Location close to eateries, local markets, restaurants and metro, our 1 BR apartment was quiet, clean and comfortable, adequate heat in November , extremely friendly and helpful staff - Jeremy and Erwan for local recommendations; would definitely stay here again

Sign a form accounting for all dishes and kitchenware; there were no kitchen towels which were provided later; required to clean dishes and put them back in the shelf and take garbage bag to the basement;

The apartment is beautiful, clean and cozy, in a very good neighborhood close to metro, bus and lots of restaurants and bars. The apartment has everything you need for an amazing stay in Paris.

Only one bathroom in the premium apartment that accommodates up to 6 people and loud pipes from the boiler that are accommodated in one of the closets in the bedroom and is on all night long so it is not so quiet to sleep. (There is no heating except from the air conditioner heat so it is probably heating from the rest of the property that is not turned off during night).

The staff is very nice. The appartement was quite big and comfortable.

Although the property is located in a no-car street, it was very noisy. We heard people screaming in the street every night. The windows are probably not double glazing. It should also be clearly stated before the booking that you are expected to go through a list when you enter the appartement to confirm that all the items are there (namely in the kitchen). Also, you are supposed to do the dishes yourself and to close the sofa bed if you have used it. For the price paid it seems excessive.

-Clean and well equipped apartment in a safe neighbourhood; felt just like coming home. -Beautifully decorated with attention to detail; felt like luxury. -Favourite thing: a balcony with a sweet view for moments of mindfulness and to peacefully enjoy our morning coffee and treats on before heading out to explore the bustling city. -Another favourite thing: did I mention clean!!! And I have high standards, which were absolutely met. -Friendly staff, and 24 hour presence which added to a sense of security while travelling with young children.

Loved the vibe of stylish, warm decor and thoughtful design in a great neighborhood full of Parisian families. Located right across from a school, and surrounded by delicious and affordable restaurants, boulangeries, crêperies, etc. Also, really friendly staff!! We loved Malik, who helped us plot our way to Versailles, among other helpful things. We walked everywhere the first few days then used metro to get farther afield (super easy and metro about a 10- 15 minute walk). Buses can be great but sometimes are late, don’t show, etc.

We stayed in a studio and although we loved the fact that we were provided free washer and dryer in the basement, the basement levels could use the same care and attention as elsewhere in the building (you can see they tried but a bit more sprucing up would be great!)

Very quiet , well equipped, clean, modern , big Apartman (nr 2)in a safe neighborhood of Paris ! Comfortable beds! Metro station within 5 mins walk. Little shop at the corner, so an excellent fruit&veg shop and lots of little restaurants nearby.Very polite and helpful staff!

..very pricy unfortunately… Could give kitchen towels if expected to leave everything as it was on arrival in the kitchen. However, when I asked for kitchen towel I got one immediately. So it’s not a big issue really!!

The location was excellent for an experience in a Parisian neighborhood. There are many places to eat and a grocery store conveniently located next door. But as far as getting to the tourist sights, everything was about 25-30 minutes away. There were convenient bus lines and a Metro station and we got better at navigating the transportation system as our stay progressed. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and our apartment had all of the amenities that we needed including laundry.

I wish we were a little closer to the sights, but I think Paris is a big city. Our neighborhood felt very safe and had the amenities that we needed.

Spacious apartment in an excellent location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great to have lots of towels and welcome coffee and juice. Location is fabulous and is near a gorgeous street with lots of lovely cafes and restaurants and local metro is only a 5 min walk.

Some minor repairs needed for example, handle in downstairs bathroom kept falling off and the sofa bed probably needs replacing (apartment 602) but when asked, the staff were very helpful about these things. Cleaning not brilliant - lots of dust on the floor and marks on soft furnishings which could be fixed with a good clean!

We stayed for almost 2 weeks. The studio was clean, had a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and self-serve washer/dryer services. The neighborhood was convenient with a grocery store next door, and good eating options right by the Metro which is a short walk. Nice cafes to sit, relax and enjoy the people of Paris. Great customer service and attentive staff. Erwan and Jeremy are very helpful and made our stay extra special. They gave suggestions for restaurants, ordering an Uber, and even help with rescheduling a day trip we missed. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Paris. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable!!

Paying for extra towels. The garden patio area was closed. Reaching things in the kitchen was challenging for short people 😄

super cozy apartment, excellent location in the heart of the city, nice staff, helping with items for baby (diaper changing matt, cot..), lift to reach the 4th floor.

the inventory document to fill in by ourselves and sign at the check in + deposit blocked on personal card (which was refunded after check out). I found it a bit strange that we should check it by ourselves (we were in the apartment just for sleeping so didn't touch a glass/plate anyway..)
