The staff was the friendliest customer service I got in all of Paris! The hotel is located very close to the Luxembourg station, but you can also easily walk around. For example the Louvre is just 30 minute walk away. There’s also a grocery store almost next door which was convenient! The hotel is very clean and modern looking. The room was on the smaller side, but still very functional for two people. Our room was on the third floor with a view to the street.

There was only two things that I wasn’t the most pleased about our stay at the hotel: 1. There was this constant rumbling and thudding sound coming and going. The only thing I could think about it being is the underground train passing the hotel. But after the first night you did get used to it. 2. It seemed like there wasn’t a sufficient air vents in the bathroom. The room was super humid our whole stay, we kept the ac on and tried to keep the window open as well sometimes. But every time we stepped back into the room after coming from the hallway we were hit with a wall of humid air.

The hotel was excellently located, in walking distance to bars restaurants and some popular attractions and very close to the metro station to access the rest of the city. The staff were very nice and accommodating and did their best to try and help with any requests. I would definitely stay here again when returning to Paris. The rooms were also very clean.

The rooms were quite small, but that's to be expected in Paris. The only very minor thing, particularly solo travellers may like to be aware of is there was no way to lock the room internally.

The room was very small and there were no tea coffee making facilities in the room. The tea coffee facilities at reception didn't have cups or milk.

The hotel is very pleasant and the staff are extremely professional and welcoming. Location is absolutely fantastic - literally 1 minute walk from Luxembourg Metro station. The rooms are very clean and tidy and maintained well. My window overlooked the main road (Boulevard Saint Michel) but was not disturbed by traffic. Brilliant value for money too. An excellent choice of hotel in the heart of the city. Would definitely recommend!! If I visit Paris again this will be my first choice of hotel!!!

A kettle in the room would be nice, although they do provide free hot water in the breakfast area on the ground floor. This is not a criticism, just a nice to have.

The staff is pleasant, and the hotel is comfortable and conveniently located near the metro , busses and restaurant.

Location is 👌👌 Handy to get to any part of City by train, Metro or bus. Nica view from window. Clean room and and free storage for your suitcases Is available. Safe area both day and night which was very important for me.

Tiny room and bathroom, almost no space for anything😅 .Very thin walls.I heard my neighbor snoring. No kettle in the room which is very strange for such a high price. In the morning the fire alarm went off (something was burned in the kitchen as it turned out later) but none of the staff evacuated and did not know what was happening. I was with a child... and it was stressful....

In a great location, near public transport stations, with lots of restaurants and bars around. Felt safe walking around, day or night. The room was clean and the cleaners came in every day and replaced any towels, etc. The staff were pleasant and helpful if we needed anything.

We unfortunately got put on the 6th floor… the lift only goes up to 5 so trying to hike a large case up a set of spiral stairs was a struggle. The heat also rises so the room was so so hot. I’d also asked for a balcony room, as it was my partners birthday. I’d asked for this several months ago when I first booked, to which the hotel had said they’d try to accommodate… we unfortunately didn’t get it.

Location was great. Close to bus stops and metro. Easy walking distance to Luxembourg Palace and Gardens, Emily in Paris locations, and Notre Dame. Staff were friendly and helpful. They went out of their way when I mentioned I need a room near an elevator to ask if I would prefer a shower or bath.

Room was very small. Shower was hard to turn around in. Fine for one person but two people would be pushing it. No room to have the case open for example. ZI also had to push the bed against the window to open the bathroom door wide.

The Front Desk Staff was amazing. They helped with directions from hotel to specific sites. I also had issues with my Uber on check out day and the Staff Member helped me get to the airport with other options. Very nice to come back to the hotel after a long day of sightseeing & see a welcoming face.

I like my room and size, but i had two friends who were staying at the same time. My one friend was on the top floor with no elevator access. I had to help her carry her heavy bags up one flight of stairs. I was surprised by that. If I would have got that room i would have been upset.
