The location of the hotel between two major metro lines is a plus point. The street is rather quiet, you don't hear traffic so much. We heard one police siren during the 4 nights we spent. We booked two rooms for 4 people. Both of them had tea facilities. The first room was with a bathtub and in the middle of the corridor. The room was quite big, with a bit of storage space. TV, desk and chairs, open storage with hangers and a couple of shelves. Air conditioning also working as heating is another plus point. Wi-Fi was working fine. The second room was with a shower and located at the end of the corridor. The bathroom was smaller and the shower a bit tight (no place to bend). Also, every morning it smelled of croissants. Wi-Fi was poor. Breakfast was good. Bacon and scrambled eggs,, some ham and cheese incl. Brie, croissants and bread. Nutella, honey, jam. Cornflakes are also available. Coffee is really good and tea is also possible. Apples and bananas were also available. The bacon and eggs trays were constantly empty, but after requesting it, refill came in max. 10 min. The hotel lobby has a shoe cleaning machine, free of charge. There also have a (locked) luggage storage area, also free of charge. The rooms were cleaned daily (bins emptied). The hotel also has a waiting room with two vending machines. The one for coffee only accepts cash/coins. The reception staff and breakfast staff are kind and polite.

I missed vegetables at breakfast. Some tomatoes, bell peppers or cucumbers would be nice. The walls are thin, we could hear the guests shower in the next room (and they probably us), even louder talking got through.

This hotel is in an excellent location — perfect for budget travelers who want to be well-connected. With two metro stations nearby (Les Gobelins and Place d’Italie), getting around Paris was super easy. The Latin Quarter is just over a 20-minute walk, which we actually enjoyed. There are plenty of eateries and breakfast spots right around the hotel. We skipped the hotel breakfast to explore local cafés each morning. The room was a bit tight on space, but the bed was very comfortable, and everything (room and bathroom) was clean and well-kept. The staff was also friendly and helpful. Overall, a fantastic choice if you’re looking for an affordable, clean, and well-located place to stay in Paris.

Location was perfect. 5 minutes walk t the metros where there was 2 different lines to the attractions. Vibrant area with lots of different restaurants to choose and a big supermarket a few minutes walk there is a carrefour across the street. Really safe area. Teas and coffee in the room Lovely and warm hotel to come back to after being out in freezing weather . Lovely breakfast in the morning. Room spotless and decent sized for Paris. Bathroom a good size and spotless. Friendly staff . Would 100% recommend and I will definitely book in the future.

Nothing it was great!!

Location was amazing, I loved the area, a lot of supermarkets and cafes around - even cinemas! The room was really big for what I expected, and it wasn’t as old as it looks in the pictures. Staff was super nice! They would clean our room every day. Both aircon and heater were working. So good for 3 stars.

There was only one lift, and it was slow and small, so sometimes we had to take the stairs. I didn’t have breakfast because it was too expensive. Also, there’s no fridge in the room.

Rooms are as they were shown on the photos, comfortable enough. Location is perfect, hotel breakfast was nice, staff helpful. It is very easy to get to the metro station and hotel is located in a really nice neighbourhood. Member of the staff, Ghir at the reception was really pleasant and always at disposal when needed any kind of assistance in the hotel or to provide more info about Paris. Hotel is a good value for money and I would come back again to the same place.

Very clean, the room was cleaned daily, also clean bed sheets and towels daily. Room was spacious enough, considering that all places in Paris are tight, it was really good. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of options to eat. Temperature in the room was perfect. Very polite staff, lots of nice restaurants near by, great location very close to the bus station and also close to the metro station, grocery store nearby too. We could also leave the baggage at the hotel on the last day so that we can go visit the city until our flight in the evening. Totally recomment this place!

We liked everything

Very well surprised with the quality of the rooms’ refurbishment. The personnel were friendly, always available to provide assistance. The hotel is located in a vibrant part of Paris, with all the facilities at walking distance. Also, a very good value for money. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Do not expect the luxury of grand hotels, however, for short stays in Paris you can have exactly what you need, at a reasonable price.

Value for Money is just perfect. Location is 2 min walking from Place D’italie, which is a very nice area with lots of nice restaurants. Also from the metro station in Place D’italie you take line 6 (green line) direct to Charle De Gaulle Etoile right at the Arc de Triomphe area. Very suitable for a 2-3 day budget friendly stay in Paris

Room & bathroom are a bit tight, yet adequate for the purpose of sleeping and washing up.

The breakfast was excellent, great variety and choice. The room was lovely, comfortable, and clean and a good size. Nice bathroom. ALSO, the hotel is located near to lots of restaurants, bars and shopping etc BUT it is situated in a really quiet street. You would never think you are in Paris.

What you would expect from a 3 star hotel. Everything good. Room size is fine. Enough room for a couple with 2 suitcases. There is a shower and no bath which is fine. Breakfast also good, choice of cereal, baked goods and warm eggs and bacon. Location is good near Place d’italie metro which is well connected on 3 different lines. Stayed during Olympics and was a great base.

Was a little warm in room. Air con and opening doors did help.
