hotel owned by a family for generations was just amazing.

Maybe a small suggestion - one or two English channels on tv , just to reconnect with the news at night time even .

This was my second time staying and it was once again really good. The location of Au Pacific is absolutely perfect! With 3 metro stops in a 5 minute walk you can get anywhere you need to go. And even better; the Eiffeltower is right around the corner (kinda). The staff are very nice and pleasant, the rooms are small but comfortable and it's clean!

The tiny, creaky elevator did scare me but it was better than having to walk up to the fifth floor! No other complaints whatsoever.

We enjoyed the quaintness of this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They cleaned the rooms well and frequently if you leave the sign for them to clean. We had a window that opened so we liked having the fresh air. There isn’t air-conditioning, which is how it is in most European hotels that are small. My daughter and I enjoyed walking around this neighborhood and felt safe. There are laundromats on a lot of streets nearby. We wanted to use one of them, but we never had a chance because we were busy. But it’s good to know for the future. We were able to walk to the Eiffel Tower in about 15 mins on a late summer evening to see the Eiffel Tower light up. We walked to the grocery stores to get water, to restaurants and the Metro subway is pretty close. The street is mostly quiet because it is a smaller street.

The A/C because it was very hot a couple of the days but I understand that these older hotels that are smaller do not have an A/C. We still enjoyed having the window and just wore very light clothes those couple of nights.

The property was small enough to not got lost but big enough to not constantly crossing with other guest or too busy to be able to relax. It was super clean and the perfect size for me and my daughter.

I think the only thing I can criticise is the height of the shower, I’m 6ft and the shower only came to my shoulders. It couldn’t go any higher even if I held it!

The property and more importantly the room was clean, comfortable beds, it provided enough space for four adults. Very convenient location, close to train station, restaurants, shops, and some key attractions. It provides light breakfast (cereal, yogurt, and bread); not a lot of variety more like a quick snack. Very friendly staff!

All was well.
