Located on a quiet street in the 13th arrondissement, the Henriette is a homey refuge in the city. Close to the Les Gobelins metro and a short walk to the wonderful food vendors and street market on the Rue Mouffetard. The rooms are on the smaller side, as is the lift, but there is a whole vibrant city to explore and the common spaces, like the garden and lounge, are lovely places to read a book or work. But it is the thoughtful details, warm hospitality, and friendly staff at the Henriette that made the stay feel more like visiting friends. There was a list of recommended local restaurants and bars, a note welcoming you to the city, and even an Olympic kit with a complementary tote bag and water bottle.

Was exactly what you expect from a Parisian hotel. Quirky features, small but thoughtful details. Location was great - felt more ‘local’ than other areas we’ve stayed.

Only issue was the car we booked to head to Gare de l’Est at the end of our stay. We asked for a van as we had 4 large bags. A small taxi turned up and expected us to use it. We ended up organising a van directly with Uber, but it did make us later to the station than we wanted to be. Suspect this was more about the taxi than the hotel.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Great communication before we arrived and they went out of their way to help us when we were there. Our room was spotless and a good size, we were staying in room 54 on the 5th floor. The neighbourhood is pretty quiet and felt very safe in comparison to other areas of Paris that we've stayed. We wouldn't hesitate to return!

If I'm being picky, it would have been great to have a coffee machine in the room.

The hotel was very charming, and the staff were lovely. The room size was fantastic. We had heaps of space. We ended up asking reception whether they had a kettle we could use throughout our stay, and they were quick to assist.

The room didn’t have a kettle, fridge, iron or ironing board which was disappointing. The single iron and ironing board (which serviced the entire hotel) was rubbish, so had to get around in wrinkled clothing while in Paris. Not a big deal for the most part, only when heading out somewhere fancy for the evenings.

Pricy but nice breakfast and friendly staff, but do not pass the counter! The only savoury part was boiled eggs and cheese. The staff is professional and helpful. The shower was great.

The bureau in the room was too small to fit a laptop, while there was plenty of space for a larger one. The rooms are not soundproof. My neighbours were not too loud, so it was fine. I could also hear the elevator. Still I would go back, great value for money!

The location: It is in a nice neighbourhood with different options for restaurants and stores (clothes, supermarkets, pharmacies). It is close to Metro stations and bus stops. The Hotel: One of the best impressions we had is how clean it is. You often see the places around recently cleaned and smelling very good. The rooms are nicely decorated and there is no carpet on the floor. The bathrooms are fine, and the water pressure of the shower is good. Breakfast is good and with an appropriate variety of foods and drinks. The Hotel doesn´t have its own parking, but I was recommended by the staff to a Parking nearby (it´s 5 min walk from the hotel, safe and it´s a closed parking). The Staff: Very friendly and lovely staff. We had great service in all the locations at the Hotel. Overall: I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Paris and not worry about finding a good place. Search no more.

Our room was beside the elevator - hence, you could hear the outside noise of people talking on the hall while waiting for the elevator to come or leaving it.

We loved the decor and the whole atmosphere of Hotel Henriette. The quiet location is such a lovely break from the bustle of the city, and the rooms are some of the most spacious in Paris! Breakfast is lovely, especially the option of having an express version, and the outdoor terrace was a beautiful place to sit in the late summer evenings.

The rooms were very comfortable, the breakfast room was beautiful and breakfast was delicious. All of the staff were kind and considerate, and the location had a real neighbourhood feel to it.

The only critique was the window of the room on the sixth floor was difficult to open and close and only appeared to open wide (rather than having the option to open a bit).

The Hotel is cozy and lovely. The breakfast was excellent, I know that overall in France you should not expect a lot from it, so this one was quite good, as you can get not only coffee and croissant. In the close area, you also have many places to eat.

Unfortunately, during the night some track was offloading many things right under our windows for a couple of hours. It was extremely loud and we could not sleep until the car left. Maybe we were just unlucky, but you should understand that windows do not give any soundproofing, you will hear everything from the street.

Nice soft colors in the room with a fond wall with flowery theme made the room feel welcoming. A small desk with chair and single bed with a small table. Bathroom with shower, fairly recently refurbished and NUXE products with lovely honey smell (no conditioner though but soap and lotion). Neighborhood friendly and just 2 min walk to the metro that takes to "Opera" in 20 min. You are also just 2-3 blocks (15 min walk) from Rue Mouffetard that offers plenty of nice restaurants. Very friendly staff in reception.

I felt the room missed something, like a chair/fauteuil or at least something to put the bag on, and felt it was space for it. I know it is rare, but it is always nice when there is a small fridge in the room and conditioner for the hair in the bathroom. But these are details. I loved that it was a residential, calm area but maybe some that wants a busy feeling will not.
