I really liked this hotel. It’s perfect if you plan to spend your days exploring Paris and only need a place to sleep and shower. The room is small, but the bed is comfortable. The shower cabin is tiny, but even a larger person can use it without problems. Everything was clean and quiet. The staff at the reception were very polite and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel to travelers. The location in the 13th arrondissement is great — about 20 minutes on foot to the Panthéon, 30 minutes to Notre Dame, and 20 minutes to the Luxembourg Gardens. The area is beautiful and perfect for walking around!

The only downside was the Wi-Fi — not very reliable. Overall, it worked fine, but some apps just wouldn’t load, which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything was great. A big thank you to the hotel staff!

I liked the hotel overall. The room was small, but I spend very little time in the hotel, so if the bed is comfy and there is a shower, I am happy. The bed was comfy, the water was hot, the room was quiet, so there are no complaints. It was not luxurious, the amenities are not top, but it was very good value for money. I cannot find anything to complain about. I didn't have breakfast there, so I cannot rate it. The location was good, a nice, safe neighborhood and close to Les Gobelins subway station.

I had read the reviewers before choosing this place and I didn't have fancy expectations, but rest assured, people do love to exaggerate their bad experience. My needs were simple, a room to sleep and rest after exploring Paris all day. To be honest, you can pay more and still receive pretty much the same value as this hotel. The location is perfect, very close to metro, bus stations which can connect you with every spot in Paris. The neighborhood felt safe as well, day and night, no incident whatsoever. The staff was very friendly and attended to all our needs. We arrived way early then check-in time and since the room was ready, we were able to immediately enter the room and leave our luggage. Leaving the luggage if you come before check-in time was also possible. Also the last day, we were able to leave our luggage in the hotel and pick it up before departing, so we had an extra day to explore Paris. The beds were comfortable, slept without any issue. The shower worked as it should and there is a private bathroom.

The sound from other rooms can be heard very close indeed, but I guess I was lucky because people in the other rooms were careful not to make noises, especially during night hours. Wifi is not great, but I was prepared with a 50 gb of internet on my phone to handle five nights of stay.

Great location, 15 min walk to Pantheon. The hotel is simple but comparing other stsys in Paris, at least it was clean, fast hot water, good WiFi, comfortable bed, and a big electrical radiator which heated very fast the room.

No AC, rooms could get noisy if your neighbours don't realize it's a thin wall between the rooms. The breakfast is 9 euro, but you only get half a baguette and a croissant, and some butter and jam, coffee and a juice, so not very nutritional, some cheese and ham and an egg would have at least made it a bit value for money.

It was clean in the bathroom and clean towels and bed sheets. Carpet covering wasn't too clean in the room. It's very warm in the room. You can regulate the heat yourself. It's good. There's a hair dryer in the bathroom and shower gel. The room is small, but for one person, not too bed. Good location of hotel, 10min to the metro and close to the city center, you can get it on foot. The staff is polite. The hotel is old, but it is a good combination of price and quality.

Attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the carpet floors in the room. Add shower gel. One package isn't enough for 2 days. A very thin and old blanket. If it weren't for the heating, it would be very cold at night. I traveled in November. These are small things, but can be improved.

The location was very convenient. The staff was very friendly. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for budget traveling.

I wish there were a small refrigerator and a tea kettle in the room, although I understand that it is common not to have these accommodations in hotels of this price range.

The location for the price was great, it was very near most points of interest south of the river, and is well served by trasport links or a nice jaunt down a boulevard. Never had any problem with the facilities or the room, and the people on reception were always polite and welcoming.

Some of the decor and the room facilities could be updated, but all still served their purpose. The Wi-Fi though pretty good, had to be re-logged in every few hours.

Convienently located hotel close to Les Gobelins. Easy walking distance to Les Catacombes and also to the Pantheon. Reception is open 24 hours so you can enter and leave at any time. Also they have space to leave your luggage when you arrive before checkin or leave after checkout.

There was a slight smell in the room coming from the bath/toilet. Maybe this was caused by the rain we had on Saturday

Was all I needed for my stay. Very convenient location with good communication links, shops and places to eat. Exceptionally good value, very clean bed linen, towels and bathrooms. Very helpful staff.

One of the blankets could have been cleaner but there was another I could use.
