The location is great — close to the train station, which makes it easy to travel around the city. There are also many restaurants, pubs, and supermarkets nearby, and you can do everything on foot. This hotel has one of the most comfortable beds we had during our Eurotrip (that must be said!).

We just had one issue when we arrived — there was no one at the reception, and we were a bit lost for a few minutes. Then the receptionist showed up. Later, we realized that the man sitting and watching TV in the lounge was actually the receptionist. But aside from that, the reception itself was good.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the metro station, with easy connections to all major parts of the city. The area is quiet and safe, which is ideal for travelers. The room was decent, and daily cleaning was provided, which I truly appreciated. Overall, a very good choice for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The room was very small, with limited amenities — no coffee machine and only basic toiletries provided. The elevator was also small and slow. However, considering the affordable price, it’s a fair trade-off and still a good option for a short stay, especially thanks to the excellent location and daily cleaning service.

A few steps away from Place d'Italie metro station (well connected on lines 5,6,7) and at the beginning of the Chinatown strip in the 13th arrondissement. The reception spoke perfect English. Our room was bright and a good size for Paris hotel rooms.

Nothing really comes to mind, I guess there are relatively less French eating options around given it's mostly Asian options, but it's a lovely insight into one of the Chinatowns of Paris.

I really liked this hotel. It was no frills, but still really nice. Great for a single traveler like me who was going to be out and about most of the time anyway. Right next to a bunch of public transit lines, in a beautiful neighborhood and not the removed from the attractions. The people were very nice and helpful, very efficient. The room itself wasn't huge, but was still fine enough. The bathroom was great; a lot of the smaller hotels tend to have budget bathrooms, but this one was much appreciated. I would certainly recommend this hotel for single travelers or younger individuals or pairs.

Their elevator was small and slow, but that was it really.

Things were just easy all around - given that this was a work trip. Breakfast was fine. Room while basic, was very functional. Very small amount of real traffic noise, despite being in such a busy place. {I have previously lived in this arrondissement in Rue Bobillot so know this area very well.} The location is terrific - right next to a large metro station that is has 3 metro lines. Makes it easy to get around.

Breakfast was basic - it was perfectly adequate for me, but may not suit some travellers.

The location was brilliant as it was in a quieter area but still moderately busy. Also it is minutes away from the metro station which you can use to get to any part of Paris. The staff there were extremely friendly and they spoke good English so were able to help with queries.

The breakfast was a little disappointing. For 12 euros each I think it is over priced for what you get. Also another thing is that you can hear other people in the hotel which is a little uncomfortable , definitely isn’t fully soundproofed.

Modern facilities and comfortable bed. Great access to public transport with the metro and bus stops a short walk away and only minutes into central Paris.. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Best thing about this hotel is the Location. Metro, Bus Stops to all the attractions in Paris is like 3 minutes walk. There’s a shopping mall right in the corner, downstairs right by the hotel you have an amazing noodle shop, kfc, amazing cafes all in like walking distance. Hotel price is good and hotel was clean and room service was done everyday. Bed and pillows are comfortable. I booked for 3 days first as I went to London and coming back to Paris I had another reservation in another hotel. But I cancelled that one and rebooked here again. What you need in Paris is cozy comfortable hotel with great location which is close to metro, bus, food- not a Eiffel Tower view hotel which would be costly with tiny space. And another thing, this hotel has AIR CONDITIONER which is not very common in all hotels in Paris. I will absolutely recommend and I will stay there again next spring.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful. They were available whenever we had needed them and did their best to make sure we were satisfied. We also had a wheelchair and they did their best to adhere to out needs, though the lift was small (fit 4 people) they did have a ramp and they were willing to help whenever it was needed.

The lift was quite small and it was quite close to the main city of paris but there was not a lot of brilliant choices for restaurants or food.

Whilst not imposing from outside The Rooms are modern and well furnished and organized. This wasn’t the pokey tiny French hotel room that travellers dread . excellent comfortable bed and modern bathroom and seperate toilet -ideal for a couple who want a quality stay without paying a premium . Great location in between a picked of Asian and Viet restaurants and the big Place D’Italie Shopping Mall - Excellent location I would come back !

In common with many French Hotels in this category the coffee is pretty ordinary - What is so hard about putting a cheap Lavazza machine in the ground floor lounge ?!
