Nice, clean, great staff, from the front desk to the cleaning lady, location was great, and really clean

The breakfast , on a board they say “Parisian Organic (bio) Breakfast” nothing is organic, Pancake from pasquier that you can buy at any grocery store, Nutella (far from organic) low quality ham, and really bad juices for 14€. Just cross the street and they have a fantastic bakery. Also a short lady manager came twice, speaking loud to the breakfast lady complaining about her superior and her shift, honestly this matter should be taken away from customers, as it is not our concern

Everything was just lovely.The staff were so polite,friendly and accommodating. We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was just amazing. Great location for heading off sightseeing. We walked alot which we enjoyed but there are buses and a metro link that you could use. Uber is around 12 euro from the hotel to many of the key sights. The rooms were lovely and clean and the bed was super comfortable. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend

There wasn't anything we particularly didn't like but we did hope the bar would be open on an evening

Staff were very friendly and accommodating answering any queries we had and spoke perfect English. The hotel is 5-10 minutes down the road from Luxembourg station with a direct line to the airport. As well as the Pantheon within a 5 minutes walk. 20-30 minute walk from the hotel to Notre-Dame and it’s nearby RER station with a direct line to Disneyland Paris. Lots of restaurants around offering a variety of cuisines, all of which with good reviews themselves.

Shelf in bathroom above sink was positioned slightly too low down and resulted in bumped heads when trying to wash faces every now and again. No mini fridge in room to keep drinks cool. Duvet and pillow cover textures were a bit rough and scratchy and we had to remove them for a comfortable night. Only four hangers in the wardrobe for two people staying 5 days.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Communication before and during our stay was excellent. They helped us with transportation service and restaurant reservations. The room design is lovely and modern but suits the Paris location.

The room was fairly small (we knew that going in) typical of a boutique hotel. The price reflected that as many hotels in the area are more expensive. More hangers, space for clothes storage would be nice. This could be personal but I hate pedestal sinks, this was probably a space consideration but I fing them so impractical, no counter space. They do put a little shelf above which was helpful.

The room was MUCH larger than we expected, the hotel and neighborhood was very quaint and quiet. Felt like a true local experience instead of being in the middle of tourists in some of the more busy areas. Our room had an amazing view.

The hotel was a little farther away from major sites than I anticipated, but that was poor planning on my part. The hotel staff helpfully pointed out the closest metro a short 5 blocks away and other ways to get around.

The hotel was able to accommodate my special request. The bed mattress was very comfortable.

The lighting in the wardrobe was terrible - a very bright strip light on the right hand side which meant we couldnt see anything else in the wardrobe as we were blinded! The safe was on the bottom of the wardrobe so it was very awkward to access it without lying on the floor!! The bath needed a bath mat as it was slippery. We asked for more pillows but were told there weren't any.

Good location. Very close to Luxembourg metro station - a stop with the RER B line from Charles de Gaulle airport to Paris. Safe neighborhood full with restaurants and cafes. Clean hotel, with elevator (not common in Paris). Personnel was nice, English speaking and very helpful. Room was renovated and very functional for its size. Bed was big and comfortable.

The soundproof was a problem. I could hear other people taking their shower, walking around the rooms and talking. I think that this is a problem in many hotels in Paris... The room was small - something that Paris hotels are famous for... Value for money is not ok but this is something that Paris is also famous for. By the way, I love Paris !!! I have been here many times and I will do so again. If you want a budget hotels for Paris around Pantheon, it is a good choice.

The hotel is even nicer in person than the pictures. The rooms are really generous in size and my girlfriend loved being able to have a bath at the end of a long day exploring Paris! Staff were friendly and helpful. It’s also a quiet area so we were able to go out for the evening but have a peaceful sleep. Some boulangeries and restaurants within walking distance, close to bus stops and the Luxembourg gardens also a close walk.

It’s a little bit further out from the Latin Quarter than we realised - about a 15-20 minute walk. Which was fine except when it was raining! Would also recommend bringing your own hair dryer as the one provided wasn’t very good. They ask you to leave your room key at reception each time you leave the hotel. This made us a bit uncomfortable as they only ask for room number when you come back not any form of ID to check and twice we had people (not hotel employees) knock on our door so we worried a bit about security. However, there is a 24 hour reception desk which is great.

Super small hotel. Spotlessly clean and as with many Parisian hotels, rooms are small but well equipped. There are kettles and tea/coffee making facilities. Bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand wash. Air con in the rooms was a blessing too. Only 4 stops on RER from Gare du Nord then if you leave from exit 3, only 5 mins walk to hotel. Reception staff were very friendly and d spoke great English.

No fridge in the room. Worth noting but not a major problem.

Friendliness and welcome form the staff was amazing. Stayed here for two nights over NYE, we were welcomed with a glass of champagne and some patisseries. Three stops from Gare de Nord, 10/15 min walk down to Notre Dame. Supermarket 200m to the left as you come out of the hotel. And very close to the amazing Jardin de Luxembourg. I will 100% stay here again.

This is a lovely traditional property, previous reviews say that is undergoing refurbishment, in short there is one (out of sight) area a huge staircase that is not at the same standard of the hotel as yet but I am sure that this will shortly be fixed, this 100% was not an issue for us.
