Ambience (soft colors of gray and lilac) made the room bright and welcoming. All staff were outstanding. Very pleasant, accommodating, very willing to help or answer any Q. The 3-6PM "happy hours" were a delightful bonus. We don't expect you to provide a mini meal but we would have appreciated something besides cake, such as apples or oranges.

The bathtub/shower looks great, but is dangerous. The floor of the bathtub is slippery. Suggest you add some friction-type finish. The tub is VERY deep, especially for those of us with shorter legs. I do not care for rainwater heads and would have preferred side shower heads. Adjusting the flow was not intuitive or easy to negotiate. The bottom of the bed (room 32) appeared to be broken, as when you sat on it, it sunk down. Need two luggage racks, for each suitcase. We stayed 7 days and would have appreciated some acknowledgement, as in a discount.

I had a spacious and comfortable well equipped bedroom in this small French room + breakfast accomodation. It was the second time I have stayed there and, as before, the welcome desk is manned 24 hours speak multiple languages and are friendly and efficient. My room was at the back - so no views really from the window, but no noise from the boulevard at the front which I had last time. Location is brilliant and why I chose it - walking distance of the Seine and Notre Dame, multiple travel possibilities of metro, bus, RER underground train to get to anywhere in central Paris. Also in walking distance is a huge range of cheap and cheerful cafe bistros, lovely French park, and several mcuh more upmarket dining places.

On arrival you get free water and little cakes - might be nice to have those daily?

The location was perfect with great little restaurants and shops nearby, easy to get around. Room was beautiful as was the view, very well equipped with toiletries towels, drying racks, dressing table, coffee pod machine etc. Would have been lovely if the water was restocked daily as it was very hot during our stay but this is a small thing and overall we loved our stay. We won a free breakfast on the last day which was also really pleasant with lots of options. Staff all very friendly! I would say that we got the room on good rates online, I have seen the price go a lot higher on some sites so definitely shop around for a competitive rate where you can. Would reccommend!

Nothing negative to say.

We had a lovely stay! The room was clean, modern, and featured a very comfortable bed and an excellent shower. The location was fantastic—close to metro stations and with a charming little balcony to enjoy. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary water and sweets, which added a nice personal touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

The only downside was that the room didn’t have an iron or iron board, and we had to request one from reception. Otherwise, everything was great!

The location of the property is excellent and very convenient for exploring the area. It is situated near numerous attractions and landmarks, many of which I could easily visit on foot. The proximity to shops, restaurants, and public transportation made my stay even more enjoyable and hassle-free. I appreciated the vibrant surroundings and how everything I needed was just a short distance away. Overall, the location greatly enhanced my experience.

The elevator in the property was much smaller than I expected. I believe a larger or more efficient elevator would greatly improve the overall experience for guests.

The hotel room was really pretty. The whole hotel has an "Alice in Wonderland" feel, with beautiful illustrations on the walls, and pastel colours throughout. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and could converse in English. In the room you received a complimentary bottle of water and macarons on arrival. The shower was spacious and clean. Location was convenient in relation to metro stops, the Luxembourg gardens and the Sorbonne. I was able to leave my luggage there for safe keeping after check-out.

The coffee machine did not work. There was no shower caddy to hold toiletries.

Excellent location, close to the Metro and to lots of great sights and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I also loved the tea time they had every afternoon where the little cafe downstairs opened for self-serve tea, coffee, and treats. The hotel is beautifully decorated, the bed was very comfortable, and overall it was pretty quiet and peaceful in my room. There was a wonderful boulangerie within walking distance that opened at 6am (good for early risers) and it was lovely to be so close to the Jardin du Luxembourg and the cinemas on the Bld St Germain. The train lines running from Cluny La Sorbonne, Odeon, and Luxembourg are fantastic, and to get back to the Gare du Nord to catch my train back to London was very easy with Luxembourg station so close. I am so grateful to the staff who were so kind and always happy to help with any requests. Would happily stay there again.

I stayed at this hotel for just over two weeks and loved it for the most part. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that my minibar and the tea/coffee weren't replenished throughout my stay and there was no kettle in the room (just a coffee machine - I bought a box of pods at the Monoprix down the street so that I didn't have to worry about whether the coffee/tea would be replenished, and I went downstairs for cups of tea during the 3pm - 6pm tea time). I felt for a 2+ week stay those supplies could have been replenished. Other than that, very happy with the hotel and would highly recommend.

I loved how clean the room was and how comfortable despite not being too large. The colours inside the property are beautiful and welcoming. The breakfast is not too big but it’s good enough with scramble and beans as warm options. The staff was very helpful and kind at all times. Location was very close to the metro station and we were able to return to the airport quite easily through it. It’s very easy to get to the hotel from the airport using the metro but we did not realise it on our way in, and we used Uber which could not come all the way to the hotel due to olympics road closures and we had to walk a long distance in the hot afternoon. Next time I will check the metro first! There are restaurants and cafes and other shops on the road. The toot bus fooled us into believing that we could take it from nearby but please know that while the toot bus will drop you off very close to the hotel there was never any that we could find to go back to the central area and we felt that the toot bus people scammed us by selling a 48 hour valid ticket with minimal bus service over the weekdays (we saw NONE other than on the weekend).

Minor issue : lift could not stop at level 1 going up but a staff member helped us with the bags. Not a big issue but just sharing.

Loved the LLB's Alice in Wonderland theme. Kind staff, the hotel is just a 3 - 5 mins walk from a couple of underground train stations to take you to sights and Olympic venues. LLB has a good-sized room for Paris, with nice toiletries and accessories. It had fast internet and offered a generous breakfast. We could take a tray up to our room. A museum and many amazing restaurants are located nearby.

The shower should have a place to hold sponges and soap, and some body wash should be provided, too. I wish we were assigned a room with a view, as requested.

The room is small but comfortable. The shower is very good. The staff is excellent, all of them very friendly and attentive. The location is excellent.

The closet could have a lower shelf and more hangers (there were only 2 hangers for shirts…). Also, in the cleaning some days they left some pastry (which was nice) and a bottle of water, but other days no ... don't know if the cleaner forgot about this ...
