Very nice and modern interior! Rooms were spacious for Paris and the bathroom was also very decent in size with a cool design - loved the layout.

I stayed there for 4 nights and they only provide 2 bottles of water for your entire stay. Was a bit odd that at almost $400 a night they wouldn’t be able to provide an additional bottle of water. They said I could refill the Evian bottles from the bathroom sink due to water quality in Paris being good, but the water would actually irritate my eyes so I decided to go buy water outside of the hotel. Was the only little issue I had during my stay.

What a jewel of a place! Only re-opened four months ago having been one building now knocked through into the adjoining one. The furnishings are quality and give an opulent feel. The rooms are very well cleaned - and being so recently finished, there are no signs of ‘wear’. It was great to have a real kettle and a fridge in the room too. The pool is a decent size to actually swim and the hamman is a real treat. All staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The location is right by the Sorbonne and the Pantheon, and just a ten minute walk to Notre Dame. Fabulous location, fabulous hotel. We would highly recommend and will definitely return.

The room was tastefully decorated and you can tell it's been newly refurbished. There is a lovely Spa with a heated swimming pool. The location is very great, very close to Metro and Luxembourg RER station and lots of bus options to take you to notable places e.g bus to Eiffel Tower was like 20mins. For food, you are also surrounded with lots of restaurants with familiar quick bites options such as McDonalds, Burger King and KFC. The Siene River is like a 10mins walk and Notre Dame is also around the corner.

There could have been more selection for hot breakfast but if you like croissants then you have no problem.

Overall it is a nice and freshly renovated hotel. I loved the design in the lobby and breakfast area and at the pool area. The location is really convinience for exploring Paris...only 10 min on foot to Notre Dame and appx 25 min to Louvre. People are nice and welcoming.

Should be more variety for the breakfast. The stairs at the pool area have a very sharp ending so my boyfriend got cut himself a leg...so you have to walk very carefully in the pool. The room is small in a size.

Room and bathroom were clean , comfortable, and well equipped. For a weekend stay it was a good size. Hotel feels secure and safe, especially at night with the 24 hour concierge and locked doors. Staff were all incredibly helpful and polite. We didn’t use the pool facilities (which we regret!) but popped in and all looked clean and relaxing. Location is excellent, loved being so close to the Jardins de Luxembourg and the cafes and restaurants on rue mouffetard

Hotel was renovated after 2 years. It looks gorgeous! This is my 4th time in this hotel. Location is very good in st Germain near Luxembourg gardens. Bedrooms are comfortable and beautiful! Family room with 2 connecting rooms are amazing! Lovely decor! Massage and heated spa pool was wonderful after a long walking day.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

The rooms were a good size, clean, lovely and comfortable. The staff were fabulous and super helpful. The pool and facilities in the spa were amazing and I would definitely go back.

The food and drink offer was a bit lacking; from only 2 coffee sachets and 2 tea bags in the room, to very limited food menu at the bar plus the hours the bar was open were also short. We also didn’t feel the breakfast offered was worth €20 when compared to all the restaurants nearby. Also, the lighting in the bar meant there was no atmosphere if you wanted a nightcap. Obviously there are amazing food and drink options in the city but my partner was unwell for 2 days we were there so we were stuck in the hotel, and I would have preferred to be able to order food from them rather than have to run to Macdonalds.

Lovely modern hotel in a great location, right beside Luxembourg gardens and the Pantheon. The Luxembourg metro station is also nearby. Decor is beautiful. The spa was great, very spacious with a large pool and lots of nice loungers and not busy. The rooms are small but well planned out with excellent lighting and facilities. The shower was lovely and included a rain shower. There's a mini bar also which is great for when you get snackish. The TV is a smart TV with netflix and you can connect your phone to it. Definitely recommend this hotel

The air con didn't work in the room. The bar closed very early and it was difficult to get served The jet in the spa didn't work

I had a perfect stay at Grand Coeur. Although it's expensive on the Australian dollar, it was totally, totally worth it. The staff were pleasant and generous, the room was completely and utterly silent (no stress or adjacent room noise), and a good size for a short stay. The decor is beautiful, too. I loved the finer touches like the heating rack for towels in the bathroom, the complimentary Evian water, and the slippers and robe for accessing what can only be described as the most beautiful indoor pool. The location is also fantastic. Having been to Paris several times now, I've had the privilege of staying in a range of areas near to and far from the Seine. This spot is great - it's a quiet street, really close to the best pizza in Paris (Luisa Maria) and a gorgeous stroll away from the best coffee (10 Belles). I'll be staying here again the next time I am in Paris.

Honestly, nothing.

Ideal stay in a beautiful hotel. Believe it’s been recently revamped and they have done a great job! The spa/ pool area is stunning, along with the bar! The rooms are great also, small but not too cramped. Staff were lovely- Professional and friendly. We had a few drinks in the bar one evening and drinks were nice. Location wise it’s a little on the peripheral but we didn’t mind as enjoy the walks (20mins to Notre Dame, 30mins to Louvre and the Eiffel Tower approx 45mins). Must also mention the bistro across the road to the hotel, Le Choupinet which served a delicious Croque Madame (go with the truffle version as it won’t disappoint)!
