Perfect location situated between Jardin du Luxembourg and Musée de Cluny, a short walk from the metro/RER. The staff was helpful and pleasant, beds were comfortable, the room was quiet and clean, and there was a simple breakfast. I liked the availability of still/sparkling water at all hours, and the glass bottles to take refills to the room were a nice touch. Wifi was good throughout.

From the first floor, you can hear the faint rumble of trains underground. If you're a light sleeper, I'd request a room on a higher floor.

The hotel is close to the center of Paris, but at the same time it is not an overcrowded area near the Eiffel Tower. It's easy to get to, not too noisy and there are many shops and restaurants around. The island with Notre Dame, as well as The Louvre are located within walking distance. So the location is definitely 10. The hotel staff is very attentive! The check-in and check-out process, as well as other communication with the staff, was very pleasant. All necessary things like wi-fi, kettle, bathroom, conditioning etc work as needed. The bed was very comfortable too. From the facilities, we really liked the fact that you can pour drinking water from a filter in the lobby and take bottles for water there - it's so simple and so brilliant!

Just departed after spending 4 nights at Hotel De Suez. One of the most lovely hotels. The location was the reason that drew me to the hotel. 5 mins from 2 metro stations. 10-15 from the river Siene. An absolute abundance of restaurants, cafes & brasseries. Beautifully decorated, well appointed with great amenities. A water filter system available that dispenses still & sparkling for all guests in the lobby. Very comfy beds and a good sized room, we had a double bed & single. Renovated beautifully, with ample storage. Windows that open and great air con. Staff are all very lovely and accommodating. It was my birthday sitting the stay and they decorated the room with bunting and balloons! Merci, what a delight.

Great location , safe with lovely restaurants in walking distance, plus 2 Metro stations close by. Very comfortable beds, blackout curtains and great working bathrooms. Breakfast was typical continental fare of french bread, croissants, fruit etc nicely done. Lovely touch was to offer refillable water bottle and chilled water for guests. Much better than more plastic in the world, plus annoying to keep buying water in a city. All in all perfect small hotel for a few days stay.

Rooms are a little on the small side, but in old buildings in Paris, you couldn’t expect anything else. Didn’t bother us, as Londoners we are very used to small rooms!

The room was a great size! I was surprised how spacious it was for the price & location. Having 2 balconies in our room was incredible. I also loved that we had the ability to make coffee & tea in our room. Plenty of storage. Loved that there was an elevator!

Another luggage rack would have been great & since the room was so big, it would have been nice to have a comfy chair or two to sit on & relax. We did have water appear on our bathroom floor every day that was apparently leaking from somehwere. But, it wasn't coming out of the shower, the sink or from the ceiling. It was so strange. In addition, our deadbolt on our door didn't work. So perhaps you might like to get those two items fixed.

Location is a five minute walk to two metro stations and a fifteen minute walk to Notre Dame. Close to many shops and restaurants. Breakfast is basic but good. Staff are all very welcoming and helpful. The bathroom is of a good size, modern and water supply has good pressure.

The room is on the small size but the mattress is comfortable and the linen and towels are new and very clean. The lift is very small, just enough for two persons to squeeze in.

The location is excellent - walking distance from all main tourist attractions, Luxembourg Gardens, the Seine, Le Marais etc. The room was very clean and very quiet at night despite the hotel being on a main road. The room was a little on the small side but that’s to be expected for the price we paid and the location. This also didn’t matter much as we really only spent time in the room when asleep (or briefly popping back late afternoon to change for dinner in the evening). Front desk staff were friendly and communicative. Free still and sparkling drinking water in the lobby was much appreciated.

Larger than average room for Paris. Modern bathroom and very comfortable bed. The location is great, close to the main restaurant area, 5 mins to the metro, bus stop outside, supermarket opposite. Very central, 7 minutes walk to Notre Dame and Ile de Cité. Friendly and helpful staff.

We were on the 2nd floor overlooking Boulevard St. Michel, so a little noisy, at times, from Police sirens as is on the main route to courts & headquarters on Ile de Cité. It didn't spoil out stay though.

The hotel is very close to the Notre-Dame, where you can easily take different metro lines or RER to airport/ train station/ Versailles… It locates on a busy main street and has bus stop right in front of the gate which is so convenient.

The hotel was a bit old for infrastructure, for example the elevator is quite small, the corridor is also very narrow and comes with stairs sometimes which makes it difficult to walk with big luggage. During my stay, the heating was not working in our bathroom, and it was weekend so nobody could come to fix it even though I stayed for 4 nights. The staff friendly offered an electrical heater to use.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. Otherwise pretty basic room and very small, as in Paris. The location was excellent! Close to Luxemburg gardens, the Pantheon and lots of cute streets with restaurants and little shops as well as to other attractions like Notre -Dame, Louvre etc. Very nice staff!

My Room was on the first floor right on the street above a bus station which was noisy. I haven't had breakfast at the hotel but it looked kind of basic, went to restaurants near by for breakfast.
