Overall, my stay was a blend of comfort and convenience, marked by friendly service and a prime location, despite some minor room and bathroom issues. Room: Nicely equipped room, including a desk and chair suitable for computer work, hangers, etc. Bathroom: Clean, although preventing water from escaping the shower box is challenging due to its design. Location: Conveniently situated with easy access to a supermarket, bus, and train stations. Reception: The staff were exceptionally polite, friendly, and kind, enhancing my New Year's experience in Paris.

Room: The soundproofing is inadequate; conversations, bedtime activities, etc., from neighboring rooms are quite audible. However, it still offers good cost-performance compared to the price of the stay. Bathroom: The shower box leaks, a problem compounded by its design. Location: Wonderful. Reception: Fantastic.

Shower doors faulty, bathroom taps loose. At breakfast they couldn't cope with dietary requirements (gluten-free), it's not difficult, there was a small supermarket opposite where we bought our own bread. But that's typical of Paris.

I was looking for a budget hotel to stay with my family (kids aged 11 and 14). I read a lot of reviews about the hotel before I booked and I can say all were accurate. The staff were friendly and helpful especially the owners son who helped us buy water when we arrived at the hotel late at night. I was relieved that the hotel was on a quiet street so no outside noise but with the advantage of being close to lots of amenities near by including good bars and cafes that were cheaper and less touristy than the more central locations. We walked to Eiffel Tower which took 1 hour 20 and got a taxi back that cost €14. Walked to the Louvre which took 30 minutes and got an Uber from The Arc De Triomphe which was €10.

Plug in the bathroom was hanging off the wall. The coffee wasn’t that great. The lift was small but I felt that added to the charm. I felt the hotel gave my kids a good experience of a reliable family run budget hotel.

The staff for breakfast. Doesn't really speak english, so had to communicate with the receptionist. But staff was nice to french speaking guests, rude to those who don't.

The staff are very helpful, solve all the problems for us. Very nice and friendly.

The room may be small, and so is the bed, but this is quite typical for Paris. Given the overall experience, the cost still feels worthwhile.

Location was excellent and room has everything you needed in it. Bed was very comfortable, exceeded our expectations!
