Best of the structure is the staff 24/7 available for everything. The bar downstairs with coffee and alcoholic drinks is very useful. The position is amazing there are a lot of restaurants around, walking distance to everything. The room is very clean and also spacious. Very good value for the price we paid. We initially booked 2 rooms for 4 people and one of my friend ended up wanting her personal room and the staff was so good in giving her a room immediately. You should go to this Hôtel because it’s everything you need

Honestly, I liked everything. And this is the first time in Mercure when I really loved everything tbh (sorry to say this). The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and new. The noise-protected windows were a great touch—despite the construction outside, we slept well. Location is great! Staff is warm and welcoming! This was exactly what I was looking for. Thanks for these wonderful days!

A great location in the heart of the Latin Quarter but also on a very quiet street, away from the noise. Near plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. All in all, this was a great hotel. (My tip - don't bother with the breakfast option. There are two cafes within a 2-minute walk from the hotel, both of which serve good coffee and pastries for significantly cheaper.)

Modern and luxurious interior rooms and lobby, with real attention to detail, rooms very comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great location by Notre dame, metro is a 2 min walk, or if you want to see the city on foot you can walk anywhere from here. Would definitely stay again!

It had beautiful decor. Nice big and comfortable bed. The bathroom is a good size. Friendly staff. A great location. A nice window that would open to the street.

The air conditioning would not get cold. We couldn’t sleep well from being too warm.

Staff were lovely. The rooms were clean, as was the common areas. Very elegant styling. Like the lighting options in the room.

Carpet isn't ideal in hotel rooms. Some items were a little disheveled i.e. a loose bathroom tile, showerhead was loose, small things.

terrific location near La Sorbonne, elevator to all floors, no stairs needed to reach reception, rooms or breakfast room, great buffet breakfast with delicious eggs, pastries, fruit, cold meat. comfortable lobby, comfort height toilet seats, our room had a easy access shower

but my daughter's room had a shower in a tub which was awkward to climb in and out of.

Excellent room service who cleans the room daily.

We only have one bottle of mineral water per day for two people. It would be great to have two bottle of water per day.

The staff was extremely accommodating. The breakfast was just a continental affair, but it was very nice. The staff also took orders if you preferred cafe Americano instead of using the Nespresso machine.

The room was equipped with an air conditioner, but it didn't seem to actually work.
